Nobody pov

The first period was Potions with Crewel.

There was a large cauldron in the middle of the room, and every desk had a cauldron.

Ace and Deuce sat on either side of Kiba, while Grim sat on her lap.

Crewel entered the room kind of dramatically, throwing the door open with a bang, making Kiba jump a bit.

(I'm sorry, but why does this guy remind me of a certain someone from a certain Otome game)

"So, you are all the fresh faces in my home room." He said, as he looked out approvingly over the sea of faces. "There are some rare hair colors in the bunch. Not bad. Make sure to take proper care of it daily."

Kiba looked at the hair of everyone around her.

Crewel had a point.

Deuce had blue hair, and she could see someone with purple hair, meanwhile she had glowing white hair.

"My name is Divus Crewel. You may feel free to call me Master Crewel." Crewel said.

'Wait, excuse me? Did he just say to call him master?' Kiba thought, as she noticed his wand had a collar attached to it.

This will be an interesting class.

"Take your seats. Class will begin. First for the basics, I will beat the names and appearances of 100 types of medicine and poison into your little brains." He said, walking among the desks, handing out papers.

"We'll cover fungi later. Now memorize these so you don't go around getting poisoned by random things you eat off the ground." He said, as Kiba nearly spaced out.

When he got to Kiba, he smiled at her.

"You see Miss Light, dogs will eat whatever is lying around." He said, before turning around and walked back to the front of the classroom. "Your training will be strict and I better not see any red marks on your tests."

'Are we not gonna talk about him calling boys dogs? So what am I, a cat?' Kiba thought, as Deuce read his paper.

"By the way, Ms. Light, I'm sorry for the...issue with your uniform." Crewel said, looking a bit flustered.

Kiba noticed and waved her hand.

"Ah, don't worry, Mr. Crewel. I have capes, so I'll be fine." She said.

Crewel nodded and walked away, already planning some designs he can make for her.

"I see. By the way, what's a fungi?" Deuce asked, confused.

"Any of a group of spore-producing organisms feeding on organic matter, including molds, yeast, mushrooms, and toadstools." Kiba said, making everyone look at her shocked.

Crewel smiled and patted her head. "Correct, Ms. Light!" He said, walking off.

"Blegh. I'm no good at memorization." Ace bemoaned.

"All that matters for plants is whether or not it tastes good." Grim said.

"That's how you end up eating Datura or some other poisonous plant." Kiba said, reading over the list.

Huh, she seemed to know a lot of these already....

Odd......

Soon the class came to an end.

The boys and Grim left, while Kiba stayed behind.

She reached in her bag, and pulled out some small treats.

"This is for you Mr. Crewel. Please take it as my gratitude towards all the help you have given me. I really appreciate it." She said, bowing.

Crewel softly smiled at her appreciation and rubbed her head. "You don't have to do that. Your sincerity is good enough."

Kiba froze, remembering a similar voice say that to her, back where she came from, but she smiled anyway.

"I know, but I wanted to repay you back with at least something. If the cakes are not to your liking, please tell me and I'll make something else." She said.

Crewel laughed and accepted her cakes. "No need! I'm sure I will enjoy them." He said, as he smelled the aroma of the sweets.

There was a hint of vanilla and honey, but mostly peaches.

"Now, you should get going, your other class is about to start. You wouldn't want to start off late on your first day, right?" Crewel said.

"Hai! Again, thank you for everything! Enjoy the cake!" She happily smiled, as she left.

He waved to her and smiled back.

"Bye-Bye! Be a good puppy and behave."

She nodded and left, running past the other students, who were kind of busy looking at her exposed chest, including a certain trio.

"Should we begin the plan?" Jade asked the dorm leader, ready to capture Kiba's attention.

He seemed rather captivated by the goddess since she was already so mysterious to him. There was something about her that made him want to find out about her more.

"Not yet. Let her get accustomed to the school first." Azul said, amused with the rumors he's overheard from the other students.

"Can't we start now? I'm getting so excited~" Floyd complained with his spiky frown. "I wanna get to meet little Goldfish-chan and do fun things with her~! I saw her fly over a student on her way to class. It looked so cool!" Floyd said, with admiration, his eyes sparkling.

Azul pushed back his glasses, letting them gleam as he chuckled at his plan. "Let us see what she's comfortable with first. That way, we can use it against her to bring her closer to us. Then we can take what she holds. We'll find out what makes her so dangerous."

As he watched Kiba's retreating form...he couldn't help but to feel impressed by her. She hadn't even been at the school for a week and she was the talk already.

'Yes...yes, we will see very soon.'

The next class was History with Trein.

He was already at his desk as all the students entered, Lucius in his arms.

He watched silently as everyone took a seat.

Again, Ace and Deuce sat on either side of Kiba.

"I'm Trein and I'm in charge of your history lessons." He said, once everyone was seated.

"This is my familiar, Lucius." Lucius meowed in response. "You will learn about the history of magic that has brought prosperity to the world."

Lucius meowed again. "Participation in class will affect your grade, not just reports. I will not forgive sleeping in class. Open your textbooks to page 15." Trein said, as he patiently waited for everyone to get there.

Kiba didn't have a textbook, so Deuce offered to share his with her.

"Now then, we will start with the discovery of magic crystals in the Dwarfs' Mine. Magical energy spread throughout the world during the century after this discovery, we call it the Beginning of Magic." It seemed to be habit for Lucius to meow after every sentence in Kiba's case.

But what stood out to Kiba was seeing a picture of a lady with white hair...she looked very familiar to her...but where had she seen her?

Ace yawned, slumping in his chair.

Deuce was actually studying, reading the book intensely. "Woah~ At the Dwarf's Mine. Whoa~ Magical Energy."

"I want a class to use magic like BANG!" Grim whined.

Kiba shushed him, as she continued to listen.

Third period was Athletics.

All the boys went to the locker room.

Kiba was a girl and knowing her new body...it would be a problem. "Uh..."

"Kiba! You can change in my office! Crewel told me about your...issue. We'll figure out something later, but it's better than changing with all the boys." Vargas said.

Kiba bowed and went to get changed.

She looked at her new body and sighed.

Oh how she hated this....

*********

Once everyone was changed, they gathered around Vargas on the field.

"I'm Vargas. I'm in charge of athletics for you beansprouts. Becoming a great wizard starts with your muscles! Look at all the muscle I've built eating raw eggs everyday!" He said.

Kiba's eyes widened.

She wondered how he got away with that having Crewel as a husband.

But she decided her teacher's married life really wasn't her business.

"You baby wizards have no stamina. Start with 20 laps around the track then 100 push-ups!" Vargas said.

"I don't dislike exercise but I can't deal with this type of teacher." Ace complained, as they made their way to the track.

Kiba got into the track start position, getting ready.

"I've got confidence in my stamina." Deuce said with a grin.

"What's so fun about running in circles?! I'm not a freaking hamster!" Grim whined.

As soon as Vargas blew the whistle, Kiba took off, shocking most of the boys.

Kiba ended up doing a lot better than Ace or Deuce, keeping pace with a green haired boy she remembered seeing at the entrance ceremony.

At one point a boy running behind her wolf-whistled at her.

Vargas blew his whistle. "10 more laps for you!" He shouted at the student.

***********

Finally, they had a break time.

"Our next class is..." Deuce paused, trying to remember.

"For a school of magic, it's really not that different from regular old school. It's a lot more subdued than I expected. Not having magic hasn't been a problem at all." Ace groaned.

"Hey, where I come from, we don't have a school at all, so if anything this is kind of interesting for me." Kiba said, before she looked around.

"....Where the heck is Grim?" She asked, cautiously.

"Look out the window! The fur ball making a beeline through the courtyard!" Deuce yelled.

The three ran to the window, looking down in horror and annoyance.

Yep, it was Grim all right.

"I'm so not sitting through boring classes all day!" He declared. "As a genius, I don't need any classes to teach me to use magic with a bang!"

Kiba groaned. "You gotta be freaking kidding me!!"

"Making a break for it already, he never learns." Deuce said, as he shook his head.

Ace snickered.

"You're first day as Supervisor and you already have to report you lost track of him." Kiba stared at him, anger and panic building in her. "So, do you want help catching Grim?"

Kiba was about to decline, before realizing she was low on magic and needed time to recharge, so she had no choice.

"I hate to do this, but yes!" Kiba said.

"Buy me a chocolate croissant." Ace said.

"I'll help for an ice latte from the cafeteria." Deuce added.

"Excuse me?! I'm not a maid!" She yelled.

"You better watch out, Grim's getting away!" Ace teased. "You okay with that?"

She grabbed his blazer, glaring deep in his eyes.

"ACE!!" She yelled.

Ace's eyes widened in slight arousal, but also fear at the look on her face.

"Okay! It's a deal." He said, prying her off of him. "Now then, Deuce, shall we clean up after our pathetic, little supervisor?"

Those words made Kiba freeze.

"Sure thing, Ace." Deuce smiled teasingly. "I'm looking forward to lunch."

The two boys took off running after Grim, leaving Kiba alone.

She started shaking a bit, as she fell on her knees, having a panic attack.

She panted hard, as that dark energy was coming back.

Horns growing and her teeth shifting, as she panted and gripped her hair.

"I'm not pathetic, I'm not pathetic, I'm not pathetic, I'm not pathetic!" She yelled, covering her ears, shaking badly.

"You seem quite distressed Angelfish." A sympathetic voice said.

A kind, gentle hand touched hers, making her look up, to see the glasses wearing boy from the entrance ceremony.

He looked at her concerned, as he kneeled down and helped her up.

She wiped her eyes, as the dark energy went away.

"...Sorry, you had to see that. Who...who are you anyway?" She asked, rubbing her arm.

The boy beamed and stepped forward, pressing a kiss to her hand. "Azul Ashengrotto. Dorm Leader of Octavinelle."

"Oh! Jade and Floyd told me about you!" Kiba said, as she remembered the unsettling encounter she had with the twins. "It's nice to meet you."

"Likewise." Azul said. "Whatever seems to be distressing you?"

"Oh...just some bad memories...nothing too important." She said, rubbing her eyes.

"It must be, if it's making you cry. Angelfish, should anything become to much for you to handle, you can always come to the Mostro Lounge. I'll do everything in my power to assist you...for a price of course." He said, looking at her mask, before moving to her exposed chest.

'This guy is giving me bad vibes...just like those twins.' She thought.

Luckily, Kiba was saved by the sounds of a cauldron clanging.

She looked over her shoulder to see Deuce slamming a cauldron over Grim, trapping the tanuki inside it.

"Well, would you look at that!" She said, taking her hand back. "My problem solved itself! I'll just be going now..."

"Angelfish." Azul said, now holding out a slip of paper.

"At least take this." He said, handing it to her. "It's a voucher to Mostro Lounge. One free dessert."

Kiba tucked it into her pocket, thinking of getting a Mint Milkshake or a some chocolate cake.

"Thanks, I'll try and stop by sometime." She said, before walking away.

"Please do." Azul said.

Kiba quickly walked away.

She had to get to her idiots before they did something really REALLY dumb.
