Mae's pov~
Hi Im Mae Brooklyn and i'm 16 years old just a normal school girl that lives in the countryside but I have one secret I have monster hunter blood yes that right my family are monster Hunters we hunt vampire and werewolves mostly well when I say we I mean the rest of my family I know vampires and werewolves kill people but some out there might be good. My dad is the head master of my high school in the little village we live in him thats his day time job and deguise to vampires and werewolves. My mum is a kung fu fighter she practises every day and night with weapons as well. my older brother Spike whose 18 well his kinda evil when it comes to vampires and werewolves he hates their guts and his kinda insane a little too when it comes to making weapons for us his a black smith. My parents have been hunting vampires a werewolves for years even before me and my brother were born. I hate it really I don't want to be a hunter I just want to be a waitress or have my own farm when i'm older not be a monster hunter like the rest of my family are. but it is dangerous being a monster hunter and my family are the best in the world my mum and dad have killed hundreds of vampires and werewolves and they are after us now to stop us from killing more of their kind so we have had to move a few times so they can't find us. its scarey a little but you get used to it as you grow up I was almost caught by a vampire once when I was 10 I was lost in the snow but my brother scratched him with a vampire weapons and the vampire ran away before he got me. i'm very clumsy too and my mum tells me off for it because I knock all the weapons over. It is also so embarrassing for my dad to be the head master at my school really why my school why ugh its even worse that my brother always annoys me too his never happy just really grumpy and evil and insane wow my family are really weird sometimes but I love them. I have my best friend Knott thats keeps me company on the weekends she that best. But a week ago two knew boys came and well you would not believe it heh heh.


It was a rainy week and I was waiting for my dad to finish his shift so we could go home in the warm I didn't want to stay out here any longer I wasnt aloud inside the school after school finishes so I had to wait outside under a bike shed whilst my dad was finishing work. " Ugh hurry up dad its freezing out here I want to go home in the bloody warm damnit" I said to myself with a grumble. my blue hair ends were getting soaked and so was my hoodie i really wanted to get out of here as soon as possible a few minutes later my dad finally came out of the school and locked it." sorry Mae to keep you waiting I was on the phone to something very important now come on lets get home we don't want you catching a cold" My dad said as we walked tot he car." Finally I can get out of the damn rain thank god" I said in my head as we got into the car. On the way home I looked out the window and watched the rain fall onto the car window we live near the woods so it takes a while for us to get home I always wondered if wolves lived there maybe even werewolves I was a curious teen my dad doesn't like me going off on my own into the woods tough but sometimes I take my horse in the day and gallop around listening to the woodland animals its amazing and I try to look for wolves but I don't find any i'm going to keep trying tough.

As we got home it stopped raining and the sun came out I saw my brother spike in the black smith shop making bow and arrows he waved to me and my dad we waved back and went into the house. Mum was in the kitchen making dinner I sigh happily thinking that sometimes we can act like a normal family but it doesn't last long. Because we know that there are vampires and werewolves trying to find us but its been two years and non have found us I hope they don't find us at all so we can still act like a normal family. I run upstairs to my room to drop my bag off and get changed" thank god its a friday no school for two days I need a break had a hard week" I said with a smile I went on my PS3 for a bit till mum called me down for dinner she told me to go and get Spike for dinner I grumbled a little and went out to go get Spike who was still making some bows and arrows." Spike mum said you need to come in for dinner now" I said he just looked at me and went back to making the arrow. I frowned " SPIKE!! come on mum said dinner" I shouted and crossed my arms" Fine, fine geez keep your blue hair on i'm coming now" he said with a growl in his voice. "Good you better" I smiled cheeky and walked back into the house with Spike behind me and we sat at the table with mum and dad already sat there waiting for us.
