after two weeks of baby shower ..there was a birthday of karan ....and preeta was at last stage of 7 month pregnancy ..

preeta decided to throw birthday  party for....karan ..she kept it surprise for karan..

in the midninght of karan's birthday(12am). preeta and karan was sleeping on their bed...suddenly preeta woke up ....and burst a balloon ..and play a music system in which "happy birthday to be daddy" song was played...karan got up by listening the song ..he got surprised and also was very happy ..looked the room decoration having soo many preeran pictures.....cake was there ..on which cricket and ball was made...he cut the cake and preeta was clapping and singing birthday song.....

preeta to karan....aree aree make a wish ....karan to preeta ohh haan ..babydoll.....karan in mind...hey god aajtk maine aapse kuch nhi maanga..ya firr ye bolun ki kbhi maangne ki need hi nhi pdi...maangne se pehle rishab ne meri hrr wish puri ki h ....prr aaj main aapse yahi wish chahta hun ki meri preeta ki delivery achhe se ho jaaye koi complications nhi...bss meri biwi or mera bachha dono hi healthy ho ....or kuch nhi....orr haan ek or cheej ...bss mere haatho mein princess hi aaye ...bilkul meri babydoll jaisi ....junior karan bhi chahiye but use abhi time h 😝...aapko pta h ..main babygirl k liye kitna betab hun ..meri or rishab ki koi behan nhi h ....mom or dad ko ek beti ki or hmm dono bhaiyo ko ek behan ki kmi hamesha khlti thi...tbhi maine socha tha ...ki mujhe meri pehli aulad beti hi ho...beshak uski rago mein mera khoon nhi h prr vo meri jaan hogi...

karan cut the cake ..and feed the cake to preeta....and kissed on her belly and said i love uh baby...

now preeta gave karan gift..he unwrapped the gift it was a picture of karan and preeta in which karan was holding a baby bump of preeta and was kissing her cheeks....it was a picture from baby shower function...

preeta asked karan to get ready ...she further added checknur wardrobe and get ready for another surprise....and preeta went to washroom

karan got dressed up in most stylish  black suit....and came out from washroom ....she was wearing deep neck sleeveless black anarkali suit ...she was looking breathtaking..

karan saw her n got mesmerized ...and got near to her..pressed his lips on her ..and they share passionate and blissful kiss....

they both reached the hall area....preeta ublinded  the karan.....he got very happy seeing his childhood friends ,,team mates his first cricket coach...and also malishka and sofia was also there.....he hugged preeta ..and said thank uh baby doll....preeta to karan....i know tum bhot khush hoge ...hoge bhi kyun nhi aakhir tum itne time baad inn logo se mil rhe ho....meri pregnancy mein toh tumne...apni life enjoy krna hi bhul gye.....vo sbb chodo tum toh apni malishka or sofia ko bhi bhul gye😅😅😅....jaao aaj jitna mrji flirt krna h kro...

karan to preeta no way ....tumhare se milne k baad karan luthra ne dusri ldkiyon ko dekha bhi nhi h ..for ur kind information ..tumhare meri life mein aane k baad ...karan luthra ne ek hi ldki se flirt....naa naa ishq kiya h aur vo sirf tum ho babydoll...

and he kisssed her on forehead....everyone adored their love....

karan to preeta.....pr babydoll ye party puri raat chalegi...aur tumne midnight party arrange ki h...tum rest kb karogi..thkk jaaogi....preeta to karan dont worry mere bajarbattu....maine aaj pura din rest kiya h ....sirf ye night enjoy krnr k liye ....bss i dont know why ..baby aaj jyada movement kr rha h....karan got tensed....preeta to karan ...areey tum tensn na lo....inn dino mein aisa hi hota h....

karan cut the cake ...everyone clapped and party starts..

seeing all this ...mahira was fuming in anger.....and in mind jitna celeberate krna h krr lo karan aur preeta.....aaj ka din aage tum kbhi nhi celeberate krr paaoge....kyunki tumhara janmdin tumhare bachhe ka marndin  bhi hoga....aaj k din tum apne bachhe or preeta ko kho doge....tumhara ye gussa ...tumhare bachhe ki maut ka karan banega....she has devilsmile...

party was running smoothly ...but preeta was in room ...as she was feelinng little contractions ....she decided to tell karan...but stopped and think ....preeta tu bhi na aree thoda thoda contraction to ho sakta h ab baby itna move jo kr rha h..    ..karan ko tensn nhi deni....waise bhi kitne dino baad enjoy kr rha h aaj..

later in the party....karan got called..he moved outside and sees...that preeta was hugging ..prithvi..and saying him ....i love uh prithvi..i really missed uh....ye party to bahana tha taaki main tumhe aaj mil sakun raat ko....u know baby tumnhe bhot miss krta h..aakhir tumhi toh iske asli baap ho....naa ki vo karan....vo toh itna bewakoof h ki ...rattt lga rakkhhi h ki princess aayegi...duffer khin ka,....

karans heart got broke into million of pieces....seeing all this....he was numb..

(it was all mahiras plan ..she dressed up like preeta and put false baby bump om her belly ....and covered her face little with dupatta)..

karan entered the halll...after sometime preeta also entered....karan asked waiter for a drink....he took the drink (the drink was spiked by mahira with some pills)......

later karan asked dj to play songs...he was full anger.. he hates preeta from the core of his heart....dj plays the song ...he goes to preeta and asked for dance...

preeta in lower voice...i  am sorry karan main tumhare saath dance nhi kr sakti...baby aaj bhot movement...kr rha h ....and i am feeling light contractions...but before she could completed ...karan interrupted and said dont worry babydoll bhot smoothly or gentle ek ya do steps karenge bss... now karan was not in his senses....he became that night karan....

karan and preeta went on dance floor....to preeta surprise salsa song plays....and karan starts dancing....he forcefully made preeta to dancr....preeta keeps insisting to stop...but karan.....aree babydoll tumhe salsa aata toh h ...yad nhi hmme bua k bday pr bhi toh kiya tha.......preeta to karan .....uss time ki baat alg thi.....tb main pregnant nhi thi.....karan to preeta....aree haan main toh bhul hi gya ab toh tumhare pet mein toh uss prithvi ka bachha h na.....tbhi toh tumne use bulaya....preeta was shocked....before she could say...karan forcefullly made her to dance ...he harshly pulled her towards him....made her to take many rounds holding her hand...now preeta was in very much pain due to sudden jerks and harsh pulls and push...her uterine contractions start ....she requested karan to leave her....and told ...karan chodo please mujhe dard ho rhi h ....chodo mujhe lgta h labor pain shuru ho gyi h...but karan was not even listening..he was lost in his own thoughts...everyone witnessing preetas pain....rishab and rakhi was shouting on karan to leave her..but he was not responding.....he kept dancing her...

now preeta was at topmost of  her bearable pain.....she couldnt bear the pain....she screamed so loudly in pain and clutched her belly....start screaming...karan got back in his senses...he noticed preeta was screaming in pain....but before he could do anything...rishan and rakhi reached on the dance floor.....rakhi side hugged preeta and...said preeta tensn na le puttar sbbb theek ho jayega.....preeta was crying .....maa mujhe bhot drd ho rhi h...please kuch kariye....please ....maa mujhe baithna h please...mujhe bhot pain ho rhi h and was crying badly....listening to this rishab took preeta in his arms and goes to downstair room.....and laid preeta on bed.....raakhi to preeta...preeta beta mujhe lgta h tujhe labor pain strt ho rhi .....hmmm bss abhi drr k pass chalte h ...rishab jaa tu dr.ko phone kr de....ki sbb ready rakhhe ..rishab nodded in yes.....preeta could not answer properly she was in pain....and asked rakhi for water....raakhi haan beta abhi laati hun....rakhi goes out...

karan enterd the room ....and saw preeta was in  pain...goes near to her...i am sorry preeta mujhe nhi pta ye kaise ho gya.....preeta was now feeling little relief......he jerked karans hand....and said tum toh sabse bde dhoke baaz nikle karan ...tumne toh kha tha ye bachha tumhari jaan h ...prr tum toh lgta h puri taiyari krr rakhhi ..h isse iss duniya mein aane se pehle ise marne ki.... tumhe maine kha tha ki baby aaj movement bhot kr rha h ...prr stilll tumne mujhe itne forcefully dance krvaya.....preeta was continuosuly crying..and clutching her belly in pain.....karan got very angru listening the word dhokebaaz from her mouth...he grabbed her shoulders harshly and pullled towards him ...and shouted main dhokebaaz haan.....aur jo tumne kiya..miss preeta mera saath...main ye jaante hue bhi ki ye bachha mera nhi h ...tb bhi maine isse accept kiya vo pyar aur care di...tumhare liye kbhi pyar kmm nhi hua....prr tumne muhe dhoka diya ,..tumm aaj bhi uss prithvi se milti.ho....tum usse milkr apne pyar ka izhaar krti ho.....kya baat h preeta ..pet mein bachha kiso or ka ...bed share mere saath krti ho...soti mere saath ho ...aur pyar ka izhaar usse krti ho.....waah kya baat h....

listening this preeta shouted and pushed karan....and strt shouting kitni baar kha h ki...ye bachha tumhara h ...maine shaadi k baad tumhare dhoke dene k baad conceive kiya tha...karan....main prithvi se ek baar bhi nhi mili ....please trust me....maime use aaj party mein bhi nhi bulaya.......main kbhi bhi usse pyat nhi krti thi karan....shaadi se pehle bhi....mere dil mein sirf tum the karan ....tumhare , aur tumhari khushiyon k alawa kisi k baare mein nhi sochti....shaadi se pehle mujhe tumse pyar ka ehsaas ho gya tha...prr kbhi kh nhi paayi..aur jb khne ki sochi toh tb shirlyn ki wajh se hamare beech misunderstanding ho gyi.....i love uh karan ....i only love uh...jabse pyar ko feel kiya h tb se sirg tumhe hi pyar kiya h...apne tnn mnn ko bss sirf tumhe hi saunpa h...tumhare alawa maine kbhi kisi k baare mein nhi socha.,
karan was looking preeta with sooo much pain and love for her in his eyes..

aur kitna jhoooth bologi preeta....saying this and clapping mahira entered the room ...aur kitna jhooth bologi preeta ...karan jo bol rha h sahi bol rha h........now preeta got another shock....and hold karans shirt colloar tightly and asked ...tumne apne mnn ka ye shakk ise btaya h....tumhe ise ye btaya ki ....ye bachha tumhara nhi h ....haaann....karan removed preetas hand ..and said kya bakwas kr rhi ho....maine mahira ko.kuch nhi btaya......preeta shouted on karan....toh ye sbb isse kaise pta.....

mahira pulled preeta from karan....and said karan ne mujhe kuch nhi btaya...

ye sbb maine apne aankhon se dekha h tumhe prithvi se.milte hue.....now preeta was shouting more on mahira....and said kyun jhooth bol rhi ho aur ye kya bakwas kr rhi ho....main kb mili prithvi se ...bss ek baar hospital mein aaya tha ....but believe me karan maine use nhi bulaya.....

mahira to preeta....jhooth mtt bolo ..preeta maine tumhe or prithvi ko kyi baar chup chup k milte hue dekha h.....tum use bta rhi thi ..how much u love him....aur ye uska hi bachha h.....

mahira in mind....yessh preeta tum aur chilllao....apne blood pressure bdhhao aur stress lo....jo ki ye sb tumhari pregnancy ko aur complicted kr dega....labor pain toh tumhe hlki hlki strt hi ho gyi h.....

listening all this nonsense from mahiras mouth she shouted ...kyun jhooth bol rhi ho ....aisa kuch nhi h.....to which karan shouted and said mahira jhooth nhi bol rhi h ....uski kahi hui hrr ek baat sachh h...ye sbb maine apni aankho se khud dekha h....

preeta to karan ....nhi karan main apne bachhe ki kasam khaati hun....ye sachh nhi h....main bss sirv tumse pyar krti hun ....ye bachha sirf humara h....tumhe koi gltfehmi hui h...

she goes to mahira and slapped tightly to mahira....

karan pulled preeta ...and said kya kr rhi ho.....itna bda jhooth kaise bol sakti ho....maine sbb kuch apni aankho se dekha h ....tumhara dhoka sbb kuch..

now preeta was hopeless she was crying badly...and keep repeating....karan maine koi dhoka nhi diya ....mahira jhooth bol rhi h sbbbb iski chaal h .........now she felt extreme sharp uterine cotraction and screamed in pain......and tighlty cluthed her belly and strt screaming in pain.....she heard a sound and noticed ...something liquid on the floor ......and karan also sees that....yess her water got broke down......

karan ....ohh my god ...preeta ka water broke ho gya...he sees preeta she was panicking a lot ......karan hold her...and said dont worry ....kuch nhi hoga dont painck ...hrr bss hospital jaa rhe h......preeta again feeling extreme contraction....and said karan mujhe bhot drd ho rha h please kuch karo....mujhe labor pain strt ho gya h .,..mujhe bhot pain ho rhi h.......karan hmmm bss dr k pass chalte h....

mahira to preeta .....preeta tumhari iss dhoke ki saja dekho tumhare bachhe ko mil rhi h ....dekho tum kitne drd mein hi...mujhe toh nhi lgta tumhara bachha bachega bhi ki nhi...premature ....no chances...

karan glared angrily to mahira....he was about to slap mahira....but stopped when preeta again screamed in pain.....without wasting anytimd...he held preeeta in his arms ...and rushed to the hospital.....
