Raksha

For so long I wanted to flee Jaigarh  and now when I finally have my way , my heart feels heavy. I just can't stop tears that keep flowing out of my eyes. Sliding the glass down I looked back through the window. Bhai was still there. A deep regret penetrated my heart. In my arrogance I hurt him so much. I should have spoken to him rather than creating a wall between us. Since we were kids, he kept all my wishes. Even when dad refused, bhai did all to bring smile on my face. "Sit back Raksha '' Veer said and I did. covering my face with my palms I sobbed, ''I am so bad, I have hurt every one.'' I broke down. Veer's arm went around my shoulder and he pulled me to his chest. ''You know whatever you do , good or bad. You will always remain our baby sister. We can do anything for you and what we do is only for your good. '' I just sobbed, Verr rubbed my arm pecking my forehead. ''Now just stop crying. You are going to have your dream finally . Live it to the max and make Bhia proud. Will you. '' I hummed and then wailed like a baby. Veer threw his head back and laughed getting a punch on his chest. He hugged me tightly, ''Your  brain is that of a 3 yr old'' That got him another punch. I pushed him back, wiping my face with the hem of my sleeve. ''Bhai said I can call him for anything. Will you promise the same''

''No, you are a walking trouble and I have better things to do. Keep me out of it. '' I started punching him as he laughed. ''You are mean. '' He pulled my nose hard as I complained. ''Just stay out of trouble. That's all I have to say'' . I nodded. Bhai suggested we take the road to Delhi , he wanted me to reach my destination comfortably in our luxury vehicle. I am going to miss him. Before leaving I had an intention of never to return, but I want to. Leaving all grudges aside, I want to be my Bhai's princess. Yes, I will complete my studies and help Bhai with his hotel. I smiled all determined.

We pulled into the drive way of a big hotel. Adi had invited us to stay with him in his Delhi residence, but I protested and we decided to stay in this Hotel which belongs to one of Veer's friend. We were guided to our suite and Veer asked me to relax till the dinner time. He went inside his room. he had been tensed since we left the Palace. I feel this is something to do with Deepika. I hope all his good, I don't want Veer to suffer any kind of pain. He has always worn a smile on his face and made sure that he brought smile to everyone. 

I looked around , the room was big. May be not as big as mine back home. I smiled, I live in a Palace . The best of hotels can't match my suite. Its the best of all. Its like as if Queen of fairies lived in it. Yes, I was that for everyone. I don't know when my relationship with granny got spoiled. As far as I remember she loved me a lot. But then the restrictions started and I turned into a rebel. Ananya was right, I should have behaved more maturely . I should have discussed it rather than venting my anger at my family. But what about Pavan? I still can't believe what bhai said about him. Shaking my head I dropped the thoughts, for now now I am not going to think of anything negative.

 Stretching  my body I dumped my bag onto a corner and threw my back on the bed. 2 years is a big time. I have never been without my family. I have been dependent on them for almost everything and for rest I had Ananya. She was eyes to the outer world. Now when I am thinking, I realised she was my shield against the people who tried taking advantage of me. She never allowed anybody with wrong intentions to come closer to me. It was because of her that I am finally realising my dream. I am going to miss her a lot. I decided to take a warm bath. Moving to the lavish bathroom I turned the tap on to fill the bath tub , adding some body  wash to it. Getting off my clothes I stepped into the warm bath leaning back against the tub. A sigh escaped my lips  as warm water started soothing my muscles.  Washing my self off, I stepped out wiping my body off. After applying some moisturizer, I slipped into a knee length summer dress. I massaged my wet scalp with my finger tips and stepped out into my room to be shocked,  ''who are you, How did you get in'' 

There were toe guys in my room dressed in black, they had their faces covered. I knew this was trouble. I wanted to scream but my voice died. ''Isn't she a looker'' I heard one of them , his eyes leering at me lustily.  ''Stay focused. We are here to take her.'' My body turned cold, who are these guys. The only way to escape was the door, but that was also blocked by those men. I decided to lock myself into the wash room but they were fast. One of them gagged me and the other one lifted me off the floor . No, I can't let this happen. Gathering my strength I bit his hand and he groaned. I   kicked the other one hard.then screamed for bhai throwing the vase at my attackers, before I could reach the door they grabbed me again. ''Your brother must be dead by now. '' They said and laughed and I felt losing the battle. ''Why don't we have our share of fun , boss will be happy. '' I started sweating in fear  as the other too nodded . Dumping me roughly on the bed  undoing their clothes. I would rather die than let these men touch me. Nothing matters more than the honour of my family. The window was in my reach. Yes, I will jump out of it . I was still processing , Just then the door burst open.

''First let me have my way with you''. 

''Adi'' , His name came out as a whisper. I tried to get myself free. But the grabbed me. Their touch made me feel dirty. Adi locked his eyes with mine, ''let her go and I promise your death will be easy''

One of them lunged at him and in a second he was of the floor withering in pain. Taking the advantage I ran to him freeing myself of the goons clutches. Adi gave me one look before turning to the guy. He took his jacket of lunging at the man. The man threw a punch and he ducked punching his nose hard. He groaned and took his mask off. I gasped , he was one of Brijesh bhai's trustworthy staff. My head started spinning as I held myself on to the wall. The goon fumed throwing another punch . Adi grabbed it with his palm twisting his wrist upwards. I swear I heard the slow breaking of the bones. The goon whom Adi had beaten first tried to get of the floor and I banged a huge metal show piece  on his head and he fell flat. Adi gave a tongue in cheek smile to me before throwing the man on the hard floor by his neck. . He attacked the man like an animal. In no time his clothes and fist was red. ''Are you fine Raksha''

Veer stood at the door drenched in blood . ''Bhai , what happened ? Oh my God are you hurt? how did this happen.? I was worried. Veer held me by shoulders, ''Its not mine. It takes lot of power to defeat Veer Pratap Singh Rathore'' . His eyes turned to Adi, ''All good''

''Never better. After long I got to try my hands on my favourite sport'' , he grinned at Veer. I wanted to puke and here they are boasting about themselves. "How did they get in and why didn't hotel staff help''

''One of the staff helped them in and with the key card. The suite is sound proof . That explains the rest''. Adi finished . ''But how did you got to know of it'',  I was curious.

''Ranvijay called. Ananya has been kidnapped by Brijesh. They were being ambushed. Ranvijay felt you two might be in danger too. But where were you Veer ? '' Adi asked.

  ''I had gone to the bar and Then when I was on my way back they gagged me locking themselves with me in my room.'' Veer replied. Ananya was being kidnapped, the words started hitting all corners of my head. My feet wobbled and I lost my control. Adi held me before I could dissolve on the floor. My heart broke again, he was going to harm me. His sister. A muffled sob escaped my lips as I cried for my loss. The loss of my trust. The moments which I lost staying angry with my family. What have I done? Whatever is happening today, I am also responsible for it. I trusted him. I felt my family wronged him and unconsciously I told him things which I shouldn't have. I sobbed hiding my face into Adi's chest. Its because of me Ananya is in trouble. Veer paced around busy on his phone.

''I think I should leave. Bhai might need me.'' Veer said and then looked at me. I was not in a situation to answer him. 'His phone rang and he answered all anxious , ''Bhai'' This is all he said and rest was silence. Veer banged his phone on the floor, ''I swear, I am going to rip that man into pieces''

''what did Bhai say'', I asked in a whisper. ''he wants me to see you off safely before returning to Jaigarh'' He moved his hands through his hair annoyed. 

''Ranvijay has the way to his hideout. For now lets leave to my place'' , Adi got up . I was still on the floor, ''Why isn't there any help here yet'' I asked. ''by now there should have been a riot in this hotel''.  Adi huffed , ''This floor is only for important guests. Plus, I didn't wanted any attention .My guards are guarding the entrance to the floor. There will be a riot once we leave.''

''So you were trying to be a hero in my eyes'', I confronted. He rolled his eyes and turned to veer, ''get ready Veer, enough risks for today.'' Veer nodded, but he was visibly disturbed. 

''I want to go back, Ananya needs me.'' I know was hyperventilating. Veer rubbed my back, ''She is Ranvijay Rathore's wife. Brijesh invited his end. These are last 24 hrs of his life. Plus, she is Ananya . If she add laxatives to Bhai's drink , she can defiantly take that idiot for a ride.'' I Smiled, but inside I am scared , worried about my best friend. Adi helped me up and I jerked him off. He raised his palms in surrender backing off. I am sure he trying to be hero in the situation. 

''We leave in half an hour'', Adi informed and started walking towards the bathroom. ''Stop, you can't use mine , go use Veer's '' 

''Seriously? '' He just threw his hands up and walked off shaking his head. I swear I saw him smirking at me. How am I going to bear him during my travel. I heard a moan, one of the goons was gaining consciousness. I gulped and ran behind Adi, ''I have changed my mind. You can use mine'' . He raised a brow and then looked at the moving goon giving me the famous smirk.  I will have my revenge.
