"Hikaru, you'll be playing as a member of ancient dark, against the Unlimited Shine" the red haired woman informed her. Hikaru took a glance over her new teammates and then gulped the saliva down her throat. 'I hope I'll manage this one' she thought. Shuu placed a hand on her shoulder " it'll be alright" he smiled at her and  she smiled back "yeah.... right." 

The sound of footsteps is heard and the team Unlimited Shine appeared in the field. Hakuryuu gave an intense glare to hikaru as he looked at shuu his expressions changed to a grin "so shuu, I didn't think you'd fell to this level..... to accept such a weakling in your team?"

Hikaru's POV 

Shuu kun smiled as he began to speak "you'll know when we face you in the fields" at this hakuryuu grinned "you might have some confidence but we'll crush you for sure!" I decided to take my part so I took some steps forward. "It's as you're trying to say that you might have some confidence but we are over confident" he gritted and turned away from here.

The match began and the ball was in their possession, at the whistle the kick off began. Before I could think of something I realised that he had already reached to the mid field. I was there so I'd to do my best! I dash to snatch the ball from him. "You're not getting any further from here!" He smirked "oh really?!" Then a light emerged from his back and his keshin was released. I was thrown back and he passed through the mid fields to the defense line! "I'll see which one of you can stop me?!" He said as he did a hissatsu technique with his keshin. And the ball hit the net the net before goalkeeper could do anything. I clenched my fists tightly then took a glance at shuu kun, he seemed to be calm and .... still smiling? Is he upto something? I thought as I dash to took my position.

The ball was now in our possession, the keeper kicked it to some mid fielder, he dash towards the goal but to be stopped by the opponent's team.he passed it to Shuu kun. He ran with the ball and crossed the defense line but "what the?!" I said as we all saw that shuu kun was stopped by hakuryuu?  What he's doing there? I thought to myself looking at shuu kun who was trying to get passed from there. "I'll not let you make any score!" Saying this he released his keshin again and stole the ball. Now he's coming here! I got panicked as I was unable to stop him before. I've to do this I thought as watch over his movements. Just as he reached the mid field I dashed towards him, keep thinking that I've to defeat him or else! I released my keshin "the guidance of darkness, yin!" My keshin came out as it spread it's wings which blew hakuryuu away. The ball was in my possession now, I dashed towards the goal but the other team members surrounded me. I was looking for an opening when I heard "here!" I jumped and kicked the ball to the person, none other than shuu kun. My face brighten as he smiles and dashed towards the goal! He summoned his keshin and kicked the ball. The keeper tried hard to stop but the ball reached the net! I felt so happy at this but no one was happy as I thought they'll be. 

Normal POV

Hikaru was shocked that no one seemed to be that happy about a goal they made. "This is it, you've to realize that's how fifth sector plays" akiyama says as she observes that Hikaru was confused. The 2nd half begins, with the kick off by ancient dark. Hakuryuu and Shuu were trying to get passed another. "The victory shines with us!" Hakuryuu says as he was able to snatch the ball from shuu. He ran towards the goal, he released his keshin as he close the distance between him and the goal. Hikaru emerged in front of him "you can't stop me twice!" Hikaru summoned her keshin "the guidance of darkness, yin come forth! " Her keshin strikes his with her sword. As both struggled for the ball, shuu slides in between them stealing away the ball from hakuryuu "you took my ball without permission, so I took it back" shuu said smiling at hakuryuu, at which he gritted.

Shuu dash towards the goal making passes with other members as they reach the goal, the ball was in shuu's possession but he passed it back? Everyone was shocked by this. "What's he thinking?!" Hakuryuu murmured to himself. The ball was passed to hikaru! She ran releasing her keshin, " the guidance of darkness, yin! " she strikes the ball and it went straight to the net. Hikaru sighed as she thought no one would be happy but to her disbelief, everyone was cheering her "you did well" "great job" she wipes her tears away as she saw shuu stretching his arm to hand shake. She smiled and shake hands.

" It's not over yet! I'll draw it, but I won't lose to the likes of you! " hakuryuu grinned as he dashed towards the other end! He managed to pass everyone when hikaru appears. Hikaru released her keshin, their keshin were struggling hard to get the ball. " I won't let you pass!" She said as she struggle to steal the ball but hakuryuu kicked the ball on her stomach making her fall down. He ran long with the ball and shot the ball into the net!

Hikaru's POV 

The match was declared draw. I cursed him under my breath. As I walk towards the bench I felt mt instructor's gaze falling on me. I pretended as if I didn't notice and sat there. I was disappointed, I wasn't able to defeat hakuryuu. "It's too bad that you didn't get any success" l looked up to meet the gaze of akiyama san. I looked away and saw that there was no smile on shuu kun face. It's my fault that this happened? I thought as my instructor dragged me away from there.

She brought me to the training room. She was about to leave when I asked her "why did you bring me here?" She gave me a deathly glare "train, train and train more harder! Because that's what you can only do!" My eyes widen when I saw disappointment in her eyes. Yes I have always disappointed everyone. Now seitei sama will be disappointed too. She left the room leaving me behind. I clenched my fists tightly and started kicking the ball randomly. 

Few days later ~

I've been training again and again after that. I was not sure what I've to accomplish now? My instructor always lock me up in this room until it was lunch room or even late. I was frustrated by this method, I didn't do anything wrong then why I am getting all of this? I decided to act ill. 

The next morning, when my instructor came to wake me up I didn't move an inch and acted as if I were ill. That's the only thing I can do now  I always told my self. For few days, I have been acting like this I always got food at the time of lunch time, so everything was going just fine. But after some days, my instructor akiyama san who was too annoyed by this, ordered to not provide me any food service until I don't appear in the training fields.

I'd become stubborn so I turned a deaf ear on her, but due to this I couldn't get any food and now I was lying weak in actual. I was hoping that maybe they'll consider their decision again and will provide me with food again but It didn't happen. Am I going to die like this? I thought But that was interrupted by a knock on the door, I didn't reply as usual pretending to be ill. I thought that my finally long awaited food has arrived but it was rather someone else.

Shuu's POV 

I noticed that after the match with Unlimited Shine, hikaru wasn't coming much to the lunch and after that she stopped coming. I heard from somewhere that she got ill. I decided to pay a visit to her, I flet like she is too depress. I came to her room and knocked the door but no one answered so I opened the door and walked in to find that Hikaru was on her bed lying unconscious. I dashed to her "hikaru chan are you alright? " she opened her eyes a little "shuu kun?" She said in a low tone. "What's wrong hikaru chan?" I asked her she tried to speak but couldn't as her throat was dry.  I noticed an empty bottle lying beside her bed. I smiled at her "don't worry I'll bring you water" I stand up to leave as I noticed she was trying to tell me something, but I couldn't figure it out so I just nodded and smiled. I left the room

I came to kitchen "can I have it refilled?" I asked to the lady who smiled back at me and filled it with water. I was wondering what hikaru might trying to tell me. I asked the lady "what do you give in food to hikaru chan, she looked a little bit pale" at this the lady gave me a stare "so this is for kageno hikaru?" She said looking at the bottle in my hand. I got confused so I  just nodded, but at the same she snatched it away from me "hey!" I protested but she didn't pay any attention to me "it's an order not to provide her away food or drink until she come herself" she said not looking at me "but she's too weak! How do u aspect her to come here by herself?!" I asked her but she decided not to answer me now. I noticed she wasn't paying me any attention so, I grabbed the bottle and dash towards  the exit "hey stop right there kid!" She shouted after me but I hurriedly ran out of there.

"Here, hikaru chan" I said as I gave the the bottle to her, she opened the lid and finished the half bottle. She seemed to be thirstier than I thought. "Arigato, shuu kun" she said in a weak tone. I smiled at her and nodded "no, it's nothing. I'm sorry I couldn't bring you anything to eat" she shook her head "it's alright" I smiled as I excused myself "I'll see if I can bring something for you" she nodded and smiled at me.
