The big and beautiful sky was nice and clear. The wind was calm and there was no cloud in sight. The day is 11th July and a years has passed since Ushio and the others have gone there separate way. It's been a very long for all of them and now they are ready to take on the Elite Successors Tournament. However, what have they all been up to on their respective journeys. Well, Miyasaki is finally able to do a full steel body move and has made a Military Special move. She has grown a lot stronger than she last was and is now a fully-fledged Steel Captain candidate. Yui has developed her creativity and now has a better arsenal of weapons. Not only that, she has inherited Captain Genjiro's flames and has somewhat of control over them but since her brother and father were both Flame Captains she has seen how hard it is to wield that power. However, she is still determined to get a better grasp over the power.

On the other hand, Seiji has grown ridiculously strong. He has toned his muscles up so he can use 100% of his Muscle Enhancement freely. He has also gained his the wind power from Tatsuya. He has totally mastered the ways of the wind and is somehow on par in level of power with Tatsuya. During their training they had a sparring session and Tatsuya got overpowered by Seiji but in the end it forced Tatsuya to use his blood to make his power stronger. Not only that he has a Military Special Weapon for his Wind power he has also combined his Wind and Muscle Enhancement to make an ultimate move. Seiji is now prepared and ready to win the Wind Captain status to make Commander Sato realise they are not a force to be reckoned with.

Ushio has made brilliant progress as well. Him and Akihito have bonded really well and have learnt a lot about each other. Ushio has gained a lot of strength and has more moves he can use for his Ground ability. He has also got a bit more muscle than he did last time and has better stamina. Ushio is now capable of using 2 Military's Special Weapon but unlike Seiji he hasn't beaten Akihito. The pressure is on him now ever since he saw Commander Sato before he left with Akihito a year ago. Commander Sato is only interested in Ushio and doesn't really care for the others. While Ushio was training he made a vow to become stronger so that he can fend of Commander Sato's strength and to protect his precious friends. But first things first he has to win the Elite Successors Tournament for ground candidates before he can stop the corruption that is happening in the Military.

Before they all left they made a rendezvous point for when they return and to meet at 12pm and that place was in the centre of Osaka. The time is 11:30 and the first people to make it there was Yui and Captain Genjiro. They sat down at a bench and discussed about the next trial that is in front of them.

"Before we start talking can I ask a question?", Captain Genjiro said in a curious voice.

"Go ahead.", Yui replied.

"Why are we meeting up here instead of HQ.", he asked.

Yui jumped up in shock as she knew that Captain Genjiro didn't know about the truth behind Commander Sato. She was trying to think of a reason but she was really struggling to think of a reason. The tension was getting to her but she thought of a reason for him.

"Well, Akihito-san said to meet up here and he said it would be fun or something like that.", her excuse was.

"It's all fun and games for that Akihito! Wait till I see him later for dragging us all the way out here!", Captain Genjiro said in a annoyed tone.

They were both about to have the discussion of the Elite Successors Tournament but then Seiji and Captain Tatsuya showed up. They could tell that they were here as they both were arguing like there was no tomorrow. They couldn't tell what they were talking about but they both seemed passionate about whatever it is. Once Seiji and Tatsuya got closer to Yui and Genjiro they found out what they were arguing about and it was..... who was stronger than who!

"Remember when I forced you into using your blood to defeat me!", Seiji exclaimed.

"I do! But I still wiped your puny little ass! Come back to me once you can handle me at my strongest!", he replied to Seiji's arrogance.

"Oh! Yui! Long time no see.", Seiji said as he realised that Yui was there.

"Hey Seiji! Good to see your doing well. You look like that you have gotten stronger since we last saw each.", Yui said.

"Hahaha!!! Of course!!! I forced Tatsuya to use his blood to power himself up!!!", Seiji said happily.

"Just because you got a lucky shot!", Captain Tatsuya said to put pressure of himself.

"Now...now.", Yui said to try and calm the two down.

 As she tried to calm them both down another pair showed up to where they were arguing and the next pair were Miyasaki and Gina. Miyasaki stood there with a wide smile while she looked at Yui and ran up to her and gave her a big hug.

"It's so good to see you Yui!", Miyasaki said excitedly.

"It really is! How have you been?", she said.

"Great! You're appearance has changed a lot as well. You're hair is still nice and silky black hair but you usually have it tied up so it's a nice change and of course it looks like you have matured more in those areas.", Miyasaki said cheekily.

"Those areas?", Yui said in a confused manner.

"Well you know.... your boo..."

"Stop that right there!", Yui shrieked. "Anyway, I guess you've matured in those areas as well."

"I don't what you mean. I've always been big in both areas.", Miyasaki proclaimed.

"Why do we have to hear such girl talk?", Seiji expressed angrily.

"Ah the wonders of youth.", Tatsuya said in a down beat tone.

 "Where is that idiot that we call Akihito?", Genjiro said, glaring into nothingness.

"Ah he'll be here soon.", Gina replied, gently.

"Oh I forgot that you're love struck for that man, aren't you?", Tatsuya said with cheeky smile.

"Do you really want to go there?", Gina exclaimed while putting her hand on his head and squeezing very tight.

As they all where having there own discussion, a big bang came from the side of the park. The sudden bang caused them all to stop there discussion and to rush over and see if there is a villain lurking and causing trouble. When they got there all they could see was a guy with a crazy smile holding some sort of weapon going up against a person with thick black hair wearing a long coat.

"Are you going to try and stop me! Hahahahah!!!", said the man with crazy eyes.

"Ground: Million Daggers.", declared the man with the long coat.

Suddenly he created lots of daggers from the ground and sent them flying towards the maniac. It was like a wave crashing down on a wrecked ship. The daggers caught both the guys arms and and legs and put him on the floor. The long coated man walked over to him and said "Remember, when there is a villain around there is always a hero to stop them and protect the people.", he said calmly. Yui and the others were surprised to see someone overpower a villain but they wondered who it was.

Another man came up close to the long coated man and said "You did well there but don't you think you went to far, Ushio?"

Once they heard him say Ushio and they all looked shocked and surprised and shouted "U....Ushio!!!!". Ushio turned around and said "Yo! Everyone! How's it been?".
