Waking up
Nobody pov
Kiba woke up, to the sound of purring.
She looked around and saw that she was in a room of some kind.
'Must be the nurse.' She thought.
She looked and saw Grim, sleeping next to her.
She smiled, and rubbed his head, causing him to purr.
She sat up and noticed some clothes at the edge of the bed.
Carefully, she got out of bed, grabbed her mask and grabbed the clothes.
She looked around, until she noticed some curtains, around a bed.
She went to them and close them, covering herself.
She got undressed and changed into the clothes.
She changed her cape and looked in the mirror.
'Not bad at all...but what is happening to my body?' She thought, seeing her huge chest and thicc thighs.
She put her mask on, rolled back the curtains and grabbed her bag.
Grim woke up and spotted Kiba.
"Kiba! Are you okay?" He asked.
"I'm fine. Just a small mark." She said, as he climbed on her shoulder.
"So, what happened while I was out?" She asked.
"Me and that fire head have to clean 100 around campus. It's all his fault." Grim huffed, as they walked out the infirmary.
"Well, it could've been worse." She said, as they went outside.
They went down main street, when they saw a boy, who looked too familiar, looking at the Queen of Hearts.
"It's that guy who put the collar on me!" Grim shrieked, making Kiba and the boy jump.
The boy, who Kiba remembered was Riddle, turned around, facing them.
"You! You're that monster from the entrance ceremony! Was this your doing?!" He said, pointing at the cracked statue.
'D-Did I do that?' Kiba thought, as she saw him raise his wand.
"No, Riddle wait! That was me!" She said, shocking him.
"Huh? Miss Light?" Riddle asked.
"Blame that Ace kid. He sent a spell towards the statue, Kiba got in front and it slammed her in it, making it crack!" Grim said.
Riddle looked at Kiba to see if he was right.
"Don't look at me, I was knocked out from the impact." She said.
"I see. Are you alright?" He asked.
"I'm fine. Just a small scar." She said.
Riddle nodded, pleased with the answer.
"Ace Trappola, huh? I think he's in my dorm. I'll have to have a word with him." He said and walked away.
"Fighting in the streets...hurting a girl of all things..." She heard him mutter.
"Riddle? Go easy on him. Crowley already issued a punishment for him and Grim for fighting in the streets." Kiba said.
"If you insist Miss Light. Have a good day." He said, walking away.
"Oh yeah! I remember that Crowley said. He wanted you to go to some guy named 'Sam' for some things." Grim said.
"Sam? Okay." Kiba said, as they walked on.
"Hey, can you fly?" Grim asked.
Kiba froze and facepalmed.
"Yeah, hold on tight." She said, as she flew in the air.
Grim held onto her arm, as they flew in the air.
"THIS IS AWESOME!!" Grim cheered, looking at the sight.
Kiba spotted a shop that said: 'Sam's Shop.'
"That must be it." She said, as they landed.
They entered and looked around.
"Hello?" She called out.
"IN STOCK NOW!" A man yelled, appearing from nowhere.
Kiba and Grim screamed and jumped. The man laughed.
"Sorry little ones, did I frighten you?" He asked, laughter in his tone.
Kiba's eye twitched, before she went up to the man and began to beat on him, making the man laugh and cover himself.
"Never again!" She said.
"Okay, okay!" The man laughed.
She sighed.
"Are you Sam?" She asked, ready to leave.
"Sam I am! You must be Kiba! Crowley told us all about you this morning. How're you holding up though? Crowley was panicking the whole day." Sam asked.
"I'm good. Just a small scar. Anyway...I have a question. I need some new clothes and same...undergarments...I'm guessing this is the place? She asked, digging in her bag.
"Indeed it is! You came to right place for such things! Crewel told me your size so I have everything in stock!" He said, making Kiba freeze.
"Who?" She asked.
"Crewel. He's a teacher here, and someone who can someone's size just by looking at them." Sam said.
"Okay, creepy...but whatever." She said, pulling out some candles and hearts.
"Where is it..?" She asked.
"What're you looking for?" Grim asked.
"That sack of gold Crowley gave me. I know y'all don't take candles or hearts, so I'm not even gonna try with that." She said.
"Candles are your currency?" Sam asked, picking one up.
"Yep, so is hearts." She said.
"How much candles and hearts to do you have?" Grim asked, holding a mask.
"Umm...3,000,000,000 candles and...50,000 hearts." She said, making them freeze.(I'm not sure if there is a limit to how much money you get in sky, so I'm making this up)
"HOLY HELL!! HOW'RE YOU GETTING THAT MUCH?!" Grim screamed.
"The Sky kingdoms produce candle light, every single day. We just go the different realms, find candles or darkness, melt those and get free candle light. Hearts can come from spirits and friends. I happened to have LOADS of friends, so...free hearts. Here it is!" She said, pulling out the sack of gold.
"Okay! I'll be right back, just wait here." He said, walking away.
Kiba picked up everything that fell out her bag.
They heard the bell ring, meaning someone entering the store.
"Hi! Sam, are you here? Oh! It's you!" Kiba heard a familiar voice call.
She turned around and was tackled in a hug.
"Kalim?!" She asked, before pushing him off with wide eyes.
"Yeah! Hi!" He said.
She exhaled.
"Kalim, you can't just run up and grab people like that, especially women." Jamil said, as he went to them.
Kalim laughed, giving Jamil one of his blinding smiles.
"Sorry! I was just so excited to Kiba! After I heard what happened to you, I wanted to see you, but due to classes, I wasn't able to! Glad to see you're okay though!" Kalim said.
"Same. How are you by the way? From what we heard, your head busting open." Jamil said.
"Well, it's just a small scar now, so I'm fine. And Kalim...please...don't do that. I have a bad past of people running up behind me." She said.
"Yeah, sorry! I won't do it again, I promise!" Kalim said.
Kiba smiled at him.
"Alright!" Sam's voice called.
Everyone looked over to see him waking back with bags.
"Alright! Pay him for the clothes so we can leave already!" Grim said.
Kiba rolled her eyes, and took out the bag.
"I'll pay!" Kalim offered.
"No, it's okay! You don't have to-"
"Let him. It's not like we can't afford it." Jamil said, pushing the coins back to her.
Kiba looked at them, smiled and bowed.
"Thank you both. If you ever need anything, let me know." She said, taking the bags.
"Come to one of my parties!" Kalim cheered.
"Bet! Jamil, what about you?" She asked.
"You don't have to do anything." Jamil said.
"Please." Kiba said, making the boy sigh and smile.
"Then, I suppose you can help me prepare the party you attend." Jamil said.
"Bet that! Well, we should get going. Thanks!" Kiba said, as they began walking out.
"Oh wait! Here! You dropped this back at the entrance ceremony!" Kalim said, handing her something.
She gasped, as she took the object.
"...Thanks. I didn't know I dropped this." She said, as she closed the fan, before a blade popped out, shocking them.
"I forgot it does that." She said, making the blade go away and putting it in her bag.
"Thank you for holding onto it, though. Now, we should go." She said, walking out.
She waved, as she took off in the sky.
"I keep forgetting she can fly." Kalim giggled.
Kiba was trying to fly, but the bags were weighing her down.
"Geez! Just how much stuff did Sam put in these bags?" She asked, as she landed.
"Be glad you can't help me." She said, looking at Grim.
"Oya, oya~" A voice called.
Kiba froze and looked over to see a very tall boy.
He had one gold eye and one gray eye, with teal hair and one black streak.
"You look like you need a hand." He said.
"Um, yeah. I could use some help." She said.
"Floyd, help me grab her bags." The man said, walking closer and grabbing half the bags.
Another man, looking identical to the other appeared from nowhere, taking more bags.
Kiba ended up only holding one.
'Holy Krill, these guys are huge!' She thought.
"You know, you didn't have to take them all." She said, as they walked to Ramshackle.
"Pfft... like a little shrimp could really carry all these."
Kiba's eye twitched at that.
"What sort of men would we be if we refused to help a young girl like you? I'm Jade Leech, and this is my brother Floyd. And you're Kiba Light, the goddess of light. Where are we taking your bags?" Jade asked.
"To Ramshackle. Crowley's letting me stay there." Kiba said, before stopping.
"Hold on a second. I forgot I can just teleport there." She said, as she grabbed their hands and closed her eyes.
A bright light encased them, before they vanished.
A light flashed, as they landed on the porch of Ramshackle.
Jade and Kiba landed on their feet, while Floyd landed on his behind.
"I forgot I can do that." She said.
"Eh? This ramshackle? Azul's not gonna like this!" Floyd said.
"Why not? And who's Azul?" Kiba asked, helping him up.
"Azul is our friend, and the Dorm Leader of Octavinelle. We run a business called the Monstro Lounge on campus, and we were hoping to use your living space to expand the business." Jade explained.
"Oh...that makes sense." Kiba said.
"You can't help your living situation. Although, I'm sure you and Azul could work out a deal. Perhaps you could move into Octavinelle and Azul could take over Ramshackle." Jade said.
'Something tells me I shouldn't do that.' She thought.
"We'll see." She said, opening the door.
"Wah~! Looks so cool in here!" Floyd said, as he put the bags down.
"Indeed. Did you do this yourself?" Jade asked.
"Yep! It pays to be a goddess!" She said.
"Thanks for the help guys." She said.
"See you around Little Shrimp." Floyd said, walking out.
"Yes, have a good day." Jade said, following his brother out.
"Grim, remind to avoid them at all times." Kiba said.
"Agreed." Grim said, hopping off her shoulder.
Kiba dug through the bags, picking out a nice outfit.
She ran to the bathroom to change.
Once she came downstairs she looked at the time.
"C'mon on Grim, time to meet Ace and clean the windows." She said, walking out the dorm.
