I don't have many friends

Many people I just know

And half of them are fake

I watch them all come and go

True intentions were exposed

I was betrayed with low blows

My closest friends were my enemies

And the whole time I didn't even know,

It's crazy how the tables turn

How the moments you thought were sweet

Suddenly become lessons learned

The people that you thought cared

Were just wearing a disguise 

I don't have many friends

Simply because people lie.
