Marinette swallowed the lump in her throat as she walked towards the stage. She prayed that someone would see her fear. That someone would hear her parents desperate cries. That someone would volunteer.

But nobody did.

She was officially the female tribute of the Miracle Games.

This is a Miraculous Ladybug/ Hunger Games AU written after season two. If you have not seen, I only spoil two minor characters, but read at your own risk. I got inspired by @cloverbrooks and @kobi78780 so go check their stories out- they're both really good!
