Previously on Chapter 6

Each of their hearts starts to beat faster than they should. The only thing going through each of their minds is that they wanted to always be near the h/c haired girl. Why they feel that way about Y/N? None of them know.

Y/N P.O.V

I place my chin on the palm of my hand as I stare at the teacher giving us lessons. I stay silent as I pay attention to every words that came out of his mouth. Aside from the practical exercises we'd have occasionally, this school sure feels like any normal schools.

After a while, the lesson finally comes to an end. I grab my gourd and carry it on my back. "Isn't it tiring to be carrying that all the time?" I heard Midoriya asked. I turn my head to look at him to see him staring at me with a worried gaze.

"Nah... it's not tiring. It's something I'm used to" I said, smiling softly at him. "Besides, unlike you... your Quirk is within your body. I need my sand for my Quirk to be able to work" I said. He only hummed at what I said.

A While Later

While everyone is at the Lunch Rush Cafeteria. I decide to walk around the school, since I'm not that hungry. I'm still new to this school, so I thought by walking around, it would help me navigate my way around.

Eventually, I came to a stop in front of a classroom. "Oh? I didn't know they'd have a music room in this school" I said. Maybe it's for the people with music type Quirk. I gently push the door open. It is equipped with various kinds of instruments.

My eyes eventually landed on a violin. I bit my lips as I stare at it. I make my way inside the room and pick it up. I take out my phone and put on a piano instrumental so I can play the violin along with it. I plug my phone to the speaker. I adjust the violin and waited for the right note to start playing.

Midoriya P.O.V

I walk through the hallway after having my lunch. The sound of music reaches my ears. I don't know why, but I find myself following the sound. It leads me to the music room. I take a peek through the gap of the door. My eyes widen as I realize it's L/N. She's playing the violin along with the sound of piano which came from her phone.

"Oi..." someone said. I quickly turn my body to cover the person's mouth, which happens to be Kacchan. He glares at me for my action. I quickly remove my hand from his mouth. "What the he-" he tried to say.

"Shh!!!" I said, placing my finger on my lips as I try to get him to keep quiet. I point at the room and turn to face it again to watch L/N as she continued to play the violin. "It's L/N-Chan... she's playing the violin. Wow... I didn't know she was that good" I said, staring at her in awe.

"She was okay..." Kacchan said. I turn my head to look at him. He said that with a straight face. But his face is telling everything. His cheeks are slightly pink. I let out a snort at the sight. He turn his head to look at me with an annoyed look. "What?" He snapped.

"Shh!!!" I said. He rolled his eyes at me. I turn my head to look at L/N-Chan again. I could hear her play all day. She's really good at it. Wait... why do I think like that? I feel my heart starts to beat faster. What's going on with me?

"What are you two doing?" Someone said. We turn our heads to see it's Todoroki-Kun. He walks up to us and turn his head to look at the music room. "L/N? I didn't know she plays the violin..." he said.

The music eventually stops as she finishes playing the violin. She turn her head towards us and jump. "Since when have you all been standing there??" She said. I let out a nervous laugh. She places the violin down and makes her way over to us. She crosses her arms across her chest as she gave us a questioning look.

"I've been here the whole time..." I said, rubbing my neck nervously. She turns her head to look at Kacchan and Todoroki. She just hums at us. "Sorry" I said.

"Oh it's fine. I just wasn't expecting to have an audience when I play" she said. I just send her an apologetic smile. Her gourd turns into sand as it moves towards her. It reforms into a gourd on her back. "The next class is about to start soon, yeah? We should head to class..." she said. I nod my head at what she said.

Time-skip

Y/N P.O.V

We change into our hero clothes, since we'll be having another training session. Since I still don't have mine. I just wear the regular sport clothes. I move my arms in a circular motion as I try to loosen my muscles.

"You still don't have your hero costumes?" Midoriya said. I turn my head to look at him and shakes my head. "Have you submitted your design?" He asked.

"I have... it should be done by next week or so" I said. He hums softly at what I said and nods his head. I smile softly at him. I turn my head to look at All Might who will be teaching this lesson.

I feel a pair of eyes on me. I turn my head to see it's Bakugo. He quickly turns his head away once he realize I had caught him staring. I raise an eyebrow at him. But didn't say anything. I don't want to make the situation awkward for either of us.

I feel another pair of eyes and glance at Bakugo. But it's not coming from him this time. I turn my head again and make eye-contact with Todoroki. Unlike Bakugo who looked away as soon as I caught him staring. Todoroki actually maintained eye-contact for a few seconds.

I gulp at how intense his gaze feels. I send him a small smile, and turn my head away from him. Why is he staring at me like that? And did he and Bakugo even stared at me in the first place? What's up with them?
