Ango Sakaguchi was dreading the day after he talked with Osamu Dazai for hours to come up with a plan without causing too much psychological damage to the hero student. 

"Are you sure this is a good plan, Ango?" Oda asked as they stood outside of a metal door. 

"I know you think Dazai's plans are sometimes outrageous, but this one is actually pretty tame compared to the last plan, considering the fact we kidnapped a hero student," Ango said, sounding exasperated. 

"You're right about that, this is pretty tame compared to the last time he came up with a plan, the new Soukoku duo nearly killed members of the Hunting Dogs over a misunderstanding in his plan," Oda sighed, before continuing, "Why didn't Dazai tell Jouno or Teccho about the plan?" 

"He thought they wouldn't cross paths, but they did," Ango said, then sighed. 

"If that plan backfired, and it only happened a few months ago, why is Chuuya letting him continue with this one?" Oda asked, knowing Chuuya wouldn't risk such plans failing. 

"He doesn't know, Dazai made everyone involved swear to secrecy,"  Ango said, as he laid his head slightly on Oda's shoulder. 

"You tired?" Oda asked, as he slowly brought his hand up to card his fingers through Ango's dark hair. 

"Yeah, been up for a day, just trying to figure out a way to explain why we, the government and Special Division for Unusual Powers have Bakugou and not the Port Mafia," Ango explained and Oda sighed at the explanation. 

"You figure something out?" 

"Yeah, but I might need help."

"Of course, anything you need."

The ginger known as Chuuya Nakahara was angrily stomping through the halls of the Port Mafia headquarters, trying to find his husband, Osamu Dazai.

"Osamu~ I know you're hiding somewhere in here," Chuuya sang as he walked, the floor rumbling. 

As he continued down the hall, he made his way to their shared bedroom. 

Once he opened the door, he finally found him. 

Posing on their bed, naked, with rose petals strewn around the room. 

"Oh, Chuuya, what an unexpected surprise!" Dazai greeted him like he didn't set this entire thing up and made his short husband chase after him. 

"You shitty husband!" Chuuya growled, before sitting down on to bed, "You could of just invited me to bed, instead of telling me I am involved in the next plan and I need to interact with the hero students just to make me chase you here."

Dazai just smiled, while his eyes glimmered. 

Dazai then proceeded to help Chuuya take his clothes off, then pressed up against the ginger's back and pressed his head into his neck, to lick and suck at the skin there.

"You really are involved in the plan, but it won't be for a little while," Dazai whispered into Chuuya's neck as he mouthed at his skin. 

"You're going to leave marks," Chuuya said softly, as he leaned back into the touch. 

"That's the point."

"Ryuu!" A grey haired boy called out to his partner as he wandered the halls of the base. 

"Yes, Jinko?" An answer came from within a room that they barely go into. 

As he opened the door, he paused briefly to prepare himself in case the person who lives within the room activates their ability.

"Are you getting them ready for the next step of the plan?" Atsushi asked quietly as he walked in and continued watching as Akutagawa finished getting Q and his doll ready.

"Yes, I had to convince Q that it was Dazai's plan by calling him," Akutagawa explained, as he took the young child's hand and offered his other hand to Atsushi.

Atsushi simply nodded before he grabbed Akutagawa's other hand and they all walked back down the hallway, towards the back exit of the building.

Ango and Oda walked into the Agency's office side by side, and saw All Might and Aizawa looking panicked as they talked to Ranpo and Poe. 

"What do you mean you just left them?" The blonde hero asked, panic in his voice, but he was demanding answers. 

"They were being ignorant," Ranpo simply stated, but still chewing on his snack  while sitting on his desk and Poe and Karl sit in his chair at his desk.

"How so?" Aizawa asked in a lazy voice but everyone could hear the panic laced underneath it. 

"They were saying that Ranpo's ability is weak and useless and probably backfired, because the real culprits were not the so called villains from the Port Mafia," Poe pouted as he started petting Karl again, "But Ranpo's Ultra Deduction ability has never been wrong and it has never backfired." 

Both of the heroes now looked furious for some reason. 

"You left them alone because of a petty argument?" All Might questioned the man behind the desk, his tone angry and it made Poe flinch slightly. 

"They had no right to question my ability or be mean to Poe," Ranpo fired back and for the first time since the heroes met the man, he glared at them.

That's when Oda and Ango decided to make themselves known.  

"Hello," Ango greeted them, causing everyone in the office to look at them. 

"Who are you?" Aizawa questioned, his voice angry as he slightly glared at them. 

"I'm Ango Sakaguchi from the Special Division for Unusual Powers," As Ango said that, the heroes suddenly were less tense and stopped glaring at him. 

"What are you doing here?" Kunikida asked, as if he didn't know the reason. 

"We have a Katsuki Bakugou at our facility," Ango informed them, as he glanced at the heroes once more to see their shocked faces. 

"What about the other students?" Aizawa asked, his hopes of all of the students being found were about to be crushed. 

"He was detained for using his Quirk in public, the other students are somewhere in Yokohama," Ango stated, as he then looked at Oda, "Oda here has decided since Bakugou  was warned once before coming here and again once when arrived not to use his quirk and he continued to use it twice afterwards that he is to wear a quirk canceling collar." 

The heroes in front of them looked shocked. 

"What if those villains from the Port Mafia attack them again?" And when All Might said this, Ango looked at him confused. 

"The Port Mafia are not villains," Ango stated calmly, before trying to continue, "They are apart of the-" 

He was cut off as the door to the agency flung open.

Author's Note;

I added another couple! Ango x Oda, this is a ship I almost didn't add, but I decided 'fuck it', but I tried to make it ambiguous enough to make it seem like they are just good friends in case people don't like the ship.

Little note about Q; he is not locked up in the room, he just prefers to stay in there because he likes his alone time and has a little friend that'll be added in later.
