No one's POV

In a forest, pretty far away from the walls humans builded to protect themselves from the Titans, lived a small community of people, who adapted themselves to survive in such a critical state. These people, learned about the Titans, studied them, and even killed some of them.

"Mom! Look what I found!" An thirteen year old girl shouted as she runned towards her mother

"Is something wrong Akané-- What's that?" A long, red haired female asked as she looked what her daughter had in her arms

"I found this not far from the fire lily field, tho I don't know what it is..." The girl, Akané, said as she frowned at the hooded robe she had in her arms.

"It....It looks like...fresh blood..." The red haired woman said as she inspected the small red stains on it. Her daughter's eyes widened as she walked inside her house, carrying the robe on her arms

'Wonder to who this belonged to....' Akané though as she whent to her room, she rummaged in the robe's pockets to find a silver dagger, with a cool design on the metal. Her blue eyes were reflected on it, making them look more grayish. She placed the dagger back in the pocket and placed the robe on her bed

"Honey, this is starting to worry me. Last month Akané's friend, Karúha, found a sword on the shore of the lake nearby. Do you think they found the location of this village?" Akané heard her mother's voice while she sitted on her bed.

"This place is very safe, unlike inside those walls Hon, the kids are free out here, and they've learned to defend themselves from Titans." A male voice said as Akané walked out of her room. She looked at the black haired, cerulean eyed male- her father, as she blinked twice.

Akané's POV

"What walls?" I asked as I tilted my head to the side and raised a brow. My mother looked at me and frowned

"It's nothing to worry about, my little rosebud" Mom said with a smile. Oh like that's gonna convince me. I crossed my arms and looked at her seriously. She lowered her head and frowned, as I just kept looking at her, slightly mad.

"Look Akané, there's these 50 meter walls that protect the people that are inside them and--"

"I know damn well what they do, but why the fuck are you talking about them?!" ((XD Akané watch your language!!! You just became 13!!!)) I shouted as mom looked at me a little surprised by my sudden snap. She walked towards me, kneeled down to my level and placed her hands on my shoulders.

"I'm just saying, if you ever end up in there, don't trust anyone Akané....Ever" Mom said seriously, her gray eyes looking at me, to the point that she looked at my heart. I gave her a nod and hugged her tightly, and, I don't know why, but I didn't want to let go.

"Akané.....You're crushing me..." Mom barely managed to cough out. I let her go and rubbed the back of my head with a childish smile and mouthed 'Sorry' at her.

"See you later my little warrior"  Dad said and ruffled my red and black hair. I laughed and fixed my hair, giving a salute at dad. Did I mention that my dad used to be a Survey Corp?

"Go with Karúha, Akané" Mom said after dad left out the door. I smiled and literally dashed out the door. Karúha was waiting for me at the center of the town. He waved and grinned at me when I got closer.

"Hey Ako!" He said as I stopped to catch my breath. I panted for a full thirty seconds before smiling at him.

"Hey Karú" He smiled and signed me to come with him. We walked around for a while somewhere in the forest.

"You won't belive what I found a little while ago" He said excitedly as I rolled my eyes. He always over exaggerates when it comes to what he finds around the village. He suddenly stopped, making me bumb against his back.

"What in the-?!" I said as we saw a dead man, without his right leg and that was wearing this weird uniform with the same robe I found in the field.

"Crazy, right?" He said with his eyebrows lifted. I just kind of stood there, looking at the dead man. Or at least I thought he was dead. He suddenly started to cough out blood, scaring the hell out of Karú. I just looked at the man with no emotion.

"What in the motherfucking world?!?" Karú squeaked as he falled on his back. The man looked at us and his eyes widened.

"What are you kids doing out here?!" He said as he managed to push himself up. I crossed my arms as Karú was still freaking out.

"Duh, we live here" I said bluntly as Karú dashed back while shouting something I didn't quite get....Coward. The man studied my features and frowned. I grabbed his arm and placed it over my shouders.

"How....How did you kids survived....Outside the walls?" He asked as I helped him to the village. I looked at him for a moment, thinking if I should trust this man. He did looked in pain after all.

"We adapted to our surroundings, like you people should have done long ago" I awnsered as we got closer to the village. He looked surprised to see a village outside the wall, according to what he said.

"Akané!!!" I heard my mom shout as she runned to me and the man. She slowed down as she got closer.

"You're this child's mother?...." He asked as mom gave him a glare. Mom never glares at anyone.

"Mom, this man needs help" I said as Karúha's dad, Kugaha,  walked towards us. Kugaha grabed hold of the man and whent to the small nursery we had here.

"Who is that man Akané?" My mom said angrily as I just lowered my head. How was I supposed to answer that question? I don't even know his name.

"That guy? Well, we found him at the outskirts of our village. We thought he was dead until he started to cough out blood" Karú blurted out as my mom raised a brow. I gave him a death glare as Karú smiled nervously at me.

"And?..." Mom asked as she looked at him, crossing her arms.

"I freaked out and runned away, I whent looking for my dad to help him. Tho, Akané brought him in here"  Man, even if Karú is two years older than me, he acts so childish.

I didn't heard mom's answer, cause I runned back at the place where Karú found that man. I could hear my mom calling my name behind, but still I kept going.

'They just won't understand' I thought as I runned deeper into the forest. I know that it's forbidden to be far away from the village, but.... I needed to clear my head. I stopped in front of a tree that had an abandoned house on it. I started to climb up some vines that had growed up the tree.

'I'm not a little girl anymore. They have to let me go' When I got inside I grabbed an candle and lighted it on. This place has becomed my secret hideout. A place where I can be by myself. I sitted down on the wooden floor and sighed. I suddenly felt a rumble, coming from all directions.

"Titans...." I wispered before rushing from tree to tree, swinging with the tangled vines on each tree. My hair flowed on the air as I whent on my way back home. I looked down to see a group of thirty men riding their horses to the direction of the village. My mom was right, they know about our village.

"Take care of the Titans! We will look for the survivors!" A white haired man shouted as the group divided into two separate groups. One stopped and whent back while the other kept going

'They knew about us all this time' I thought as I managed to get back home, as many families have already taken action.

"Akané!!!" Turned around and saw my mother running to me

"Thank goodness you're ok!!!" She cried as she death hugged me.

"Where are the other's?..." I asked worriedly. My mom frowned and sighed.

"Karúha whent looking for you, but he hasn't come back....I'm afraid that...." My mom stopped talking. I knew what she meant. Karúha was gone from this world. I let a few tears out, but I knew he was in a better place. I heard a galloping sound coming this way. Mom looked over my shoulder and saw the same men I saw earlier.

"Ma'am! You have to get you and your family out of here!" The same white haired man said and drawed out some blade-sword- thingies.

"I'm not leaving until my husband comes back" Mom shouted at the man as she pulled me close. The man narrowed his eyes and growled as a Titan came closer. It had short, bright blond hair and purple grayish eyes. The man let out a battle cry and dashed towards the Titan.

"Akané, look at me. You need to hide, don't let them find you" Mom said and kissed my forehead before guiding me into a small corner of the house. She took off her scarlet red dragon necklace and tied it for me. I grabbed my mom's wrist and hugged her. She hugged me back and let out a small sob.

"You must know, I will always love you, my little rosebud..." She said before running off. I saw how she left before running to my room. I looked at the robe I found earlier this day before putting it on.

'I love you too mom...' As soon as I finished placing the jacket on, I heard someone let out a pained scream. I runned out just to see my mom being ripped into pieces by a brown haired Titan. I started to tear up.

"MOM!!!!" I screamed as the Titan swallowed her dismembered body. The Titan snapped it's head to me and reached out to me. I tried to run away, but it managed to grab me. I let out a loud cry as tears falled from my eyes.

The Titan didn't hesitate to swallow me whole, as my life flashed in front of my eyes. But suddenly, I felt this raging anger, that started to fill me up. I let out a cry and felt my strength grow unbelievable fast. I pierced the back of the Titan, blood covering my hands. Another Titan rushed towards me. I somehow, kicked down the Titan and stomped on the back of his neck. The moment I saw myself, I started to tremble. I became a monster. What everyone has feared for so long. A blood-lust creature, a Titan.

'N-No....T-This has to be a bad dream...It h-has to be!' I thought before collapsing on the ground. I gasped for air as I seperated of this Titan body. I stared at my hands before letting out sobs. I heard voices comming this way and scuttled to hide.

"What the hell happened here?" A raven haired and red eyed woman said as she looked at the Titan body

"Is it dead?" Another raven haired man, who looked younger that her, asked as he stared at the same body.

"Duh, it is dead" A dark brown haired, yellow eyed man said and gave a small kick at it. Thats when the woman notice me hiding behind a wall.

"Hey, are you ok?..." She asked sweetly as she walked to me. I just tried to hide my face from her. She frowned at my reaction. I sniffled a few times before walking out.

"You poor little child..." I heard her mumble. Before she could say anything else, I hugged her and cried my heart out. She rubbed my back and runned her hand through my hair. After what seemed like forever, I let her go, wiping my nose a few times.

"Come with us. You'll be safer inside the walls" She said before stretching her hand at me.

"Just a moment" I said quietly before rushing back to my now destroyed house. I walked through the broken wood and the crumbled stone walls. I managed to get to what once my parent's room. I saw a small framed picture of me, mom and dad. I broke the glass and grabbed the picture before running back at the woman.

"Are you done?" The raven haired man asked. I gave a small nod as the woman helped me up on her white horse. As we galloped back to the first wall, I looked back at the ruins of my village. Before looking foward to the place we were going to, I had in sight the first wall....
