I slowly opened my eyes to complete darkness. I couldn't make out anything, where I was, what was here, who was here, nothing.

The only thing I heard was a light chime every few seconds. I couldn't even begin to imagine what it was.

I'm not even sure how long I have been gone. All I remember is being kidnapped by some strange man and then everything went black.

"H-hello? Is a-anyone h-here?" I called out quietly.

I heard footsteps slowly approach me.

I felt around and realized I was sitting in some sort of, cage? Why the hell am I in a cage?

I started to panic a little as the footsteps grew closer. Maniacal laughs filled the muggy air.

"Well, I see my little sweet cheeks is finally awake. How about you come give daddy a little sugar?" The voice rang through my ears and sent shivers up my body.

"W-who are y-you?" I asked, fearing the answer.

The footsteps finally stopped and revealed a pair of golden eyes.

"Who me? Well I'm Jan Valentine, and you? Well you're my new toy. And boy do I intend to play." He said with a chuckle.

This man is a psycho. He leaned down and placed a hand on my face. I could feel him lean in and release a warm breath on my cold skin. This man is revolting.

I tried to pull my face away, but he grabbed it. He rared back and slapped my chilled skin.

I brought a hand up to my now burning cheek and realized I was shackled to the cage.

"I'm sorry I had to do that. I have a little bit of an anger issue hehe."

"Jan, what are you doing to this poor girl?" Another unfamiliar voice rang throughout the air.

Jan stepped back and stood up straight. He slowly rubbed the back of his neck.

"H-hey Luke, I was just umm... P-paying our little guest a visit."

A pair of booted feet approached us and stopped next to Jan.

The man leaned down in front of me, revealing a pair of glowing green eyes.

"Is he hurting you, Amelia?" He spoke softly and calmly.

I backed up as much as I could and cleanched my fists.

"Why did he take me? I demand answers!" I said, after I built up the courage to do so.

The man stepped back into the moonlight, revealing his features. He was pale skinned, which was free of blemishes. He had long blonde hair that he kept tied back with a ribbon. His outfit consisted of something similar to Jan's, only white and gold. He was actually quite handsome.

He turned to Jan and chuckled. "My my Jan, you've picked out a fiesty one, and she's rather gorgeous as well."

The man turned to me and bowed. "Please, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Luke Valentine, this idiots older brother. It is an honor to meet the infamous Alucards mate."

I raised a brow at the word "mate". He seemed to notice my confusion.

"Oh? You did not know this? Well, let me be the one to inform you. You belong to the Hellsing lapdog, Alucard. The king of vampires, which makes you the queen. Hello, my queen."

Queen? Okay. This is not true. It can't be. It's impossible, we only met a mere week ago. But if that were true, why would he ignore me like he has?

I shook my head in disapproval. "T-that can't be true."

He threw his head back and chuckled. "Well of course it's true. Why on earth would we go to the trouble of kidnapping you if it were not?"

"But why did you take me?" I asked quietly while I hung my head.

Jan stepped forward and spoke up. "So we can rip that poor excuse of a vampire, Alucard, to little fucking shreds."

This made me laugh, how could two little petty humans defeat Alucard? And I am a strong vampire, why am I still here? This sent a surge of anger throughout my body.

I stood up slowly and yanked my hands away from the chains, they crumbled down by my feet.

"H-hey now. We didn't let you go yet." Jan stuttered.

I took a few steps towards them and balled up my fists.

"And I didn't fucking tell you to kidnap me. Why don't we play a little fair here!" I shouted.

Luke stepped in front of Jan protectively. "Look, unless you want to get ripped to pieces, then I suggest you sit back down."

I started to laugh like a maniac. "And what are two humans going to do about it?"

They both started to laugh. "Humans? We are far more than tiny organisms. We are class A vampires."

"Yeah bitch, so unless you want to get skull fucked, I suggest you do as big brother Luke says and sit the fuck down."

This sent more anger through my body, I was livid. I took a few more steps towards the brothers and cracked my fists.

Jan did the same. "Oh, so you're looking for a fight?"

"Yes, as a matter of fact I am. Do you really think I can let you live after taking my queen?"

I know that voice. I slowly turned around to see Alucard hovering over me. I took a few steps back and watched as his eyes glowed darker and his expression change at the sight of me.

Luke pulled out a gun and aimed it toward Alucards head, I was still standing in the middle of them so it was actually pointed at my head.

"This is exactly what we have been waiting for, the almighty Alucard. The king of vampires."

Alucard pulled out his guns as well and pointed one at each of the brothers heads.

"Don't flatter me Valentine. Now, I would advise you to lower your gun away from my queen before I rip your arms from their sockets."

Luke started to laugh and took a few steps closer to me.

"You're pushing it Valentine." Alucard growled.

Luke cocked his gun and pulled the trigger. Alucard jumped on top of me and shielded me from the bullet.

My cheeks burned from the sudden contact, but as quickly as it happened it was gone in seconds.

Alucard stood up and shot for Luke. Luke dodged the bullet and ran over to Alucard.

While I was watching the two of them fight, Jan saw the perfect opportunity to scoop me up, and he took it.

He placed a gloved hand over my mouth and dragged me away. I tried calling for Alucard, but the sound was muffled enough to where even he could not hear it.

I kicked and punched, but it was no use. Jan drug me to a door and quietly pulled me out of the room.

I finally got the opportunity to punch him in the nose, and man did I take it.

He held his now bloody nose in anger. "Would you quit that you stupid bitch!"

While he was holding his nose I made a run for it. I turned to him and kicked him right in the damn pants. He fell over and held it and his nose.

"F-fuck you. S-stupid b-bitch." A gun shot rang through the air and hit Jan directly in the head. As I was running and had my head turned to Jan, I ran right into a hard chest.

I slowly looked up into a pair of red eyes. Alucard. I must have enraged him, because the next thing I know, I'm pinned against a wall with a hand wrapped around my throat.

I gasped for air as I looked into his dark eyes.

"W-what are y-you d-doing?" I said between gasps.

"Can you manage to not get yourself caught, idiot?" He said, venom dripping from his words.

He let go of my thoat and watched as I slowly inhaled large amounts of air.

"W-why didn't you c-come s-sooner?" I slowly said.

"Why did you let yourself get kidnapped!" He shouted.

He was starting to anger me. "It's not like I had a fucking choice!" I yelled out.

"You could be quiet for a few minutes so I can do this!"

"So you can do wh-" he cut me off with a passionate kiss.

His breath smelled of mint and blood. He slowly pulled away.

"W-why did you d-do that?" I asked timidly.

"Can I not kiss my queen? You are my mate after all."

My cheeks burned at an alarming rate.

"Why were you ignoring me so much then?" I asked bashfully, afraid of hearing the answer.

He looked down at the ground with a saddened expression. Is the no life king really showing emotions?

"Because I did not want to accept the fact that my mate was merely a powerless human a week ago. I wanted someone who was strong and fearless, and now I see that's exactly what I had. When I realized you were gone, I don't know what came over me, but I felt a sense of emptiness."

I placed a finger under his chin and made him look up at me.

"You missed me?"

He slowly nodded like a small child and scooped me up bridal style.

"I did miss you, my queen. Let's get back to the manor before sir Integra loses it."

I giggled and buried my face into his muscular chest. The sound of his steady heartbeat was very calming and relaxing. It felt like home.

This is exactly where I need to be.
