Everyone is now together after a year. They took the criminal to the people who was on patrol and then went back to the rendezvous point. The reason they met up there was so that Akihito can reveal the truth to the other captains that don't know what is happening but before that they did that Ushio and the others were having a well deserved catch up. They were all surprised to see the strength that Ushio has gained. They couldn't believe that Ushio took out that criminal out within seconds.

"You surprised me with that attack.", said Yui.

"That's my Ushio for you!", exclaimed Miyasaki.

"What do you mean yours?", questioned Yui.

"Well I did steal his first kiss.", replied Miyasaki, who has a smug face.

"Well...I....kissed his cheek.", Yui expressed as she put her head down.

"Why is it always him!", Seiji said angrily. "Anyway, it looks like you've gained more strength but you won't beat me, Ushio!".

"I see that Seiji! You've really beefed up!", said Ushio.

"Also, have you forgotten to get your hair cut or something, it looks a mess.", Seiji said while pointing at the thick nest that lives on the top of Ushio's head.

"I've just not had enough time to get it cut!", testified Ushio.

While they were having a discussion, the adults were also having there debates as well. One of the main topics is that was being talked about was why they met up on the park.

"For the millionth time.....Why the hell our we hear and not in HQ?!", shouted Genjiro.

"This is out of character for you Captain Genjiro! Usually you are a calm and collective person but it seems that you are quite heated! Hahahaha!!!! Get it! Since he is the Flame Captain!", said Akihito while laughing at his own joke.

" Just hurry it up already!", Demanded Captain Genjiro.

"Okay, okay! I get it! I'll spill the beans. Right, everyone gather around here I've got an announcement to make but before we do...who was it that said I planned to meet here?", asked Akihito.

" So....Sorry Akihito-san.", said Yui in a apologetic tone. "I couldn't tell him why."

"That's fine. Well, I'll cut right to the case then. The reason why I have gathered you all here today is to reveal to you all what we learned before we left for our trips last year.", stated Akihito.

"Learnt?", question Tatsuya.

"Yes. We found out that Commander Sato is not all he is cracked up to be."

"What!", gasped Gina.

"Continue", said Genjiro.

"There was an incident with the two supposedly 'traitors' of The Military Weapons service aka Eishun and Eita. They revealed to us that Commander Sato isn't who we really are. That he somewhat corrupt. We learnt that he manipulated Eishun and Eita to do his dirty work.

"How can we believe them?",  doubted Tatsuya.

"Well you see we heard it right from the cats mouth! Commander Sato told us the truth and he killed Eishun right in front of us. He said his targets are all of the kids that we have been training for the past year. The reason I'm telling you this is because I want to see if you are on our side or theirs. So which is it?", asked Akihito.

" I believe you darl.... I mean Akihito.", said Gina, softly.

"She was about to say darling wasn't she.", Ushio teased.

"I can't see that there is any point in you lying and besides you are not that type of guy. I'm on your side, Akihito.", vowed Genjiro.

"Hm? I can't believe that he would do such a thing. However, there is always two sides of one coin. I'll believe you for now.", alleged Tatsuya. 

"Now that you mention it there has been a lot of creepy things happening before we left HQ. Like there is some dark power being wield.", Captain Genjiro suggested.

"I see we now have to be on our toes since he will most likely know that I've told you about his antics.", Akihito said cautiously. "Now then, we shall discuss the Elite Successors Tournament. Firstly, it's great that you children have accomplished new heights but don't think fr a second that you can easily win this tournament. The minute you get too cocky it will be over in a instant. Secondly, you have also got to remember that we have also trained the other candidates for your respective power. In other words, some maybe able to read your moves and counter them swiftly, so make sure that you think clear and smart when you go into the dome. Finally, not to put too much pressure on you but you all have to win this tournament. It's the only way for you to get Commander Sato's attention. He may have eyes on you but he will only want to fight the strongest. The tournament is in two weeks so be prepared for then. Oh! and one last thing....good luck out there.", exclaimed Akihito.

"Thank you very much!", they all said.

Now knowing what they know, they all make there way back to HQ to go back to there rooms and get some rest after all the travelling they have been doing. Ushio makes his way to his bedroom only to see a lot of dust flying around his room. Not only that there was a very bad stench coming from his room, like there has been milk left open in his room for a long time. To get rid of the smell he opens up the window and tries and find some air freshener. After he sorted that out he fell straight on to his bed and closed his eyes and went into a deep slumber.

After a good nights rest Ushio finally wakes up but he can't move. It feels like he has leg trapped under something. He tries to wriggle free but he just can't. As he starts to wake up he realises he isn't the only one in bed. No! There is another person and it is no one other than....Miyasaki. She was lying in his bed and holding him close. In shock he tried to wake her up and ask her how she got in.

"Miyasaki! Miyasaki! Wake up!", said Ushio in a shocked tone.

"Ah~ Good morning! Isn't it great to be so close with each other in the morning.", said Miyasaki in a cheerful tone.

"How...How the hell did you get in my room!", shouted Ushio.

"It was unlocked!", expressed Miyasaki. "Now look at me!".

"Huh! The hell you on about!", Ushio fumed.

"Are you okay in there, Ushio?", quizzed Yui.

"Yep! I'm fine!", announced Ushio.

"You sound excited then Ushio. Shall I help you?", Miyasaki whispered.

"Shut it.", Ushio whispered back.

"Okay. Breakfast is ready when you come down.", said Yui. "Oh and if you see Miyasaki tell her that breakfast is ready as well. I just don't know what that girl gets up to."

"O..Okay", said Ushio while trying to stop Miyasaki from trying to harass him.

"Are you sure you are okay...I'm coming in", Yui insisted.

"Wa...Wait!", Ushio said while trying to stop her but it was too late. There she was. Standing there in absolute shock she shouts "Ju.....Ju.....Just what in gods name are you two doing!!!!".

They all go down to the living room to have breakfast but there is a lot of tension in the room. Once Seiji walked into the room he saw that Ushio looked like he was just fried into next week. This provoked him to ask "What happened?", but the only reply he got was "It was all a misunderstanding". Akihito walks into the room and makes a big announcement, "Everyone! You've done well in training but now it's time to put it to the test and check your teamwork! So we are going to be having a pair battle!".
