Madonna would show Michael books of woman tied to walls, and say "I love spanky books."

Michael said he was thinking, "Why do I want to see this?"

She would call Michael and tell him she was putting her fingers between her legs, and he would say "Madonna, please." 

Then Madonna would tell him to rub himself thinking of her when she hung up.

Then, the next day she would hold up a finger and say "This is what I used last night."

Ok, Madonna, do you have no respect? I don't like to hate on people, but seriously? Do you have no respect for this man? I have no words. Michael did not need all that crap from her. They were the worst matched couple Hollywood has ever seen.
