A black limousine pulled up outside the school, causing the fangirls to scream.
Joulo who was inside the car let out a sigh, he had hated the attention that his fame brought him and longed to be just an average person. He indeed was born into a rich family, with his parents owning one of the few largest companies in the world.
He regretted arriving to school a little late than he usually arrived at. As he stepped out of the limousine, girls immediately jumped onto him, their hearts in their eyes. He coldly ignored them off, making his way to class.
Joulo continued to wonder over his frustrations, wishing he could escape the fame.

The class chattering turned into silence when Joulo and James had stepped in. They all squealed, swooned and drooled as if it was the first time they have seen them in real life.
James and Joulo sat at the back. Soon after Matthew and Shawn arrived.
❝ Teacher's late again,❞ Matthew said while holding a book. ❝ Like always,❞ Shawn lazily replied.
❝ So Joulo, it's been a month where's the engagement ring for Jamie? ❞ James asked.
❝ James, are you stupid? I'm only 17 why the hell would I go marry my girlfriend?❞ Joulo said emotionlessly.
❝ But I remember a month ago you said you were gonna marry her,❞ James said.
❝ It was sarcasm you dumb shit,❞ Shawn said.
❝ Oh! James, I saw Joulo cheating on her, again," Matthew said.
❝ I thought you liked her Joulo,❞ James said.
❝ She's hot and better looking than the rest of them,❞ He explained.
❝ So why'd you cheat on her then?❞ Shawn asked lazily while playing games on his phone.
❝ I was drunk,❞ Joulo said.
❝ Do you even like her?,❞ Matthew asked.
❝ She's hot and popular, she can almost match my standard and besides, with her I can get my fan girls out of the way,❞ He replied.
❝ I knew it,❞ Matthew said.
❝ So, why the hell does Joulo treat her so well then?" James asked.
❝ He's just doing it for the thrill of it,❞ Shawn said.
❝ Is it just me or did you got some of your older brother Jao's acting skills?❞ James asked but they all said nothing.
Then Jamie's voice emerged, Joulo couldn't help but smile. ❝Joulo!❞ she exclaimed.
❝ Hey, babe,❞ Joulo replied with a kiss on her lips as she sat down next to him. ❝Hey, guys,❞ she greeted the rest of the group who waved back.
❝ So, Joulo, are you going to football practice? I need to train the cheerleaders since I'm the head cheerleader,❞ Jamie asked. ❝ Yeah,❞ he responded. ❝ Great!❞ Jamie leaned into him and he wrapped his arm around her.
Suddenly, her nose started to twitch. ❝Joulo, why do you smell like a girl?❞ she questioned, as three guys flinched and looked over at Joulo, completely unfazed. ❝ Oh, my mom dropped her perfume and I helped her clean up. Silly me,❞ he explained, kissing Jamie's forehead.
❝ You're the best, Joulo. I must be the luckiest girl,❞ Jamie gushed as she closed her eyes and leaned on his shoulder. Joulo smiled and hugged her tightly, making her feel like she was his entire world.
As he held her, he couldn't stop thinking about what happened the night before with another girl.

As the car stopped, Paula slowly opened her eyes. When she looked outside of the window, she was surprised to find herself in a neighborhood where houses were like a mansion.
Weren't they supposed to be in the city? Why had they stopped in a residential neighborhood? She was curios as she scanned her surroundings. The she slowly stepped out of the vehicle, when she noticed leaves where falling down.
A man and a woman were standing in front of one of a grand houses, deep in conversation. The woman glanced over at Paula and approached her. ❝ You must be Paula, my niece, ❞ she said coldly, studying Paula with a harsh gaze.
Paula was taken aback. Niece? She had always believed that her grandmother was her only family, and she couldn't imagine how this woman could be related to her.
Confused and a little scared, Paula tried to follow the men who had walked away towards the car, but the woman grabbed her arm. ❝ What are you doing? Come in, ❞ the woman said impatiently, pulling Paula towards the grand house.
Pala was unsure of what was happening but had to allow herself to be led inside. The interior was just as impressive as the exterior, with luxurious furnishings to the elegant decor, it was totally different from the small, cozy house she shared with her grandmother.
❝ You must be that mute girl that's going to living with us, ❞ the woman sneered, eyeing Paula.
Paula didn't understand why this woman was being so cruel, but she tried not to let it show. She nervously held on to her bag, searching for the envelope her grandmother had given her before leaving the village. She thought that perhaps it held some sort of explanation as to why she was here.
She quickly opened the envelope, and inside she found a watch, some money and a letter. Paula's hands trembled as she took out the letter and began reading it. Tears rolled down her face as she read her grandmother's words.
❝ My dear Paula,
I'm sorry. I know I should have told you, but I just didn't know how. Please forgive me. Staying with your mum's family, her brother, will be good for you. I promise everything will be alright.
Remember to take care of yourself, don't let yourself get sick, and don't hold everything inside. You have to be strong. And please, take your medicine. I know you hate it, but you have to take it to stay healthy.
I love you, Paula. I'll miss you terribly. But I promise I'll see you soon.
Love, Grandma ❞
Her knees swayed as she stormed out of the house, her eyes scanning her surroundings desperately as she looked for a way to escape. But everywhere she turned, the streets were unfamiliar.
Suddenly, she heard a familiar voice calling out to her and felt a gentle hand on her shoulder. ❝ Paula, please come back inside. Let's talk about this.❞
Shaking, Paula turned around to face the man, but she felt her body stiffened and slowly everything around fade into darkness.
