Chapter 1: ROSA!
(Just so you all know this book will switch people's Point Of Views... any ways, please continue)
Rosa Park's POV:
"Hard to believe it's been half a year huh?" Draco asked me. "Yeah.... it is. Ever since we came here to this planet... it's like the days go by in seconds....." I replied, moving some of my loose green hair out of my face. "Yeah." Draco said, nodding in agreement. "Hey, there's a cave over there, we should take a look and see if there's any loot." He said. "Yeah, maybe something there will be of value, and the merchants will want to buy it." I responded back. He nodded at me and we headed in.
Once we had gotten to the very end of the cave there was some ruins, the ruins of a house. "Hmm... that's strange." "Yeah... no kidding..." I agreed with Draco. We opened the ancient looking door, and walked in. I unsheathed my swords, it felt as if something was extremely off with the place. Like something bad had happened in it. "Strange, it seems like this place was buried. I wonder why.... and how for that matter." Draco said, fascinated. "Draco, remember we're only here for the loot, then we're out." I said. "Right, right..." he mumbled, before going back to looking around. I sheathed my sword and looked around the room, before seeing another slightly opened door. "Hmm.... whatever loots in here I call it!" I called, Draco mutter a simple. "Okay... have fun." While he was still looking around somewhat entranced by the house. "Hmm... lets see." I said aloud to myself, as I glanced around the room. My eyes fell upon a seemingly brand new dresser, with a jewelry box on top. "Okay... that's uhh... a little weird... I mumbled. I took another quick look around the room, seeing everything else in it, was old, and either destroyed, or decayed. "Hey! Draco!" I called. "What!?" He called back. "I think your gonna want to see this!" I called yet again. I heard him run and enter the room. "What is it??" He asked. "Well... you see that dresser?" "Yeah... what about it?" "Notice how it looks brand new.... yet everything else in this room is too old, dust covered, and, oh I don't know....destroyed?" I asked. "Hey... your right.... that's is strange.... maybe someone here enchanted it with a spell....?" Draco began to mutter to himself and ponder what it could be. I rolled my eyes, walking over to it. "It could just be a newly place object here y'know..." I said, but Draco payed me no mind, he was already lost in his thinking. I walked over to the dresser and pulled out a few drawers, only seeing clothes. There was a nice fancy red dress in one of them, right beside a minty green one. I closed that drawer looking at the next, which only had white and black t-shirts in it. I stopped looking through the clothes after that. I then turned my attention to the jewellery box. I opened each and every small drawer, and there wasn't a single thing in it..... until I opened the top one. In it laid a golden bracelet, with two beautifully blue diamonds in it, one lighter than the other. "Wow..." I breathed. "Huh? What? What did you find??" Draco said rushing over to me. "It's a bracelet.... maybe whoever left it here is still around. I think I'll hang on to it until we can find who it belongs to." I said, slipping on the jewel encrusted bracelet. "That's a good idea." C'mon there has to me some other things lying around here somewhere." Draco said, turning to leave the room. "Yea-.... wait... what th-." Before I even got a chance to finish, I was lifted into the air hovering above the ground a good 10 inches. A glow began to emit from the bracelet, and I felt something begin to sprout from my head and lower back. "Rosa? What's wron- OH MY MOTHER OF SWISS CHEESE!" Draco yelled as he turned to me. "Draco what's happening!?" I screeched feeling uncomfortable from what ever was happening. "I Don't know!!" He yelled panicked. He began to rush around trying to find something to help me, before the glow went away, and I was gently set down onto the ground again, it felt as if my hearing was heightened, and I felt something moving near my lower back and legs. "What in the world..." I mumbled. Draco stopped and looked at me. "Oh my gosh.... Rosa.... y-your a.... you have....." he began, stuttering over his words. "I'm a what..? Wait there's a mirror on the dresser right..?" I asked. "Yeah... t-turn around... a-and see for yourself." He stammered out. I turned around to the mirror, and what I seen was my reflection. But not as it once was. I now had light-ish green cat ears poking out of the top of my head, and a matching green cat tail. "Oh my god.... how did this... this is soo cool!!" I said dancing around slightly. "Yeah... cool is... one way to put it...." Draco mumbled. "We should be be heading to our next destination, which is... Skyhaven. That's about another two hours from here. Let's go." Draco said. "Isn't there more to see if we can find here??" I asked. "Well.. after what just happened to you... I don't want to find out..." he said, turning on his heel and leaving the room. "Alright then..... Let's go." I said, following him out of the cave entirely.
We had continued for another half an hour, before we came across another oddity. We ended up stopping at the edge of some woods only to see a chrysalis in the middle of the field. As we were looking at it from a far, I could see a girl in it. She seemed to be in festers by the face she was making. "Strange... why would someone build this...?" Draco asked, as we walked closer, I shrugged. "I have no idea." I said. I took another step closer, when I realized my bracelet from earlier was glowing again. "Huh...?" I looked down at it, then back to the chrysalis. It too was glowing. "Rosa what the heck is going on!?" Draco shrieked. "How am I supposed to know!? We just got here at the same time!" I yelled back at him. Soon enough though, the chrysalis disappeared around the girl, and she gasped for air, before she yelled. "ROSA!!!!!!" "What the...?"
Youna Ruin's POV
Everything flashed before me. One minuet, I'm fleeing my once beloved home with my only friend, Rosa. We were running for our lives, due to the high arch priest threatening to kill me.... for who I am. And the next minuet, I'm turning around, seeing everything I know on fire, and Rosa screaming to me, "RUN YOUNA!!" I freeze, watching one of those mercenaries take advantage of my friends distraction, and stabbed her straight through her stomach. Blood began to dribble down her clothes, and leak from the corner of her mouth. She smiled at me. "Just know there is always hope..... my friend." I heard her say, before she fell limp to the grown. Tears welled up in my eyes, as I watched the fires blaze all around me, scorching heat attacking my skin. "No.....no...nonononononono! This can't be happening....." I whispered, but then just as I was about to scream out her name. I was frozen into place, glass like substance surrounding me. I struggled for any type of freedom, but I was stuck in place. I seen the all mighty high Arch priest walk up to the edge of my prison, my gut twisted with rage, as the other half of me desired to lash out at him. "How does it feel to loose everything you love..? Not great huh. Well. It's a shame we won't be seeing each other for a very, very long time." He said, with a sickening grin. My ears and tails fur sticking up on end, and my wolf instincts telling me to kill him, although I'm still stuck, and I can move. "Ogustus! Make sure she suffers for everything her kind has done!" He barks, and then that stupid Mage enters my sight, mumbles a few words, and then leaves. "Enjoy immortality. Skum." The priest says walking away, I wanted to scream with rage, but as soon as he disappeared, I once again seen Rosa's dead corpse lying on the ground in front of me, her life completely gone, and the blue of her eyes faded to nothing but a pale icy nothingness. The fire then rages in front of me, engulfing Rosa's corpse as well as me, but of course nothing happens to me. It always happened to those I loved and cared for.
Can still feel those tears on my face, still not shed, no time to even morn my lost friend, as I had fallen into my darkness. Emptiness consuming me every single day that passes. Everything in the world is bleak. And I see nothing. I feel nothing.
Until now. I see a blue light, two now. One light and one dark. Soon everything comes to light, and I see the world once again, only... everything's changed. The chrysalis surrounding me disappears and I gasp for my breath, feeling my tears rush down my face once again. The first thing that I do, the thing I wanted to do for so long, is yell out in pain, for my lost friend. "ROSA!!!!!" I scream out to the world, feeling the tears stream down my face, as I feel like I'm ripping myself apart, I sob, feeling nothing but pain, until I feel a hand on my shoulder. I stop, and let loose a shuddering breath, before looking up at the person. And what I see shocks me. "Hey.... are you alright?" "Rosa..." I breathed, before hugging her tightly. Sobbing with sadness, and joy combined. She doesn't hug back right away, but soon she does. "I'm sorry to ask this... but..." she begins, pulling herself away from me. My tears begin to fade as I look at my long lost friend. "But.... how do you know my name...?" She asked. I froze. In that moment, I notice the boy with black hair, goggles on his head, and a black coat, sitting beside who I thought was Rosa, and immediately knew, "Y-your not my.... Rosa.... are you....?" I asked, feeling the tears come to me again. "No... no I'm not." She said. "You look exactly like her... sound exactly like her..... but I should have known better..." I said pulling my knees closer to my chest, more tears threatened to let loose. "Known better about what?" They both ask me. "I should have known better because...... because..... My Rosa died about one hundred years ago." I said, crying softly again. Repeatedly muttering. "Rosa... I'm sorry... so... so sorry."
