I woke up in the middle of the night to a commotion at the foot of my bed. I cautiously looked past my bed and saw a kitten. I jumped out of bed and held it in my hands. It was black and had maroon, feline eyes. It had a collar with a tag that said Pyrrha. I was confused as to how it got into my room, which was on the second floor...?! With the kitten still in my hands, I walked back to my bed.

"Well, I can't go to sleep... Might as well make some tea... You want some milk?" I asked Pyrrha while petting her head.

"Meow." She returned, nodding once

                I shook my head in awe and confusion. I decided that I would keep Pyrrha as I walked to the kitchen. I chexked the clock, it was 2:23 am. I brewed some tea and poured some milk in a semi-deep dish. Holding my cup and the milk I turned around and was startled to see Pyrrha at my feet, rubbing her head affectionately on my leg.

"How did you get here?" I asked

"Meow."

                I just shrugged and went to the living room, Pyrrha following close behind. I laid the milk down on the floor and she lapped it up. I sat on the couch and sipped my tea, closing my eyes and relishing the taste of my favorite drink. Thud. Without thinking, I immediately made an ice dagger and threw it toward the sound. I opened my eyes and where Pyrrha should have been, there was a girl with black hair, cat ears and a black tail. She was sitting in a maid uniform with my ice dagger narrowly missing her head.

"Naze anata wa sore o okonaudarou ka?" the girl siad, in a cute voice, sadness showing

"Pyrrha?" I tentatively asked, "Anata to iu kotodesu? Nani ga anata ni okotto no ka?"

"Watashi wa ima anata no o najimida yo. Watashi ga hogo shi, anata wa, kanona nin'i no hoho de tsukae, anata wa shikashi anatagasuki ni atsukau koto ga dekimasu." Pyrrha explained while standing up and bowing deeply, "Gyunyu, masuta shite itadaki arigatogozaimasu."

I was taken aback. I have a familiar now? I didn't know how to react so I just said,

"Chodo watashi ni anata ga nozomu nani demo o denwa kudasai."

Pyrrha looked up from her position, looking at me with her cute, maroon, feline eyes, full of joy.

"Hontoni? Watashi wa anata ni Ane-san ni denwa shite kudasai koto wa dekimasu ka? Watshi wa itsumo ane ga hoshikatta!" She said,

I giggled and smiled.

"Tashika."

"Arigato gozaimashita!" She said

                I walked up to her and saw that she was smaller than me. I'm 5"5 and she's just 5 feet. I put my hand in the space between her ears and started petting her. She blushed and said,

"Nya~" :3

"Anata wa nan-saideosu, Pyrrha-chan?" I asked

"Watashi wa 13-saidesu."

We had some silence, then I said,

"Anatataku wa suripu jotai ni hairu?"

"Hai!" Pyrrha purred

I led her back to my room, as I closed the door she asked,

"Watashi wa anata to beddo no ue de neru koto, Ane-san?"

                I nodded and Pyrrha turned back into a kitten. She jumped on the bed and I climbed in beside her.

"Oyasumi Pyrrha-chan."

"Meow."
