I woke up at 6 exactly. I ran out to the Poseidon cabin careful not to wake Sophie or Percy. I got some jean shorts on and a neon yellow shirt that said what ever with this emoji😒 Lol. I raced out to the coliseum and snapped for a flag. I grabbed it and got creative with the flags. I painted one side with stars and the other side with money. Easy and simple. I snapped again  and it had holograms of them moving. I stood in the front waving the star side the flipping it around and heading to the back and tossed around the money side and crossed around the field doing my own little moves. I finally got to the front of the field with them crossing each other and I twirled it on my finger showing both sides. So cool. I walked around twirling it above me and once they were about to end I did a back flip and landed in splits the flag twirling on my finger. I heard someone clap when I got up. I jumped then felt someone breathing on my neck. I turned around. No one. "Nico are you messing with me?" No answer. There was breathing on my neck again making me jump. Someone grabbed my shoulders and held me still. "I'll get you again" I turned around and they were gone. I saw Piper heading my way with a large bag in her arms. I ran towards her and grabbed the bag. I set it on one of the rows and opened it. A bunch of black hair ties and curlers and outfits were inside. "Piper these things are so cool!" "Thanks try em on! Here is yours!" She handed me a black shirt with CHB in light blue, purple, and pink letters and a black skirt. "Skirt?" "Can't wear jeans" "Let me fix this" I flicked it and it turned into black shorts not too short and not to long. "Great" The other girls had the same thing except theirs were the color of their parents and Hazel's was outlined in white. They all showed up slowly. Piper whistled and all the Aphroditians came running. By God there was so many! They curled our hair and pulled it up hen we changed. Piper wished me luck while putting glitter on my cheeks. I swatted at her hand when she tried to put literal makeup on me. I had them run it again when they were gone. I made cuts and improvements on my part and I didn't let them see my final. I flicked my finger towards the back of the coliseum and a small platform was there a curtain surrounding for Lyra. She was in for a surprise. I ran off to the Hades cabin I knocked then I waved my hand over me hiding the clothing. I walked in and Nico was curled in a ball asleep. I smiled and poked him. He woke almost instantly. "Huh?" He asked wiping his eyes then staring at me funny then he rubbed his eyes again and looked at me normally. "Follow me I want to show you something." "Wait did you finish the weapons?" "That's what I want to show you" I grabbed his hand and ran out. I showed him the spear and what it does same with the net and another spear for the same thing as the other. He walked out and looked at his watch. "The pre-show will start soon let's get the chariot out and going." "Smart" I whisked and two skeletal and two black ghostly horses hooked up to the cables. I put the spears and net next to me as Nico drove out. I jumped down and ran. "Hey what wrong?" "Gotta get to the pre show!" I hollered. I found Lyra pacing behind the curtain. "Hey are you ready?" "Yeah" her hair was curled and down it was so cute. I just hope her eyes won't do that thing. I headed down and joined Hazel and everyone else in the front row. "You ready?" I asked they all nodded and set the flags down. Chiron stepped out and cleared his throat. I snapped and we were in our outfits. I had selected something cute for Lyra. A black skirt with a white shirt with colorful splatters and two strands of her hair would be clipped back her bangs still showing. How cute I thought. "All rut I bet all of you are excited for today!" We all cheered and hollered. "Ok to start out the pre show I would like to start with a singer. Any takers?" No one. Dead silence. I stood up. "I will" I don't care if I have a good voice or not it didn't matter to me. I got up on the platform as I changed into something different. A ruffled light blue dress and a blue flowered headband. The curtain opened and I thought of a song. I cleared my throat. I clapped and speakers appeared with the beat of the song and the guy sang first. Up with it girl down with it girl a Bing Bing Bong bang "Come on come on turn the radio on its Friday night and I won't be long gotta do my hair and put my make up on its Friday night and I won't be long. Till I hit the dance floor. Hit the dance floor I got all I need. No I ain't got cash I ain't got cash I got you baby. I don't need dollar bills to have fun to night. I don't need your money as I keep dancing." And the song went on. When it ended everyone clapped. Some people hollered but there wasn't many. I climbed down and sat where I was and un- did the dressy stuff and had my outfit on now. Everything went with people dancing, magic, and jokes. Then when it got to the end I stood up so did the other girls. "Ok we have something new for this year! Welcome to the stage! The color guard!" They clapped and we went out there. I saw Lyra step up to the mic she tapped it cleared her throat. I gave her a thumbs up and I started the beat of the song. She started singing as we started moving. "Baby I've been loving you to sleep, dreaming about the things that we could be. And lately I've been lovin freakin hard say no more countin dollars-" I threw my flag up on the money side it turning to stars as she sang the words her voice gentle and sweet I pointed my finger at the curtain and it opened to reveal Lyra dancing to she didn't seem to care she just smiled and kept going. I crossed the field maneuvering around them twirling keeping their flags on the stars. I got to the front and spun the flag on my finger like a basket ball and walked around I thought things and they did it. When the song ended I changed the flags to red and orange like flame and had Lyra sing "Light em Up" Hazel, Talie, Annabeth, Haylee, and Sophie stayed down and Grace, Alex, Olivia, Katie, and I climbed up the stairs twirling ourself and the flags over us as the other threw theirs in the air. When the ones at the bottom dropped theirs I threw mine in the air and tossed it down. They followed in a ripple. Sophie threw it back causing a ripple in the flag and the tosses. I climbed down and they grabbed their flags and as soon as she was singing light em up we were in a block and throwing them causing it to look like fire. We circled around free willingly. I cart wheeled across with out the flag and Annabeth tossed me mine I dropped down on to one leg and right leg out and the flag up I spun around and around till Inwas standing up right well all did, I threw my flag far and started back flipping till I caught it. I walked around twirling it in front of me and we lined up spinning it. I snapped and we had two flags twirling them at our sides. The second flags disappeared and we formed a circle tossing our flags around when th sing ended we were waving the flags in ripples. I snapped new flags new song. Last song. The flags were black with splattered paint. The song was "Let It Go" by James Bay. We stayed in a line slowly waving the flags then busting out in tosses of a ripple and the front row consisting of Alex, Olivia, and me the middle row was Grace, Hazel and Talie. The last row was Annabeth, Haylee, and Katie. Don't think I forgot Sophie. She was on the stage with Lyra tossing and twirling. Around her and causing outfit changes from a yellow dress to a black shirt and jeans to a green shirt with shorts just constantly changing. The front row took a step to the right the middle back and back forward. The front row twirled with their flags a the middle and back circled around each other. We tossed em up waving them side to side and twirling them in front of us. As soon as Lyra was on the last note she was wearing a short white dress with spaghetti straps and flowers clipped to it. Sophie waving the flag. We were in a line the flags spelling HALFBLOOD. We got a huge standing ovation running short of breath. "Girls that was great!" Chiron congratulated. "Thanks it was easy" Grace and Haylee said. "Spectacular!" He said walking away. We all high fived then took off. Nico hugged me and Caleb kissed me. "That. Was. Awesome!" He yelled picking me up and squeezing. "Ok" I attempted to say but it was muffled. Cody came down and ruffled my hair since I took it down. "That was pretty good cute hair" he said smiling and walking away to get Olivia. I huffed and grabbed Nico's arm and ran. "The chariot we need to get going. I pulled my hair back up and got in. Nico drove the chariot into the track and waited for the rest. Annabeth was working with Dylan with a red chariot driven by Annabeth who had painted an owl on the side that always seemed to follow you. Leo and Alyssa were next. Their chariot was completely brown and looked rusty but had the sign of Hepheastus on it. Η. Eta. Percy and Sophie pulled up Sophie driving with a sea blue chariot a trident on the side that seemed to glow. Alex and Clarisse were next a completely blood red chariot with a war helmet glued to the side. Will and Olivia came next. Olivia driving with a yellow chariot that blinded me. I gave sunglasses to Nico. He put them on then smiled. He looked like a gangster I chuckled to myself. Lou Ellen and Max were in the next one with a purplish bluish tint with sparklers all over. Pollux and Talie came up in a green one with grapes on the sides that were growing on it Talie driving. Caleb pulled in with Jason sadly Jason was driving. There's was a dark blue with a gray tint and a lightning bolt. Caleb looked at me and mouthed something. He shrugged so I guess he was saying sorry. I waved it off Drew and Piper pulled in with a totally pink chariot and lipstick, jewelry, and clothes were painted on the side. Drew was driving. Dang it. Travis and Connor came in with a gray chariot and silver caduceus painted on the sides. Connor was driving. Thank the gods. I think that was it. To describe my weapons I had a spear to where I had a symbol on the shaft that if I pressed it something came out for each one. It could only hold six though that's why I had another one. I had the net so that if they threw something I could catch it. Dionysus,came out in the center. "Alright kids keep it clean and no more than three weapons. Kids win." And he walked away. He blew a whistle and the game started Alex came up behind us and I clicked the Ares button on the shaft. I stabbed a tire then caught an arrow from the Hermes kids. I dropped the arrow out and clicked Hermes. I threw a bomb at them they flags flipped out and threw it back to the Aphroditians (I'm gonna start calling them that now). They blew up Piper saving Drew sadly. They got out and sat with the rest of them. Max slashed one of the Hermes tired then a tire on the Apollo getting blind d in the process falling off and losing the game. Will threw a bomb at Ares kids but they got it thrown back to the Hermes as they were knocked out. Hepheastus closed in on us Leo distracting me as Nyssa hurled a dagger at our tire. I grabbed the hilt and nearly fell off the chariot but stayed on. I threw it back and clicked Hepheastus  and blocked any metallic things All their items bounced off. I slashed their tires as they tumbled. Ares and Apollo closed up on us. Will slashed on off our tires causing me to tilt. At the right moment Clarisse distracted Will and I threw a bomb blowing Apollo up. I clicked Apollo and a bright light shown as I blinded Alex and they drove off. And Jason and Talie came up. I splashed water at Jason and caught Pollux's poison dart. I tossed it back but it went down. Caleb shot at Dionysus. "Nico speed up a little!" He heard me and sped up. We went by them as Dionysus was defeated. Caleb shot at me and I was so shocked I didn't do anything. He got our last tire and sent us spinning. "Lillie!" Nico hollered. I was protected from anything. I wobbled and leaned and nearly fell but he grabbed my wrist and swung me next to him. "We're almost there!" "Ok" I waited a second and went to go back but was too late as Caleb flew past us pulling the chariot and winning us just a centimeter behind. "Zeus is the winner!" I could have sworn I heard laughing. I clapped for them and Caleb came and hugged me and apologized. "Hey it's fine" "You sure" "Yeah yeah not a scratch" he kissed me and just stared at me holding me. Jason got between us and pushed me down. I splashed water all over him. Nico hugged me. "Maybe next time" "Yeah but we were so close" "All well great pre show tho" "Yeah it was awesome" "Good listen I gotta go see you later?" "See ya" and I started walking to the cabins. I was walking calmly and was kicked in the head passing out.
