"Uh..." I said blushing. "What?" "Nothing" I stated. "What? Why are you smiling like that?" I didn't notice I had started smiling. "Let's go" "Wait" I stopped him. I touched his chest then his forehead. "What was that for?" "You had lost some of your strength I didn't want you to drop me" "Why were you blushing and smiling like that?" "Nothing lets just go" I said grabbing his arm and running. He slowed down then sped up and caught up to me and grabbed my waist again. I hate to admit it but when I blushed and smiled it was because I liked him putting his arm around me. He sped us to the beach. "There now if I fall you can protect us" "Who said I would protect you?" "Um me" he answered. "Oh good point" I laughed. (Just remembered that we are in Lillie's P.O.V I'm to lazy to fix it). "Ha" he held me close again and took off. I screamed. "Stop screaming when you do that its in my ear" "SorryAAAAHHHH!" "Ugh" he held my mouth closed then took us a little lower just where my feet could almost touch the water. I kicked my shoes off and touched it with my feet. I splashed him in the face. Mis hand slipped a little and he swerved so I clung to his shirt burying my face in his shirt and wrapping my legs around his. I could feel him move and I peeked up just a little to see him smiling down at me. He pulled me up and pretty much I was sitting on his hip. I felt like a baby. I unwrapped my legs and loosened my grip. "At least you stopped screaming." He noted. I heard a strange but familiar noise. "Percy?" "Yeah" "What are you doing?" "Trying to kill Caleb" I didn't notice he had Riptide uncapped. Caleb turned his head. He said "SHIST!" He pulled up real high I screamed again and clutched his shirt and tried to climb up so he wouldn't let me go and he ended up swerving again cause I covered his eyes. I loosened my grip and apparently so did he because I started falling but he caught me by my foot. I was hanging up side down by my ankle. I didn't scream. I almost passed out, but I didn't scream. Two reasons. One I was so frightened. Two someone clamped their hand over my mouth it wasn't Caleb or Percy. I tried to look down but couldn't. In my head I was thinking. Gee, yeah Caleb what could go wrong? I started to slip. I let out a muffled yelp but you couldn't hear it. A hand grabbed my arm and pulled me. I couldn't tell which way though. Finally I fell into the water. For some reason I couldn't see or breathe. I gasped for breath. I finally got to the top and got air then was pulled back down. I felt around but it was just water and then I felt dirt. I was pulled up and I tried smacking and kicking. They let go but re-gripped. "Ow! Stop that!" The water disappeared and I was being dragged against my will. Huh. That's actually kinda funny because I thought it was Will. I just stopped trying after a few minutes and let him drag me. I had my arms crossed and my shirt tucked in. A bright loght shone through a hole and I heard a few clicks and a huge hole opened. I was drug through there then flopped on a bed. "Hey long time no see" he said sitting next to me. "What was that for?!" I yelled. "I haven't gotten to see you in so long" "And that gives you the right to drag me under water to where I can't see or breathe and drag me on dry hard earth?!" "Maybe not" he murmured. "Exactly" I stood up and went to leave but he grabbed my arm and pulled me back. "I'm getting tired of that" I groaned. "Of me hugging you?" "No I keep getting dragged by my arm everywhere" "Oh" he pulled away and looked at me. "So I heard your mom came to visit" he mused. "Yeah" I grunted. My fists clenched. He backed up a little and let go of my arms. "Its ok she left I almost died and almost got dragged with her but I was saved." His fist clenched this time. "By who?" "Caleb Harlem" "Him?!" He hollered "Yeah" "Ugh he is so annoying" "Not really" I stated. "What? Do you like him?" "No" I blushed. "Uh huh I'm taking care of this right here and right now" he started to walk towards the door. I grabbed his arm but I couldn't stop him. "Stop! Luke stop!" "No he will not live to see the day that you and I..." He stopped short and didn't move. I turned to his side and he was blushing. "I know what you were going to say" I smirked. "No you don't" "Oh I bet I do" I teased. "Nope" "Yep" "Then tell me what you thought I was going to say" "You were going to say: He will never live  to see the day you and I date?" "No" he blushed more. "Uh huh your blushing" "Shut it" "You wish" "I'm not kidding" "Aw does Luke have a little crush on me?" I joked poking his cheek. "Little?" He said raising his eyebrow. "I told you to shut it" he warned. "Ya know now that I think about it I hardly listen to anything that comes out of your mouth" "Haven't noticed" I leaned forward just enough that I was right in front of his face. He looked straight at my eyes. I glared and narrowed my eyes. His eyes started to water. He blinked. "Dammit" "Ha" I always win a staring contest by doing that. He lossened his grip and I flipped him over then got real close tl his face. I moved one of my hands and swooped my hair to the side. "Hows it feel?" I asked. He winced. "Oh sorry did I hurt you?" I asked letting my hands go and sitting on his lap. He sat up. "You have an Achilles heel and I just found it" he winked and pushed me off and walked out the door. I didn't think about it then I remembered he was going to kill Caleb. I had to help. He did it for me. I charged out and looked for Luke but didn't see him. I back flipped to the top of the roof and found that he made that tunnel into Hera's cabin. I turned around. I saw his tight black shirt and jumped down and started running. I was starting to lose my breath and strength. I pushed it. I staryed catching up buf I would never make it if he started running I wouldn't make it. I lunged. My arms wrapped around his neck and my legs curled around his waist. "What the heck? Lillie?! What in the name lf Hera are you doing?" "Stop! Leave him alone!" "No!" I started punching his head.  He stumbled when I did this but didn't fall. Then I knew exactly what to do. I screamed. Really really loud. He covered his ears and others raced toward us. "I can get the whole camp here and you in trouble just don't hurt him" "Fine" he swept me off his back and held me like a baby and acted like he almost dropped me. "Sorry she slipped out of my hands no harm done" he said looking a bit agitated. "Yeah it scared me almost to death. For the...I think fifth time" I stated. They all dispersed. He still held me but right. "I hate how you do that" he grumbled. "Yeah a lot of people do" "I don't blame them" "Ok... Uh where to?" "I don't know I was going to beat Harlem but.... Now I'm no-" "Is this another one of your friends son?" A strange voice said. Luke's fists clenched underneath me. "Dad" "Dad?" I asked. I laid my head down and right there, upside down, is Hermes. These are your kids? I thought kids of the same gods couldn't date! George stated. George don't be rude! But ooh love! These kids are so adorable! Martha said. "Hey you guys hungry?" I asked. Food?! This one I like! George squealed. I snapped and dead rats appeared in front of them. YUMMY! They both cheered. They swallowed them whole then George let out the longest belch I've ever....I take that back my friend Hailey let loose the longest belch I've ever heard. Man I miss my friends. I moved my head up to look at Luke. "Hey uh what's today?" "February 12th. Why?" I almost fell out of his arms. "Tomorrow's one of my friends birthday!" "Woah you have friends?!" He joked. I slapped his chest. "Your my friend aren't you!" "Good point" he stated. "Well kids I came here to talk" Hermes interrupted. "So we noticed" Luke groaned. "Oh stop it son" "I'm good" "I'm warning you" "Hey why don't we uh calm down" they both shot a mean glare at me. Luke's eyes softened quicker than my father's did but I gave him my glare. "Ow!" He said rubbing his eyes. Luke put his arm around me and pulled me closer to him as I smiled happily. "Ok just one question father what is it we need to talk about?" "Ah yes my daughter someone has sent a message for you" "Who? And about what?" "I don't need him," he pointed at Luke. "Listening" Luke rolled his eyes and stepped back leaving my shoulder cold. "Aphrodite sends you this" he reached into his mail bag and handed me an envelope. I opened it and it read ,in cursive, He's waiting for you! "What the heck mother?!" I yelled at the sky. "Ugh gods and their stupid messages no one understands" I grumbled. "Excuse me?" Hermes asked. "Sorry I didn't mean you" "Let me see the letter" he grabbed it from me and read it. "Ugh Aphrodite and her love messages" "I know right!" "I know who she means but you know we can't tell" "I'd leave before you get hurt" I said getting angry. "Why would I leave" "Hermes your pushing it" "Oh am I?!" "You know what?! Luke was right! You will never earn our respect or our love! I just wish I could give you a curse like Hades did to the Oracle!" He winced when I mentioned the Oracle. "Yeah I know what happened to May! You could have helped Luke!" Luke came up behind me glaring at Hermes. "What did you do now?! First my mother and now Lillie?! You just keep hacking away my life!" Luke yelled. In a golden light Hermes disappeared. "CURSE YOU FATHER!" Luke yelled. "Um... Is it just me or did Hermes just become a bunch of Minotaur dung?" "Oh he's been like that" he started walking back toward his cabin. I ran right next to him. "So..." "So what?" "What do we do now?" I asked. "Well we can steal from the kitchen" he offered smiling. I grabbed his hand ,which made him blush but I did to, and ran to the kitchen. The door was open so I shrugged but also felt it was a trap. I got a little light headed and stumbled walking tk the window but Luke was right beside me. "Hey you ok?" He asked looking me up and down. I slapped his chest snd said "Don't check me out. And I'm fine" he stuck his tongue out and held me just in case. I peered over the window and right there is Leo. I could see the back of his head and he was talking to someone. Or two people. "You said they would be here!" Leo complained. "They will I heard them!" Someone said "Yeah we were jn the bushes!" Said one that sounded the same as the other but I could hear the difference. I turned around and Luke and I mouthed the same word. Stolls. I stood on my tippy toes and saw them facing the door. I grabbed a rock and threw it past Leo's head and it hit Travis. "Ow!" He smacked Connor. "Hey!" And they started smacking each other while Luke and I were laughing under the window. Leo turned around. I gasped and touched Luke and we were invisible. I grabbed his hand again and pulled him to the other window. Luke landed on me and his hand reached up and grabbed my hair. "Ow" I whispered. "Sorry" he put his hand to the ground and pushed up and got off of me. "What are you two doing?" Someone asked. I stood up and dusted my jeans off and turned around to see Apollo. "Hello father" I said. "Daughter. Soon to be step son?" He said raising an eyebrow. I slapped him and whispered in his ear. "Maybe." He chuckled. Luke was looking at Apollo. "What?" He asked. I guess he didn't hear him. "Are you going to be my st-" I covered his mouth before he could finish. "What was he going to say? Am I going to be his what?" He demanded. "I'll tell you later" "No. Now" "Later" "Now!" "Later!" "Now!!!" "Later!!!" "NOW!" I went back and stepped right into Apollo. "Hey I like her yes, but there is no need to yell at the poor girl" Apollo comforted. Well tried. "I'm still your kid" "Kid shimd" he said and I gagged. "I...Lillie I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell" "Its ok. I do that sometimes" I admitted grabbing his hands. He smiled then looked at me and I looked down too. I was glowing. He touched my forehead and he jerked his hand back. "Sss ah" I grabbed his hand and there was a red mark on his palm. "How did I burn you?" "Your to hot" I tried not to laugh and make a joke. "Just do it" he sighed. "I know" I laughed fanning myself. "I'm scared that if I try to heal you I'll burn you by holding your hand." "I'm fine" I grabbed a stick and poked the burn. He winced. "Dad" I said tilting my head back. No answer. "Dad?" I turn around and he's not there. "Ugh Apollo" "Yeah he can be an a-" "Don't finish" I warned. "You know he is" "Yes he is but I still wouldn't finish that" I picked him up and started walking to the infirmary. "Man this is embarrassing" "What do you mean?" "Well normally the boys hold the girls like this" "What's that supposed to mean?!" I asked stopping. "Nothing. Its just that is how it used to go" "Exactly used to" I continued walking and we ran right into, and I mean literally ran into, Caleb. I was on the bottom the Luke then Caleb. "Get....off" I choked out. They all got off and extended a hand to help me. I got up and blinked then Luke had Caleb in a choke hold. "LUKE!" I started smacking his arms and pinching but I couldn't get him off. "They say a child of the air could breathe anywhere but can you breathe right now?!" Luke snarled. I reached on my tippy toes holding Caleb's shoulder and kissed Luke. He loosened his grip and I pushed his arms back and grabbed Caleb's, unsheathing my sword, and throwing him behind me. "Your such a loser!" Luke hollered. I couldn't tell if it was to me or Caleb. "Am not!" He hollered back. "Your hiding behind a girl!" He retorted. That time I lost it. "If you think my gender is so weak take me on!" Caleb patted my shoulder and whispered in my ear, "You sure I mean I know your strong but Kronos once possessed him" "I know what I'm doOWWW! Ah" I looked at my arm. A sharp blade had cut through it. "Hey dude she wasn't ready!" (Don't make the joke I thought it in my head) "I'm not your 'dude'!" "Stop! I can do this! Just shut up and let me do this alone!" I yelled. I touched my arm and it healed. I touched Caleb's chest snd his shoulder. "Just trust me ok?" He kept my gaze. He sighed and gripped my shoulder. He leaned in and kissed me. When he pulled back I was left staring. "For good luck" he winked and touched my cheek which brought me to reality. I pulled my blade forward. "Thanks" I blushed. He moved his hand and looked over my shoulder then tackled me down. I didn't know why until I saw a familiar blade. Backbiter swiped over my head as my horrified face swept underneath it. Caleb held me to the ground until he knew the blade had passed. "You saved me" "Yeah. Your welcome" he jumped up and helped me. "At least have the decency to let her get up and focus on her surroundings!" "She said she could handle it" Luke shrugged. "I can I just don't need a distraction" "Oh so now I'm a distraction?!" Caleb yelled. "Well a little" "A little is apparently to much for you!" "If you can't handle my strength then maybe we shouldn't fight since your to weak!" "Yeah come on Luke apparently your to strong and I'm a 'distraction'" and with that last remark they stormed off in different directions. I plopped down on the sand and put my head in my hands. I started weeping thinking about what just happened. "What did I do? I can't believe that just happened!" "How could I screw up so badly?! Hera whatever did I do to you?!" I shouted at the sky. I put my head back in my hands and cried harder. I heard someone sit next to me and they put their arm around me and pulled me close. "Hey its ok" I still cried. "Tell me what happened" Still cried. "Look at me. Look. At. Me" I lifted my head up to see................................ I wiped my tears away since my eyesight wasn't clear. "What are you doing here?" I asked. "I heard screaming and thought that you were in trouble and came to help" he replied. "Why does everyone think I'm not that strong!" I wept in his arms. He pulled me close to his chest. "Nico why did you come here. Really?" "Do you really want me to tell you?" "Yeah" "I was trying to find you to ask you something and I saw Caleb and Luke on either side of you and decided to hide in a bush and waited till they left I saw you plop down and cry so I decided to comfort you" I hugged him then asked, "What were you going to ask?" "Uh well I was going to ask you if you would go outside the barrier with me to do something" "Sure I have nothing better to do" I shrugged. He kissed my forehead then put his arms around me in a hugging but not.
