Flashback.....

Akantor and Way Big cried out as they were sent crashing into several buildings, which collapse on top of them. They punches and smashed the debris way from their bodies, but it was revealed they had been banged up and bruised, as if they had been fighting a very powerful enemy.

"This is soooo not our day." Akantor groaned, getting up.

"I'll say." Way Big winced as he rubbed his shoulder.

However, their attention was diverted by two powerful individuals laughing from above.

The first is a powerful Kaiju that dwarfed Way Big and was twice his size. It had maroon skin with black and gray armor and scales on his lower jaw, shoulders, elbows, knees legs and toes. It had two black horns on its head with one on the horn. It had a pair of red eyes that screamed bloody murder and its chest was cracked with yellow highlights.

The second is a feminine three-headed, two tailed dragon Kaiju that wasn't as big as the first, but still dwarfed Wayb Big. It had a brown body and red scales on its three throats, and from its chest to the bottom of its tail that ended with black spikes at the tip. It had two purple orbs from its chest. Each head possessed white eyes, a beige horn on its horn with purple fur around with pink spikes to add further intimidation and black fur behind the necks.

"Best that you give up while you still can," Bagan grinned maliciously. "It'll make killing you both easier."

"Why continue fighting a losing battle for the weak?" Queen Ghidorah's three heads smirked as the orbs on her chest glowed bright purple with energy. "When death is a better end for the both of you?"

Akantor and Way Big glared with burning anger and determination and stood up.

"Because protecting the weak is what we do best against people like you." Way Big spat.

"And through that, we get stronger and stronger. And we will continue doing so until you and every villain we face will be brought to justice!" Akantor said.

With that aid, both To'kustar and Supremacy Wyvern slapped the hourglass symbols on their chest.

Way Big becomes bigger till he is now equal to Bagan's. His red and white mixes with blue, his horns gets bigger with two more at the side of his head and the Ultimatrix symbol gain four diagonal spikes. "ULTIMATE WAY BIG!" The Evolved To'kustar boomed, his voice carrying for miles.

As for Akantor, he changes into another form rather than going Ultimate. HE turns into a slender, but more powerful Elder Dragon form rivaling Queen Ghidorah with two volcanic cannons from its back. His entire body has magma coming out mainly from its back legs, chect and back. He had the MonTrix placed on his chest.

"DIRE MIRALIS!" The Smelting Fire Elder Dragon roared.

"Pathetic." Bagan sneered, his chest glowing with energy to attack, as did Queen Ghidorah.

"These foolish mortals nee to be taught a lesson." She said as her three heads' mouths gathered purple energy.

"The ones who needs to be taught are you!" Dire Miralis and Ultimate Way Big retorted, readying their own attacks.

Bagan and Queen Ghidorah fired powerful purple energy beams from their mouths. Ultimate Way Big crossed his arms in an "L" position and fires a powerful blue cosmic beam. Dira Miralis aims his cannons and fires building-sized meteors at the two Kaijus.

Their attacks collide and their battle continues.

Amphitheater

Everyone is gathered in the amphitheater to watch matches that will prove if a student can qualify for the upcoming tournament. The current match is Pyrrha Nikos against Team CRDL.

Pyrrha launches her spear at Dove Bronzewing and then knocks Sky Lark to the ground. Cardin unleashes a short column of fire from the red Dust crystal in his mace before he and Sky attempt to double-team Pyrrha.

Pyrrha throws her shield, which hits Cardin in the face and bounces back to hit Sky as well. She then flips backward through the air to land on Sky, incapacitating him. Dove and Russel Thrush rush her together, but she is able to drive them back as Cardin leaps in to smash at her with his mace.

Pyrrha opens fire with rifle-form Miló, but Russel covers Cardin, deflecting every shot with his daggers. He and Dove charge at Pyrrha, with Russel leaping into the air and performing a triple somersault; however, the attack is easily deflected. Russel and Dove proceed to strike at Pyrrha together, demonstrating precision through their ability to avoid hitting one another during the attack. Cardin attempts to capitalize on the distraction, but is unable to keep up with Pyrrha. Russel ducks in under Cardin for a surprise attack, but also proves himself unable to wear her down.

Dove moves in after Russel is knocked to the ground. After a couple of deflected swipes, he fires on her with his sword, but she is able to bull right through using her shield. Although he is able to avoid her attack, Dove finds himself knocked out of the fight by an errant swing from Cardin, who moves in for one final assault. Pyrrha knocks Cardin into the air and then leaps to slam him into the ground.

Glynda approaches from behind Cardin who clutches his ribs.

"And that's the match." Glynda said.

"Lucky shot." Cardin said as he finally falls unconscious.

"Well done, Miss Nikos. You should have no problem qualifying for the tournament." Glynda said to Pyrrha.

Pyrrha replied. "Thank you, professor."

Glynda begins tapping on her scroll and said, "Alright, now I know that's a tough act to follow, but we have time for one more sparring match." Glynda looks around at the observing students.

"Any volunteers? Ms. Belladonna?" She said and Blake immediately slams her book shut and stares wide-eyed at Glynda. "You've been rather docile for the past few classes. Why don't you -"

"I'll do it."

Everyone turned and looked at the one who spoke and raised his hand. It was Jack.

"Jack Andros? Finally attentive in class I see. Very well. Let's find you an opponent."

"Actually..." Jack interrupted her. "I wanna fight Pyrrha."

Team RWBY and JNPR all widened their eyes.

"I believe Ms. Nikos has just finished a match. I recommend you choose another partner." Glynda said, her eyes narrowed at Jack.

Pyrrha looked at Glynda and stopped her. "No. It's fine!" She said and faces Ben. "I'd be happy to oblige." She said to Jack, smiling.

Jack smiled too. He's always wondered how skilled Pyrrha really is.

Jack walks calmly in front of Pyrrha as he readies the MonTrix.

"Why challenge me, Jack?" Pyrrha asked with a smile.

Jack smiled back. "I've always wanted to know how a 'World Renowned Fighter' fights."

Pyrrha chuckled. "You won't be disappointed." She said as she takes a fighting stance.

Jack slams down on his MonTrix and is engulfed in emerald light.

After the light died, in Jack's place is a giant bird-like creature with brown skin, colorful feathers, and a hard, sharp beak. It had bat-like wings with few spikes and one on it's lower beak. It had two, powerful large feet with a long tail tipped with feathers, three large feather protruding from its back and had the MonTrix symbol on its chest.

"HYNPOCATRICE!" The Sleep Bird Wyvern caws out.

Ruby wiggled in excitement. Meanwhile, behind team RWBY is a teen boy with gray hair and a girl with green hair are watching the scene curiously and with amusement. Emma noticed them and narrowed her eyes.

Hypnocatrice throws a kick, but Pyrrha blocks with her shield. Though she was successful, she was still blown back by the force behind the kick. The Sleep Bird Wyvern runs forward and throws another kick, but Pyrrha blocks again and slashes with Milo. She runs in to attack, but Hypnocatrice strikes first with a strong kick, leading Pyrrha on to block with her Akou before slashing at him again.

Pyrrha ends the comb by bashing Akou against his beak and jumps away to get some distance

Seeing he was going nowhere as Hynpocatrice, He pecks the symbol on his chest as he shapeshifts again.

He is now a black cat-like creature with winged hands that have steel blades. He possessed cat ears with yellow eyes that have red tints that follow and the tail seems to spike up. And has the MonTrix symbol placed on its left winged hand.

"NARGACUGA!" The Swift Wyvern let out a jaguar-like roar, causeing Blake and other Faunus to cover their ears from the loud screech emitted by the Flying Wyvern.

Nargucga raised his tail, then spins it 360 before launching multiple spikes from it. Pyrrha dodges or blocks the spikes, but the Swift Wyvern immediately leaps forward and swipes with his steel bladed-wings.

Despite being far faster than Pyrrha however, Nargcuga can't help but feel outclassed as he kept missing while Pyrrha kept landing blows on him. But he did felt his steel blades being controlled. Nargacuga's eyes then widened in realization.

'She can control metal!' He thought, then smirked mentally. 'But she's not the only one!' He dodges an attack from her before jumping back and slams on the symbol once more.

His newest form shocks everyone, including Emerald and Mercury. For it is a black, beige, yellow and orange colored dragon with wings connected to its body. It had beige spikes with orange tips protruding from the back of its head, neck, knees from all legs and the tip of its tail. And it had the MonTrix symbol is placed on the right shoulder.

"You have your own unique Semblance." He said to Pyrrha. "I have my unique Monsters as well. Or in this case, Elder Dragon. Pyrrha: Meet Rukodiora, the Magnetic Elder Dragon!"

Pyrrha prepared herself. "Rukodiora huh? So it also possessed a power like mine?" She whispered at the last part, but smiled nonetheless.

The Elder Dragon smirked. "You'd be surprised what this form can accomplished." He then looks down. "Though I have to say this; Is it just me or are you starting to become attracted to me?"

Pyrrha was confused at the last part until she looks down and was shocked. Her body was somehow moving towards Rukodiora on its own! This surprised everyone else except Emma.

"Oh yeah. I almost forgot to tell you," The Magnetic Elder Dragon said, gaining their attention. "Rukodiora also has its own magnetic and gravitational orbit as well. So anything light or heavy, metal or non-metal will forcefully be pull towards me."

Pyrrha manages to jump away, though she is till being pulled due to her armor, and transforms Milo into a rifle and open fired. However the bullets stop mid-air before rotating around Rukodiora.

He smirks at her shocked face. "Told you so." He stated before launching the bullets back at her. Deciding to use his orbit, she rushes forward whilst dodging her own bullets before shifting Milo again back as a javelin and dealt blows to Rukodiora.

He roars as he bucks to get Pyrrha off before spinning fast enough to throw her off of him. Pyrrha then throws her shield. The Magnetic Elder Dragon stops to see Akou come to his way. He is about to capture the shield on his orbit when his MonTrix symobl starts beeping punk, causing his eyes to widened in shock.

A pink light consumes Rukodiora as he is now back as Jack. Jack looks up to see Akou still heading towards him.

"Aw shit." He muttered.

BAM!

Jack groans as he opened his eyes to see Team RWBY, JNPR and Emma looking at him in concern. "You okay Jacky?" Emma said in worry for her boyfriend.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." Jack grumbled as he stood up and dusted himself. "I just forgot that the MonTrix would time out faster if I use mulitiple forms in a row."

"Sorry about what happened." Pyrrha apologized.

"Naw," Jack waved her off. "It was my mostly my fault.Should known it would to that. You were a great fighter by the way." Pyrrha smiled.

"Thanks. I was mostly surprised that your form has its own magnetic and gravitational pull." She said before all ten of them headed out.

Outside, Sun's team, SSSN, are standing at the entrance as Team RWBY, Jack and Emma walks past. Sun notices Blake and runs after her.

"Hey, Blake!" Sun said as he grabs Blake by her shoulder. "You uh, doing okay?

Blake shuts the book she is reading and faces Sun with a seemingly irritated expression. "I'm fine."

Sun scratched the back of his head and said, "So I hear that there's this dance going on this weekend, and it sounds pretty lame, but you and me, I'm thinking, not as lame, huh?"

"What?" Blake replied.

Sun seems shocked but quickly regained his composure and replied, "The dance! This weekend! You wanna go, or what?"

Blake gave him an irritated look and began walking away. "I don't have time for a stupid dance. I thought you of all people would get that."

Blake walks away past her team. Sun sinks from his rejection.

Jack went over to Sun pats him on his shoulder while Ruby looked at Blake, still walking away.

A glum Ruby is resting her head on her hand and staring into the distance. She's still worried about Blake. She says she doesn't want to go to the dance. She said there are still unanswered questions. She says they shouldn't be wasting time. She said...she'll be in the library. Ruby let out a sigh. She was then startled by someone slamming their palms on the table she's at.

"I need you to pick a tablecloth." Weiss, the one who slammed her palms on the table, said. She slides two squares over to Ruby, both seeming to be similar shades of white.

Ruby got confused. "Aren't they both the same?" She said.

Weiss sighed in frustration. "I don't even know why I asked!" She yelled as she walked away.

Yang comes in carrying a massive sound speaker on her shoulder, which bounces her sister and the table she's moping on again to jump in the air when she drops it on the ground.

"So, have you picked out a dress yet?" Yang asked her sister.

Ruby sighed. "What's the point? Who cares about the dance if Blake isn't going?"

"Don't worry, Rubes. Blake's going." Yang said.

Ruby then looked at her sister. How does she know?

"Weiss! I thought we agreed: No doilies!" Yang yelled at Weiss.

Weiss then angrily walks up to Yang, pointing in her face. "If I don't get doilies, you don't get fog machines!"

The gang is suddenly interrupted by the sound of doors opening.

Walking in the ballroom is Sun and Neptune. "Your dance is gonna have fog machines?" Neptune asked.

Weiss, entering fan girl mode, steps up to him then tries becoming sweet. "We were thinking about it..."

"That's pretty cool." Neptune replied.

Sun then comes into the scene, acting suave to Weiss' ire, and asks "You ladies all excited for dress-up?"

Ruby scoffed. "Pfft... Yeah, right!"

"Laugh all you want. I'll be turning heads tomorrow night!" Yang said, crossing her arms.

"I'm gonna have to buy a fancy get up later." Jack said as he and Emma walks in.

Weiss then asked Sun and Neptune. "What are you two wearing?"

"Uuhhh... this?" Sun said as he gestures to his current shirtless outfit.

Neptune steps up and holds a hand in front of his friend's face. "Ignore him for he knows not what he says." He said dramatically.

"Hey, I may have moved to Mistral, but I grew up in Vacuo. It's not exactly a shirt-and-tie kind of place." Sun said as he knocked away his friend's hand.

"Yeah, we noticed." Emma raised an eyebrow.

"Soooo... what does Blake think of all this? She still being all, y'know... Blake-y?" Sun asked, rubbing the back of his neck, nervous.

Weiss sighed. "Obviously." She said, turning and crossing her arms in disapproval.

"I still can't think of a way to change her mind." Ruby said sadly.

"Guys, trust Emma and I. Blake's going to be at the party tomorrow." Yang said as she and Emma strode off to find Blake.

Blake sat at one of the many terminals present in the library continuing her research on the white fang. A small red dot appeared on the screen catching her attention her eyes followed the dot until it vanished.

Blake let out an annoyed growl, her amber eye's scanning the room for the source before returning to her work, their it was again popping up in the center disrupting her work, swirling around on the screen, her eyes followed it almost hypnotically Blake clenched her teeth slamming her hands down on the desk rising out of her seat.

The dot appeared on the floor, following it across the library increasing her speed to stomp on it, eventually bumping into Yang with Emma standing behind her.

"Hellooooo~!" Yang said in a sing song voice.

"I have to say Blake even as part cat you do things that a cat would adorable do." Emma giggled, making the cat Faunus cheeks grow pink of embarrassment.

"What are you guys doing here?" Blake asked, still embarrassed.

"We need to talk." Yang grabbed Blake and led her somewhere where they could be alone. That somewhere turned out to be an empty lecture hall.

Yang made herself comfortable, sitting cross legged on the professor's desk. She invited Blake to join her, but Blake refused, deciding to pace instead so Emma took her spot.

Blake was pacing back and forth inside one of the empty classroom's Yang sat cross legged "Yang, Emma, if you're going to tell me to stop you may as well save your breath."

"I don't want you to stop, I want you to slow down." Yang said.

"We don't have the luxury to slow down." Blake argued.

"It's not a luxury, it's a necessity." Emma said.

"The necessity is stopping Torchwick." Blake said.

"And were going to but first you have to sit down and listen to what I have to say." Yang said, gesturing to the spot in front of her.

"Fine." Blake responded taking a seat.

"Ruby and I grew up on Patch an island just off the coast of the vale. Our parents were huntsmen, our dad taught at Signal and our mom would take on missions around the kingdom. Her name was Summer Rose. And she was like, super mom baker of cookies and slayer of giant monsters. And then one day she left for a mission and never came back. It was tough, Ruby was really torn, up to but I think she was still too young to get what was really going on, Ya know.

"And my dad just kind of, shut down. It wasn't long before I learned why Summer wasn't the first love he'd lost. She was the second. The first was my mom." Blake and Emma's face shifted to shock from the information, "He wouldn't tell me everything but I learned the two of them had been on the same team together with Summer and Qrow. And that she'd left me with him just after I was born. No one had seen her since."

"Why did she leave you?" Blake asked.

Yang sighed. She stood and began drawing a strange symbol on the chalkboard. "That question. 'Why?' I didn't know the answer, but I was determined to find out. It was all I thought about. I would ask anybody I could what they knew about her."

"Then, one day, I found something; what I thought was a clue that could lead me to answers. Or maybe even my mother. I waited for my dad to leave the house, put Ruby in a wagon, and headed out. I must've walked for hours. I had cuts and bruises, I was totally exhausted, but I wasn't going to let anything stop me."

"When we finally got there, I could barely stand, but I didn't care. I had made it. And then I saw them. Those burning red eyes. There we were: a toddler asleep in the back of a wagon and a stupid girl too exhausted to even cry for help. We might as well been served on a silver platter. But, as luck would have it, our uncle showed up just in time." Yang couldn't stop the regret from building up in her voice. "My stubbornness should've gotten us killed that night."

Blake stood. "Yang... I'm sorry that happened to you. And I understand what you're trying to tell me but this is different. I'm not a child, and this isn't just a search for answers. I can't just-!"

"Blake aren't you listening!" Emma said. "She's not telling you to stop because I'm pretty sure everybody else hasn't. Yang still wants to know what happened to her mother and why she left her." Emma gave a sad smile. "We're going to find the answers we're looking for, Blake. But if we destroy ourselves in the process, then what's the point?"

"You don't understand! I'm the only one Who can do this!" Blake said.

"No, you don't understand! If Roman Torchwick walked through that door what would you do?" Yang demanded her eye's now crimson red.

"I'd fight him!" Blake said.

"You'd lose!" Yang said shoving Blake.

"I can stop him!" Blake yelled.

"You can't even stop me!" Yang yelled shoving Blake against the desk, Yang walked up to Blake wrapping her arms around her "I'm not asking you to stop Just please... get some rest. Not just for you but for the people you care about." Yang said walking towards the entrance with Emma following her. "And if you think about coming out tomorrow, I'll save you a dance." She said with a wink.

"And finally, Pyrrha Nikos."

Emerald said to Cinder. The two girls, plus Mercury, are all in their dorm, discussing about the training and battles that happened in the theatre.

"Ah, the invincible Girl." Cinder said, rather mockingly.

Mercury, turning away from his comic book looks at Cinder. "She's smart. But I wouldn't say invincible." He said.

Cinder, with a sinister smile, responded with, "Do tell.~"

"Her Semblance is Polarity. But you'd never know just by watching." Emerald said, until Mercury corrects her.

"After she made contact with that freaks metal head, she was able to move it around however she wanted. But she only made slight adjustments." Mercury said.

"Just enough to make it look like she's untouchable. She doesn't broadcast her powers so it puts her opponents at a disadvantage." Emerald continued.

Cinder, sewing her supposed clothes, got interested. "People assume she's fated for victory... when she's actually taking fate into her own hands. Interesting, what about the shapeshifters?"

"They're skilled. I'll give them that," Mercury said. "The boy did not hesitate to hit hard or to cause minimal injury to his opponent as he fought Nikos with the intend to deal heavy damage."

"He didn't even use his "Ultimate form" that Roman has mentioned." Emerald added. "Even without the power, he and the girl should be able to take you on no problem with your maiden powers."

"And I'll be more powerful once I take the rest of the Fall Maiden powers." Cinder said. "And we will. In time."

Mercury groaned. "I hate waiting!"

"Don't worry, Mercury," Cinder soothed, her voice oozing poison. "We have a fun weekend ahead of us."
