"That is another one off the list." You said under your breath.

You across off the name that said Xaldin. He wasn't much of a threat at all, he quicky fell to your blade. He was a blob monster what type of monster is that anyway? What would he try to do anyways suffocate you? You look at your blade and still see bits of his blobby ness on it.

"Gross, I gotta clean this now. Smells bad as well."

You wonder how is Kuroka is doing as of right now, you haven't been home for the past month as you been hunting down every member on the list.  You still have one left on the papers. They're a lot harder to find or maybe they know that someone has been killing every single one that were sign to assassinate you. They can hide long as they want, you will find them soon or later and they will also fall to your blade.

"Is that what you meant father? That I would be in danger from something."

But who really put the hit on me? Vali? We never got along since we first met. Maybe one of the bikers that I caused damage to? Or maybe someone who close to their ex leader? You started to think of the possibilities.

You stare at the night sky and watch as the stars twinkle one by one it was peaceful for a while. You couldn't help, but smile you wish all nights could be like this. Or maybe you were just happy that you are closer to see Kuroka again. You sure do miss her. You wonder if she will be pissed at you for leaving all of suddenly.

"Mister why.. are you wearing armor and have a sword?" A small voice spoke.

The sound of the voice came out of nowhere and snap you back. You turned around and saw a small girl with brown hair and pigtails. She was smiling at you with her bright blue eyes. You wonder why did she come to the park so late at night.

"Umm, because I am an actor."

That was the first thing that came to your mind, you really couldn't tell a little kid that you are hunting creatures that goes bump in the night. She deserves to live a peaceful life of not worrying about such things.

"An actor? That is so cool!" She grins.

"Why are you in the park so late at night little one?" You bend down.

"Just looking around." She giggles.

"I see so where are your parents? They must be worried about you."

"Lunaria there you are! You had me worried sick." A woman ran up behind her.

"Hi mommy this guy is an actor!"

"What did, I say about talking to strangers Lunaria?" The mother looks at you.

"I'm sorry mommy."

"Its fine dear just don't run off again on me. I'm sorry of my daughter has bothered you sir." She bows.

"Sir? That makes me feel old now." You laugh.

"I'm sorry you just look old, you been through things haven't you?"

"You could say that. I must go now."

You turned away and started walking to whatever place leads you next. You sure are hungry as you felt your stomach growl. You haven't ate for the past two days.

"Hey mister!" The mother yelled out.

"Huh?" You turned around.

"I know, you may be a stranger and all, but do want to have dinner with us? It isn't much, but its a thanks for helping my daughter."

"Umm sure?"

Did she hear your stomach rumble all the way over here? You decided to take up her offer of a free dinner, you gotta eat to keep up your strength. So you followed them and they led the way to their house.

Their house was small, but very cozy it actually felt good to get out of the cold. Felt like it been forever since you felt the warmth of a house. Its making you miss Kuroka so much more now. The mother told you sit while dinner gets going.

"So are you really an actor like my daughter says? And are you sure you don't wanna change? I think my something that might fit you."

"I am, I was just training for my next part." You told another lie.

"Are you going to be a samuri?" Luniera giggles.

While the  dinner was fabulous. A home cooked meal was always the best.You didn't see her husband around maybe he was working? Or maybe something happen? But wasn't any of your business to ask a stranger about her affairs. After a while the mother put Luniera to bed as it was getting way pass her bedtime. She was wild bunch asking you so many questions.

"I think, I must go now its getting late for myself as well." You stood up.

"I know who you are (F/N)." The mother spoke.

"What do you mean?"

"I am one of the members on your list am I not? The name is Sera."

You never thought the last one you were hunting had a family of her own. Did the rest you have slain in the past also had a family? Can you really just kill this Sera and leave her daughter all alone in this world?

"You are."

"I knew this day would come soon or later. Assassins always meet their fate one day or another. Either by another assassin or failing their job. If you must kill me do it quickly, I won't fight. I just don't wanna wake up my daughter." Sera smiles weakly.

"If you knew, I was looking for you why did you present yourself? You knew I would be at the park didn't you?"

"I did its why, I took a stroll there. Maybe, I thought I could get a drop on you until I saw how gentle you were to my daughter."

"Does your daughter know what you do for a living?" You asks.

"No, she doesn't and I hope she never finds out for her sake."

"I think, I have enough killing in myself the past month. I won't kill you. I don't wanna separate a daughter from her mother. I will pretend we never across paths."

"Are you sure about that is what you want (F/N)? I was assign to kill you after all." Sera said.

"Doesn't matter anymore. If the guy who hired you all will come out soon or later then I will settle this."

"You don't know who hired us? Thought, he would have told you."

"So you know who it is?"

"I do."

"Who is he? You must tell me!"

"Shh quiet, you going to wake her up. And the person you are looking for is Azazel. It was his little game to test you."

"That little bitch."

So you hunted down every member that was on the list who was assign to kill you. Beside one a mother named Sera. You couldn't take her life, she had a daughter that needs to be taken care of.

And Azazel was the one who hired them all? Why would he do that? You will get answers.
