Yamiko's POV

I went to the library and started to look for past records. 15 minutes later, I found 10 books about the past. I started to read about the past.

" three weeks before the Solar festival, monsters started to show up. We were able to defeat them but was one monster that would never show it's self to adults, we named him Xsaza, he shows up to kids, there was a ruin north of the kingdom, you could see it at dusk, if you look out from the south tower window"

I grabbed the books and head of the prince's chamber, Exia and Ghost were there.

Prince: did you find anything?"

: I found 10 books about the past, three weeks before the Solar festival, monsters start showing up, there is one monster that we can't see only kids can see, but there is a ruin, but we can only see it at dusk in the south tower window"

Exia: where is it?"

: north of the kingdom"

Prince: ruins of time"

Maid: sir, there is a girl wanting to see you"

Prince: does she have a son with her?"

??: no, I know them, Olivia and Nick"

Prince: and who are you?"

??: Azura, I know what the creature of kid sight looks like"

Prince: how?"

Azura: *she whispered something and a monster appeared* this is Xsaza"

Prince: wow, can you understand it?"

Azura: yes"

Xsaza's POV

I walked over to the stain glass window of my mother, Azura walked over to me.

: this is my mother, she is the guardian of ruins, I can take you there but you need a few things"

Azura: and what are the few things?"

: 3 flowers, two tears of the living water and the orb that the queen kept in her room"

Azura: we need a few things before we can get to the ruins but one of them is in the queen's room"

the prince: we will not go in my mom's room"

I faced the prince. he walked over to me and gently touched my head.

: hello again my prince"

??: wait you two know each other?"

Prince: I used to play with the spirits when my mom was..... and she was the only one that would let me ride her, I called her star but know that I know your real name I can call you that"

later that night, Azura's POV

I was cooking dinner for me, Nick and Olivia. They went fishing together. I sense something near the barrier, I walked outside and saw a chest. I slowly walk over to it. I opened the chest and saw a note.

" hey, I know you live around here, your barrier is strong, there is some money for you and Olivia, I put a few other things in the chest - Yamiko"

How did she know about the location? I looked in the chest. There were two small bags, I took one of them out of the chest and opened it. There were coins in there. I placed the bags on my side and looked in the chest. There were three boxes. I took the boxes inside and saw Olivia finishing the cooking. I smiled and places the boxes on the dining room table. I opened the first box and saw young boy clothes. I took them to Olivia and Nick's room. I looked at Nick who was sleeping.

He really likes the plush the prince gave him. I gently kissed his head and went to Olivia.

Olivia: where did you get the boxes?"

: in the chest that was left near our base"

Olivia: odd, what else was in the chest?"

: two bags of coins and clothes I think"

Olivia: ok, is Nick still sleeping?"

: yes"

Olivia:*smiles a little* he can't know about the truth"

: I know Olivia, do you want to talk about it?"

Olivia: please*We sat down at the dining room table* when I was living with my family, my older sister was keeping a secret from my family about her being pregnant, when the child aka Nick was born, my parents found out and kicked her out of the family, I took over watching Nick and soon they made my own* Olivia started to cry* "

I gently pulled Olivia until a hug, she was crying in my chest, I gently rubbed her back.

: I'm here Olivia, if you want to go to stay in my room you can"

Olivia: thank you so much"

: you're welcome. is dinner almost ready?"

Olivia: yes"

I walked over to the kitchen. Olivia has been with me for one year now, I finished making dinner, Olivia and Nick walked over to the dining room table.

2 days later Ghost's POV

the prince is sending a small group to the west of the kingdom. I wanted Azura to come with us. Yamiko walked over to us.

Exia: did you ask Azura if she is coming?"

Yamiko: yes, she is coming, she needs to take Olivia and Nick to the castle, where they will be safe"

Azura: the living water is near the mermaid lake* she started to walk towards the dark oak forest * we will camp at sunset"

Later that day, we were making camp. Yamiko was cooking dinner, Exia was getting firewood, Azura was setting the tents.

Azura: the tents are set, boys in one, girls in the other"

Azura sat next to me.

: Azura, what a unique name"

Azura: thanks I guess, sorry I'm not used to the whole team thing"

Exia: it's okay, this is the first time a small group left the kingdom since...."

Azura: since?"

Yamiko: the Queen was murdered, the king wanted no one leaving the kingdom unless they have a reason too, now that the prince is having to tale control of the kingdom, it's going to be a lot harder on him"

Azura: he is sure spending a lot of time with my friends Olivia and Nick"

: I noticed that too, mind if I ask about how you and your friends met?"

Azura: well, I was walking around a small village, when I saw a girl working really hard when I asked her what her problem was, she told me that her family kicked her out because of her sister's baby, I asked her how old the child was and she said 2 years old, I told her that she could come with me"

Yamiko: how long have you been traveling?"

Azura: two years"
