Dara's P.O.V.

Hi. My name is Dara Mizuno. I go to Juban Middle, and am the daughter of the homeroom teacher of Class 2, Ami Mizuno. I'm known as the smartest in the whole school, but I don't always feel smart...

"Good morning, sweetheart," my mother greeted me. Wonder what's for breakfast.

"Good morning. What's for breakfast?" I asked. She served me waffles and eggs.

"Something special happening today?" I wondered. She nodded.

"You told me you were going to invite your friends over." Right! "And... we're also celebrating the fact that the grades of your summer exam came in. You got 100%!"

"Mom!!!" I yelled. "I told you not to look at my scores before me!!!"

"Sorry. I just can't help it!"

Oh mom...

I heard a knock on my door. My friends!" I ran to the door and flew it open. I was greeted by three smiling faces.

"Hey, girls!" I greeted. I let the inside and we chatted. We talked about school, life, and...

"Why'd they cancel school today?" Ai asked.

"I heard they canceled it because of dangerous weather," Ena answered.

"It's never safe to go to school with dangerous weather," Bree agreed. I shook my head.

"Actually," I began. "I heard that there's been recent attacks on the city. I think THAT is why there's no school today." The others nodded.

"That makes sense," Ai said. There was an explosion outside.

"You guys should probably head home. Your parents will be worried." They nodded and went home. When I knew they were gone, I ran upstairs and was greeted by Luna. We nodded in understanding. You see, thanks to Luna, my pet cat, I'm actually able to do something about these attacks.

"Mercury Aqua Power, Make Up!" I shouted, transforming into my alter ego, Sailor Mercury! I ran to the battle scene to help defeat the villain. I meet up with my teammates, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor A. No idea what the 'A' stands for, though, because there's no A's in 'Venus'. Maybe she just wanted to be different?

"Sailor Mercury! Now!" I heard Sailor A say. I nodded in response and launched an attack.

"Mercury... Bubble... Blast!!!" I shot out bubbles that surrounded the enemy, then, all in sync, they bursted and sprayed the enemy in my magic water.

"Douse yourself in this water, and repent from your evil ways!" I commanded as it was purified.

I am the Pretty Guardian, protected by the planet of water, who fights for the waters and for intelligence...
