"Sarah....send an email to Mr.Stonehane, give him all the details necessary for the project.." I say Sarah, as I lean on my chair and still focused on the file I was holding.

"Sure sir....anything else you would like me to do?" she asked.

"No...I am good."

"Yes sir" she replies and closes the door.

Hhmm...I sigh.

Honestly, I am kind of tired....I haven't gotten enough sleep lately...seems like there has been quite afew attacks on my clan...but they seem to disappear in no time and no traces behind...

This thing was really getting under my nerves... ugh.... this is stressful...

But I know that when ever I am upset, stressed or angry...there is this one thing that can bring peace to my heart and soul...

I reach out to my pocket, and pull a silver bracelet, with a very simple design....it had a thin single chain with hearts connected to them they look very pretty as they make a very faint and calm sound.

Even though it might not look very special....it might just another bracelet for others...but it was something really very special for me...it was the thing that I treasure the most.

Because it belongs to....

As I was lost thinking about it relaxing my mind....my eye lids felt heavy...I could feel my body relaxing on the chair making my body numb...and darkness take over my eyes making me fall asleep.

Its so dark...so cold...what is happening? Where am I?

Oh thats right...I realized, I was lying on the cold ground...I could feel the cold thin grass as they touched my ears and face. I could feel snow gathered around me. My body feels so numb....I can bearly open my eyes...as I open them I eye I see the dark night capturing the whole sky...the stars twinkling so bright light up the whole sky...

I can't move or maybe I don't want to move... I don't understand...what is it all for? Why am I doing this? Even though I own an empire and I am the vampire king...some how I still don't feel like, this is what I want. No...maybe I have everything power, money, respect, name, status, etc. But somehow I still feel incomplete as if some part me is missing. No matter what I did this empty space is always left unfilled...

I wish I could find the missing part of me one day that would fill my empty and incomplete soul up....but when! I closed my eyes and kept thinking to myself.

"Excuse me! Are you okay?" I hear a soft, sweet, gentle voice dragging me.... no.... helping me out of my thoughts.

The voice alone gave a chill and comfort to the heart...I felt like I was being possessed by that sweet voice actually worried about me.

I opened my eyes to see some that was out of the world...

Wow....

It was an angel...she had glassy dreamy eyes... skin as fair as snow...it's gotta be her...my angel came to save me... for the first time in my life I felt complete by just looking at those eyes...so pretty...yes was an angel without wings. She was brighter than the moon or anything else around. This was the first time in by life I have seen something so bright.

But soon my eyes snaps open as the door bangs open dragging me out of my beautiful dream and comfortable sleep...

Wait what? Why did I see that dream? Shit! Not again. I thought to myself.

"Hey man....sup?" Sean says as he comes out of the blue...walking straight towards my desk...grabbing the chair again himself and sits making himself comfortable....

Sean my childhood best friend and also my second in command with my kingdom works. He is my one of the most...actually most trustworthy one among all of them.....he is the most closest person I ever had...and he understands me more than I understand myself.

I let out a sigh and roll my eyes....so annoying.

"What is it? What do you want?" I ask annoyed.

"Come on man...you kidding me...so now I need a reason to meet my cute little friend." he teased.

"Don't call me that." I groan.

He burst out laughing...

"So tell me bro..Whats with all those rumors?" He asked.

"Nothing important." I reply.

"Really....?!?!" He asks raising his one eyebrow.
"Dude...you know what...it can't br helped. I am giving up. I don't understand why are you so arrogant, rude, and mean. And I really think you need an angel and our future queen to fix your attitude." He continued.

"Hhmm" I sighed with frustration.

He can never get me what I want...it's worthless to ask for it either. And moreover angel don't belong to our world. Trying my best  to forget about it.
