"I gotta do these dishes then go to work" fiona said "I'll help fi" I said "oh thank you mi" she said gratefully we started washing dishes "it was really nice what you did for carl" fiona said "ehh it's no big deal he seemed to really want to go on that date" I said "ya but he was supposed to watch Liam and was told about his turn way before he got his stupid date" fiona said clearly a little frustrated at carl "maybe he forgot" I say trying to cut carl some slack "maybe" she said "I really appreciate you stepping up and watching him for me" she said smiling at me "of course I would do anything for my second family especially my godmother" I smiled at her "aww" fiona said and gave me a small hug "I have the best god daughter" she said smiling "I have the best god mother" I smiled "you know mi you and your family really help keep our family together" fiona said "and you guys keep us together especially me" I replied she smiled at me and gave my soapy hand a tight little squeeze after a little while of silence fiona broke it "sooo" she said I looked at her "hmm" I replied "why did you save Carl's ass and babysit for him?" She asked "he's my best friend I want him to be happy" I say "even though kylie is the school whore and way to old for him he would be upset not being able to go" I continued "I want my best friend to be happy" I finished fiona looked me in the eyes and smiled "your a good friend"
Fiona said "Carl is lucky to have you as his best friend" she said we finished the dishes and fiona left for work
