Aprils PoV

I was sitting in class thinking about Ben. I wondered how he became a mute? Maybe he was born that way, Maybe he was...N-no...That couldn't be right... I shook my head and looked down at my paper. Why am I worrying about him? He just some boy that I met a couple minutes ago...Just this cute boy...Wait what am I thinking!? Ugh I need to clear my head.
I continued to work on my paper until the phone rang, My teacher walked up and grabbed the phone.

"Hello? Yes she's here...Ok...I'll send her down..Bye." She said and we made eye contact.

"April your needed in the principals office." She said.

Everyone looked at me and went
"ohhh" I nodded and got up walking to the principals office.

What did I do this time!? Ugh I always get sent here for no reason! Oh well...As I got out of my set and headed to his office.
I walked up to the door and looked at the golden door knob, I sighed and put a hand on it feeling the cold Metal and opened it. There I saw the principal and Ben...My heart jumped into my throat as A tint of puck formed on my cheeks.

"Ah miss April! Do you mind showing Ben around the school?" He asked firmly and quickly.

I nodded as Ben stood up, I saw that he had the note book in his left hand and I saw something sticking out form his Dark pink Bennie. As he walked over to me with a shy smile.

"Ok...Come on Ben...I'll show you." I said.

He nodded and we walked out. I closed the door behind me and looked at Ben. He was looking down messing around with his long hoodie sleeves that covers his hands.

"So why did principal call 'me' down instead of some one else.?" I asked putting a hand on my hip.

Ben flipped opened the note pad and reached into his Bennie and pulled out the pen, I watch him write.
After he was finished he showed me.

I don't wanna have some random kid who don't know I'm a mute, and I trust  you to show me around...And are we friends?

I mouthed out the words and I read, My eyes widened.

"Ah I get it...Y-yeah we're friends...I-I mean if you want me
To be I mean...Yeah.." I stuttered.

He chuckled at me and I went red.

"Oh....Well we should start the tour!" I said.

He wrote something down on the paper then showed me.

Yes we shall~

I giggled as we walked around the school, I explained were the classes were, we walked around the corner so I can show him the music and art room Until I saw the hall monitor he was standing around with a serious look on his face waiting to catch anyone. His eyes meet I sighed as he stormed over.

"Excuse me! What exactly are you two doing out of classsss!" He asked crossing his arms.

"I'm showing The new student around the school..." I said putting a hand on Bens shoulder.

"Oh really? What's his side?" He asked Ben.

He looked at me with a 'What do I do?' Face, I nodded and looked back at the little 7th grader.

"Look He's new Im showing him around, And he's Shy so he gets nervous around new people! Right Ben?" I asked him he nodded.

"Likely story...I'll let you off this time but next time, You get busted." He said and walked off.

I sighed in annoyance and looked at Ben. He looked relieved as he wrote something down on the paper.

A smile went upon my face as we continued the tour, But one question was spinning around my head,
Why is he a mute?

Ey! Go the 3rd chapter up! This took me a while so I didn't want to add another PoV cause I thought it was long enough but Yeah I'll be working on the next chapter...Soon I'm still on my little wattpad break so yeah! This is flutterbat1 sighing out until next time bye guys!!!!
