This book contains poems and short verses written by me, mostly after midnight because that is when my brain works the most.

The Midnight Oil is dedicated to my mum, and my cousin, Sara; for the two of them have proved to be my most vicious supporters through out the years where my poetry has developed from being horribly cringy to a little less cringy.

All the material in this book, save for the quotes, is my own, comes from my mind and hand alone. So if anyone catches a copy of it somewhere else, please let me know.

And lest to say, if I find you plagiarizing my work, I will find you, and you'll regret ever even thinking about copying from me.
