Terry's pov

"Guys! Someone responded to our call for help. They've locked onto our coordinates." Dad exclaims but when he sees what happened to Riley and Justin his face changes quickly and he's upset. "What happened?"

Justin has a bandage on his leg and Riley is leaning against the wall while that really pretty girl's brother tends to her snake bite.

"Well what happened was...."

*Plane engine sounds overhead*

We rush out and follow the noise to the beach. Riley is on my back while we all try to get the attention of the plane flying above us.

"Wait where's Hector?"

"Really Justin? You think of Hector at time like this. We're trying to get off the island!"

"Gee I didn't know that thanks for sharing. I don't care I'm going to find him." Justin limps into the jungle to look Hector ignoring my parents calling him.

Justin's pov

I'm sure my family won't leave me behind. Right?

I continue walking until I see dried blood on the rocks in the dirt path. This is the same area where Riley and I got attacked by that snake. Could this be Riley's blood?

Or mine?

I keep investigating and come upon the dead snake. Wait what? The snake was alive when we escaped how it die?

Wait is that..... OH NO!

Riley's pov

I don't think they see us. We've been waving our hands for 20 minutes. Please land.

"What's taking Justin so long? How hard is it to find a pig?"

"I don't know but he better be back on this beach when this plane lands." Mom said.

"It's coming down. Hey down here!" Terry yelled frantically waving his arms.

The plane lands on the beach a few feet away from us.

I've never been so happy to see a plane. I mean the last time we boarded a plane we... you know. *Imitates explosion*

Yeah... let's just pray that doesn't happen again.

The plane door opens and a tall fairly handsome guy comes out. Or he could be ugly I haven't seen a hot guy in three months and I've been exposed to the sun way too much.

"Are you the Smith family?" No we're the potatoes.

"Yes we are sir, we contacted you on the radio."

"Ah yes. You said there was five of you I only see four." Oh yeah Justin still hasn't returned. I literally almost forgot. Call me a bad sister all you want but if you have been living on an island for three months and someone finally comes to save you you'd wouldn't think about anything except for the fact that you finally get to sleep in YOUR bed.

"Terry go find your brother."

"No need momma. I'm right here." Says a sad Justin.

"Justin, what's wrong? Are you hurt?" Mom cupped Justin's face and wiped away a few tears that fell from his eyes.

"He saved us. Riley it was him." We stare at him confused. "When we were trying to escape the snake... I thought that the snake give up but he pulled him back."

"Who Justin?" Terry says with his arm slung around Justin's shoulder.

"Hector. He killed the snake and died in the process."

No one talked after that. No one knew what to say. The man from the plane gently touched my dad on his shoulder.

"Are you ready to leave Mr. Smith?"

"Yes, just let us say goodbye to our friends. Then we'll be ready."
