He beat Big Show at Extreme Rules in a Last Man Standing match, he beat Ryback at Payback and he beat R-Truth on Raw to get into the Elimination Chamber for the IC Title. Meanwhile in that span, he was getting to know Sasha more, they had more hangouts, Sasha returned the kiss to the cheek of Victor and he even went to NXT shows regularly.

Thankfully, the botch of Mark Henry entering earlier doesn't happen and instead of being one of the worst Chambers in recent time, it's actually one of the best, with these 6 men putting it everything on the line, and in the end, Victor hit the Burning Hammer on the final man, Sheamus to win his first championship in WWE, the Intercontinental title.

Main event: Dean Ambrose defeats Seth Rollins via disqualification 

After the controversy of the match, Rollins tried to beat up Dean, but Victor came to his rescue and beat up everyone, and the show ends with Ambrose stealing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship while him and Victor get out of the building from the crowd.
