I came back to reality when I suddenly got a call. I looked at the caller id and it was my brother Kim seokjin.

Kim seokjin: JEON JUNGKOOK why didn't you TELL ME that you were coming back to KOREA??? *angry yet calm voice*

I moved the phone from my ears a little as his loud screams were hitting my ears like the drumstick hits its drums.

Jungkook: WOAH~~~hyung calm down. I just got landed however, I was thinking of visiting you in your office.
Jin: No, it's okay, you must be tired. Just go home. I've sent a car to pick you up and I'll meet you at home. He replied coldly.

Jk: Okay hyung. Love ya~~~
Jin:.......... ( call ended)

Huh, how could he just hang up on me like this!!! He will never change.*sigh* okay jk let's go home. He said as he started to walk away.

[ 15 minutes later ]

[ Kim seokjin's mansion ]

Jk: Woah~~~nothing changed in here.
I was looking at the big mansion in front of my eyes. I can't even say how much I missed this place.

As I was looking around, my childhood memories kept flashing in my mind.

Well, I can't remember everything but I do remember that I used to run around this mansion with my big brother chasing me from behind, trying his best to catch me.

A small smile appeared at the corner of my lips but soon it grew bigger as I saw an old woman calling my name from a distance.
Mrs Lee: oh gosh! Jungkook-ahh I missed you.

With that, she hugged me so tight. To be honest, I missed this hug.

Jk: How are you halmoni?

Well, Mrs lee is our family caretaker but she always treated me like her own family member. When I came into this home for the first time she was the first person I instantly got close with. Her smile always reminds me of my mother.

Halmoni: I'm fine child. You grew up so well I see. Come I will show you your room.
Jk: Sure.

After I got into my room I immediately took a shower and threw myself in my bed.
But the vibration sound that my phone made, ruined the mood causing me to groan a little in disturbance.

Jk: Who is it URG!!!... Oh, Mom!.
I immediately picked that up when I saw "MOM".

On-call:
Mrs Kim: Hey son.
Jk: heyyy, mom why did you call?
Mrs Kim: Did you reach there already?
Jk: Yeah mom. I'm at home now safe and sound. But why did you tell hyung?. I wanted to surprise him.
Mrs Kim: I didn't your dad did. But you better not forget why I sent you back to Korea. Got it? *cold*.

The sudden change in Mrs Kim's voice tone terrified jungkook.

Jk: Y-yes, Mom I remember. Don't worry I won't let you down.
Mrs Kim: That's my son. I gotta go love
You
Jk: Love you too Mom.

"Whenever you say love you, why it sounds so fake Mom?" Jungkook mumbled to himself.

[ Cafeteria ]

We were eating our lunch and laughing with each other right then l saw some girls giving me death glares.

What a nice day to receive death glares.Because of his devil park jimin.That's what I thought.

Yes, he is so popular in our firm that almost every girl has a crush on him ( i still don't get why ). And this teaser just can't stop babying me up to that level that every other person thinks we are a thing & I don't like it. Why? Cuz he is my best friend and I don't want anyone to misunderstand our friendship.

I was so lost in my mind trying my best to ignore them then I felt a hand waving in front of me.

[ Jimin's Pov ]

We were eating when I noticed y/n spacing out so, I started to wave my hand in front of her to make her come back to her senses.

Jimin: Hey y/n hey~~~ are you even listening?
Y/n: Huh! What?
Jimin: Baby what's wrong???
Y/n: This boy I need to teach him a lesson *whispers*
Jimin: Wha-------Akkkk.WTF, Why did you pinch me so hard??? *fake cries*

Y/n: You deserve it. *glare*
Jimin: And what did I do to get that? 👿
Y/n: like you would listen even if I tell you. Forget it I'm going to my office.
Jimin: Hey, Wait for us!!.

What happened to this girl & what did I do again. I looked at dahyun expected her to say something but she just shrugged her shoulders.
Jimin: Well, I guess there's no respect for a gentleman like me!!! *whispers*

He whispered to himself while chuckling at his own thought.

[ Y/n's pov ]
I stood up and walked out of the cafeteria getting enough of that shit. I'm not mad at jimin but I can't stand those girls.

??: y/n wait for me!!!
Y/n: Oh dahyun slow down.
Dahyun: *breaths heavily* w-why did y-you l-leave-e like that? Are you mad at jimin?? *concerned*
Y/n: No no. Why would I get mad?
Dahyun: Just asking, don't mind him.
Y/n: Yeah I know. But why are you only talking about him? I'm your friend too. *pouts*
Dahyun: *chuckles at your cuteness* stop being dramatic. I'm going to work. Catch you later babe. *waves*
Y/n: Me too bye bbe. *waves back*

[ Time skips: 8.00 pm ]

"I am done with my work. I should go now jungkook must be waiting."
He said as he grabbed his car keys and drove home.

[ 20 minutes later ]

Jin: Mrs lee where's Jungkook?
Mrs Lee: oh jin, Jungkook is in his roo----
jin: Okay thanks.

Excitement was written all over his face since he hasn't seen his Lil brother for the past 4 years.

With his bright smile, he made his way upstairs as he opened the door and saw jungkook laying in bed, playing with his phone.

Jin: Oiiii coco head!!! *shouts*
Jk: HYUNG~~~

Jungkook runs towards his brother to give him a brotherly hug full of warmth and emotions

Jin: YAH l-e-t me g-o I can't b-rea-t-h

Few minutes ago.
[ Jk's pov ]

I was laying on my bed waiting for hyung to come then I heard his voice. I jumped out my bed to hug him. I missed him so much~

Jk: I'm sorry *laughs awkwardly* how are you? You look the same as before.
Jin: Obviously I do. But you've grown a lot I see. *raised an eyebrow* How's mom and dad?
Jk: Yes *chuckles* they are good but they miss you hyung. You should visit them.
Jin: I will if I get free time. Did you have dinner? He replied changing the topic.
Jk: No.
Jin: Come then let's have dinner.

[ At the dinner table ].

Jin: So, I heard that you joined dad's company!
Jk: Correction I was forced to join.
Jin: *chuckles* and why is that?
Jk: why?? *jung shocked* because of you hyung. Why can't you just come with me and join dad's company? You are the real heir after all.

Jin: when will you stop being this naive jungkook-ahh *whispers*
Jk: Hu! Did you say something?
Jin: *sigh* I can't I already have my career here and didn't I tell you there is no real heir thing!!! what's mine is yours too!.
Jk: yes I know that's why I love you so much hyung *wink*

Jin put down his spoon and flashed a soft smile towards jungkook who was smiling brightly but deep down his heart he felt the strange feeling. A feeling that he has to protect his brother no matter what!!!
