Kenta's POV:
While dashing outside in the front yard, the three of us stop in the middle of the front yard where we all chat about my half brothers.

"Hey Kenta." Blake called.

"Yeah?" I responded.

"Do you know exactly when are they going to appear?" Blake asked curiously.

"They should be here by now." I assured him.

"Good cuz imma be beating the living shit out of those fuckheads." Hideo bluntly stated.

"Even I agree with you, I must give you guys a warning. Be careful around Ciaran." I advised them causing Blake and Hideo to be baffled.

"Why?" Blake asked curiously.

"Well...to put it simply, Ciaran isn't the type of person you think of." I told her.

"What do you mean?" Hideo asked as I adjust my glasses and sighed.

"In the Taniguichi family, each one of us have unique abilities. Adriano can read people's pasts, Jasper has inhuman speed, I can detect the lies in people's soul and hunt down any living soul, but Ciaran's ability is quite different, but...dangerous." I explain to them as I can feel shivers down to my spine when I think about his ability.

"..Ciaran...he can implant nightmares on other people. If he touches you guys, then it'll be a world of hell. Once he touched you, he'll leave you a dark skull mark where he can control illusions that triggers your biggest fears to the point where it drives you mad or worst, he might drive you to commit suicide." I informed them which had them widening their eyes in fear. I then turn my head to them with a serious look.

"So that's why I'm telling you guys to be careful around him, keep your distance away from him and don't let him mark you." I warned them as both of them nod understandably.

"You have our word Kenta." Blake replied with a grin.

"Yup, you got it man." He chimed as he puts a thumbs up to me. I smiled warmly at them, but soon my face has gone serious when I sense their souls nearby.

"Get back now!" I yelled as we all take few steps back when a large boom came down upon us. As the dust clears out to reveal Ciaran giving us an emotionless and cold look and Adriano shooting us a menacing smirk, my oldest half brother, Jasper, approach us with a stern and distant look.

"What an accurate dodge you did, I have to say, I'll give you effort on doing that." He half heartedly stated, but I remain stoic and summon my scythe.

"I don't need effort Jasper." I coldly spat as Jasper lets out a sigh.

"Oh course you don't, cuz you're very stubborn." He harshly insulted.

"Stubborn indeed." Ciaran agreed with a stoic look.

"Hehehehe I can't wait for this day to come! I get beat up that puny bastard child!!" Adriano harshly spat as he cackled like the insane joker from Batman and that ticked Hideo off as devilish-like aura emits from his body while glaring at him resentfully.

"Do that, and I'll shove this fist up your ass." He harshly growled while glaring at him.

"Yeah you guys have to go through us if y'all wanna get Kenta." Blake bluntly chimed.

"Ooo~ I'm so scared!" Adriano sarcastically shrieked with a snide smirk as Blake faking a smile that mocks Adriano's smirk and summoning her sword.

"Yeah? How about I slice that annoying mouth of yours?" Blake harshly spat as she points her sword at him with a fake smile which pissed him off that quickly and summons his scythe.

"You looking forward to get your feathers plunked out fallen angel?!" Adriano threatens, but Blake wasn't fazed one bit and flipped him off.

"How about you go fuck yourself you piece of shit." She harshly retorted as she roasted him on the spot and Adriano didn't enjoy at all.

"Damn you-"

"Enough!" Jasper cuts him off as he summons his scythe.

"Surrender Kenta or face my wrath of my scythe." He coldly demanded, but I refuse and point my scythe at him.

"Not a chance Gasper." I coldly retorted.

"Again with the nickname?" He irritably asked, but I have no shame and smirk.

"Why not? Gasper is such a great name than Jasper." I retort as Jasper turns to Hideo.

"You sure do have an influence on him don't you devil?" He asked coldly, but he shrugs carelessly.

"Why not? From what I've heard from Kenta, he hates you guys so much since you treated him like shit throughout the years." He bluntly stated, but he didn't care and rolled his eyes.

"Enough talk, I'm taking you back to the grim reaper realm whether you like it or not." He coldly declared while pointing his scythe at him, but I wasn't fazed and points his scythe at my older half brother.

"Like hell I will." I retorted as both of us immediately clashed scythes, Jasper held his scythe up and swung at me, but I dodged and jumped back. Then I turn to Blake and Hideo.

"Don't worry about me! I'll take care of Jasper, you guys can handle the others! And remember what I said about Adriano! Be careful around him!" I advised them as I heard Jasper running towards me and I quickly blocked his attack and swung my scythe back at him. Despite being flung back, Jasper stands his ground and stares blankly at me as he points his scythe at me.

"You will bow down to me..." He grunted as he charges at me and I did the same too.

Blake's POV:
While Kenta and Jasper are fighting back there, I soon heard Adriano cackling where I let out a sigh.

Oh geez why him?....

I thought in an irritable tone as I glance at Adriano who is cackling menacingly with a sadistic smirk.

"Ohohoho this is it baby~, I'm so looking forward of ripping those wings off!" He shouted as he charges at me and I was about to slice him in half with my sword, but soon Hideo got in front of me and blocked his attack and held his scythe tighter.

"Oh you ain't gonna touch her when I'm around asshole." He retaliated as he breaks his scythe in half with his bare hand and he did a sky uppercut him into the air. He then glance at me with a grin.

"Ya don't have to worry about him, I got this under the bag. Now go face that emo kid over there." Hideo reassured me as he flies up to the sky to deal with Adriano, I heard Ciaran clicked his tongue.

"I'm not that emo gah!" He soon dodged my attack when I swung my sword at him.

"Eyes up front emo, it's between you and me now." I sternly told him with my sword pointing at him. Unfazed, Ciaran smirked and points his scythe at me into this time with dark aura around him.

"Bad choice fallen angel, one step close to me and a world of nightmares will start entering your mind." He retorted as his dark bangs revealed his left eye where his pupil is black and his iris is now red.

***Pretend this is Ciaran's left eye when activating his nightmare inducement ability^***

However I wasn't fazed at all as I rolled my eyes and smirked back.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure that won't happen once I slice you apart." I boldly assured him.

"Heh we'll see about that angel." He retorted as he charges his scythe at me, I summon my wings and fly up in midair. Then I fly back to the ground while my eyes kept glued on my opponent.

"Huh, clever angel you are." He chuckled softly.

"Oh don't be laughing there man, I'm just getting started." I bluntly retorted.

Kenta says that Ciaran can control your nightmares just by touching them. If I can attack him from afar without him implanting a mark on me, then I'll have the upper hand to defeat him....

I thought clearly in my head where I already strategized a plan of my own. Ciaran then turns to face me as he raise his scythe behind his back.

"Very well then, but you'll soon regret for facing me. Because I'll send you a nightmare filled with hell where there's no awakening..." He coldly told me as he charges at me, I took a quick deep breath where I remembering what my friends said to me. I grip my sword tightly and sighed gently.

"This is for you, Cyrus..." I muttered as I raise my sword and did a stance as he charges at me, I slice my sword at him where the real battle begins...

Hey guys sorry for the hiatus, I was busy with getting this chapter done and I know it's been quite a hassle, but today I finally finished The next chapter of the Mysterious Four! Oh and don't worry, I'll be updating the next chapter of Mysterious Four soon.
