"Hey (y/n)! Sindria is having an event today! Let's go join in!" Kougyoku exclaimed as she burst through my door. I was currently indulging myself in a book that Jafar had recommended to me. It was the 4th book in the series and there was so much more. It was an enticing tale about mages, wizards, and guilds. What really got me was the prologue. It talked about special wizards who learned magic from dragons. They were called 'Dragon Slayers'. I had just gotten to the chapter where the fire dragon slayer and the stripping popsicle were talking about a strong wizard named Erza.

"What is the event about?" I asked as I continued reading only to have the book pulled out of my hands and set on the table in front of me. "Sinbad planned the event. It's where you walk around in pretty costumes and get treats from people in the town and in the castle. We're all going to dress up and go out tonight. So, are you gonna come?" Kougyoku pleaded with her magenta eyes. I sighed. "All right. What do I dress up as?" I asked Kougyoku. "That's the fun part (y/n)! We get to dress up as whatever we want." Kougyoku squealed.

"What are you dressing up as Kougyoku?" I asked her. "I'm going to be a swordswoman. Alibaba promised to help me look 'authentic'." Kougyoku smiled shyly. "I see." I said as I pondered what I should be. "(Y/n)?" I heard Kougyoku say. I looked up at her to see a strange look in her eyes. "Yes Kougyoku?" I asked slightly cautious. "Can I pick your Halloween costume please?" Kougyoku begged. I was slightly surprised when she got on her knees and clung to my leg.

"If you want to princess you can." I sighed. She squealed with delight. "But! I will not wear any sort of dress, and nothing with frills...please." I said. "All right!" Kougyoku said as she dragged me to her room and on her bed, was an outfit all in black along with a strange bottle filled with a clear liquid. "I have the strange feeling that you planned to dress me up in the first place." I inquired as she smiled and squeaked a no. "C'mon. Try on the clothes." Kougyoku said as she shoved me into the bathroom with the clothes. I sighed and put them on.

When I walked out of the bathroom Kougyoku squealed. I was wearing a black crop top and short black shorts. I had black high heels with ribbon that wrapped up to my knee. There were also black, sharp-studded gloves that I wore too. "Now sit here for a moment. While you were in the bathroom Alibaba brought my costume for me. I'm going to go try it on." she said as she went into the bathroom locking the door. I noticed that Kougyoku had prepared tea and there was a note beneath the cup. 'Here (y/n)! This tea is for you. We're going to be celebrating the entire night and I thought you would like a drink before we get started.' it read.

I lifted the glass to my lips but stopped before taking a sip. It smelt rather strange, like a mix of Earl Grey and Osmanthus tea. 'Maybe this was her first time making tea, it would be rude to waste it.' I thought to myself. I took a deep breath before downing the entire cup in case I didn't taste that great. I waited for Kougyoku to walk out of the restroom. I started to feel extremely hot and my body felt a numbing paint. It was numb since I can't really feel pain anymore. My head and back hurt a lot when Kougyoku finally walked out of the bathroom in her costume.

She wore a dress much similar to Morgiana's and had fake short swords at both hips. She wore white flats and her hair in a ponytail. She looked at me and gasped. "It actually worked!" she squeaked. "What?" I asked as the heat and numb pain subsided. She held a mirror in front of my face and I almost screamed. "Kougyoku...did you spike my tea?" I asked her, fists trembling. "Maybe...I'm sorry please don't be mad! I thought you would look really cute!" she said as she bowed low. I sighed and looked in the mirror. I had ears and tail whose color matched my hair.

"Are you mad?" Kougyoku asked. "I was." I said, "But if you give me 1/5 of your treats from tonight, of your choice, I'll forgive you. Deal?" I asked her. "Deal!" she said in a much more chipper voice now that I didn't look like I was about to kill her. "All right! Let's go see the other's costumes!" she said excitedly. "Hurry hurry! The event starts in an hour and I want to see all of them!" Kougyoku said. We walked to the dining hall and Kougyoku dragged me over to her family first.

"Guys! I'm so excited! What are you all dressed up as?" Kougyoku asked as she looked at her many brothers. "I'm an assassin!" Kouha said. He was dressed in black and had flourishes of pink. He carried two swords on his back. "Mei is a Magi and En is a pirate, like Sinbad." Kouha said as we looked at their costumes. Lord Kouen was dressed as pirate. He had a pirate sword on his hilt and a red bandana around his head, very similar to Sinbad only he had a purple bandana around his head. Both of their hair was let down.

"Koumei why are you wearing Judal's clothes?" Kougyoku questioned her brother. "He didn't want to wear the Magi outfit I picked for him." Kouha pouted. "It was for a girl!" Prince Koumei retorted. "It still would have looked nice, I mean look at Judal." Kouha said pointing to Judal who was floating above Hakuryuu, who was dressed as a skeleton. Judal wore an oriental dancer outfit. It was light purple and barely covered any of his chest or calves, but then again most of his clothes don't. "That's the costume Mei was supposed to wear." Kouha pouted.

"I refuse to wear something so scandalous." Prince Koumei said. "Don't be a party pooper Mei!" Kouha whined as Kougyoku dragged me away to go talk to the others. Alibaba was a prince. He wore mostly his usual clothes but some of King Sinbad's jewelry that wasn't a metal vessel. Morg was dressed as an assassin like Kouha, but wore a red dress and had a fan as a weapon. Aladdin was dressed just like Jafar would normally be dressed. Jafar was forced to participate and looked very out of it. I noticed he was also wearing most of Masrur's armor that looked extremely heavy, yet he still stood upright though wobbling a bit because of Sinbad's refusal to do work once again.

The Generals all picked a partner and switched outfits for the event, and unfortunately for Yamuraiha and Sharrkan, they had both missed that meeting because they were fighting in the meeting room so they were paired with each other. Drakon and Hinahoho were a pair as well as Masrur and Jafar. It would explain why Aladdin and Masrur are wearing the same outfit. Pisti and Spartos were the last pair. Muu was dressed as a mage and Titus was dressed as a warrior. Yunan was dressed as his usual self. His outfit looked like a costume anyways.

"I like your costume (y/n)." Aladdin said as he smiled at me. "Yeah, I like the ears and tail (n/n(nickname) Judal said as he floated over. "They look so real." he said as he yanked on my ear. I mewled and punched him in his stomach straight into a wall. "Wait? They're real?!" everyone exclaimed. "Yeah, I was experimenting around with Yamuraiha and wanted to see if it would work." Kougyoku laughed shyly. "You used (y/n) as a test subject without consent!?" Sharrkan asked.

"No one said it was out of consent." I said calmly. "So you agreed to try her strange potion when she doesn't even have any experience?" Titus inquired. "No." I said as Kougyoku passed me two peaches from the nearby table. "Then that's without consent! And why the hell did you punch me so hard!?" Judal yelled in my ear. "Oh look you regained consciousness." I said as I threw a peach at him, which he caught, and one in the air. "I know your tricks now you little-" he was cut off from the peach I threw upwards falling on his head. "She put it in my tea. I noticed that it smelt strange but I simply ruled it off as it being her first time making tea and drank it. I didn't want to be rude." I said as I ran my hand through my hair, hitting my new cat ears.

"Is it temporary or permanent?" Pisti asked. "I don't know." I said as I looked to Kougyoku and Judal finally got back up and started shrieking profound words in my direction. "I don't know either." she laughed nervously. Everyone face palmed. "It's fine. We'll find out later. The event is about to start isn't it?" I asked. "Yes. Let's head out and enjoy the festivities. Hopefully your transformation isn't permanent, but we'll have to wait and see." Jafar said as we left the palace and started on the festival.

~Time skip to end of festival brought by the peach throwing~

"That was really fun!" Kouha said as he explored through his bag of sweet treats and strange assortments of fruit. "Yeah it was!" Kougyoku said as well as she put 1/5 of her treats in my bag. "Looks like your ears and tail are going to permanent for a little while longer huh (y/n)." Judal said as he yanked my tail for the 37th time tonight, and for the 37th time tonight I took a peach from my bag and hit him in the face. "I'm really sorry (y/n)! I hope you're not mad." Kougyoku said looking ashamed. "No, it's all right Kougyoku. They'll wear off, hopefully, and if not then hopefully Yamuraiha can create an elixir." I told her.

~The Next Day~

I walked back into the palace before the sun rose after my nightly stroll and swim in the ocean. I still had my ears and tail. Maybe it takes longer to wear off. I walked back and took another shower. I got out and sat in the early morning sun rays to dry my hair quicker. "Good morning there kitty kitty." someone cooed from above. That someone being Judal. He had two peaches in his hands and threw one to me. "So they didn't disappear huh?" he asked as he sat down on the balcony, soaking in the sunlight with me. "Yeah. They'll be gone eventually." I said as I watched the sun rise more and more. "Yeah, that's a shame though since you look so good with them." Judal said as he smirked at me.

He reached up and started to pet me, specifically around my ears. I unintentionally started to purr as he continued to pet me like a kitten. He reached his other hand down and started to pet my tail. Strange mewling noises came from me as he started to caress my tail some more. When he stopped he had a smirk plastered all over his face. "Don't utter a single word about this." I warned him. "Or what?" Judal asked as his smirk widened. I threw my peach in his face and it bounced back into my hand. "Or that will happen." I said as I went back into my room. 'Looks like I'm going to need a lot more peaches to throw.' I thought to myself as the day began with Judal whining at me.
