I have so much on my mind

But no one knows,

But I must make myself feel better

So that I can make it through the day,

No one will ever understand my pain

No one will ever understand my journey

No one will ever understand what I go through

For it all is just way too complicated,

Fighting through the pain I must look alive

Fighting through the pain I must survive

At this point giving up isn't an option.
