In an abandon skyscraper, an elevator moves to the fifth floor. The doors open and a single man walks into a room with six other men in it.

"Looks like I'm the last one here. Apologies, I hope I didn't keep you all waiting to long." Says the man as he smokes his pipe.

(Agni Onyomi. Quirk: Ignite)

"You're a real piece of work you know that ?" Asks a very pissed off man with white hair and grey eyes.

"You were only made a boss after Zero betrayed us. You weren't even the strongest memeber of his group, only the strongest of the ones that didn't join that asshole." The man states as he glares at Agni

(Ryo Hitsu. Quirk: Weather Report)

"Come now Ryo, we both know I could kill you right nownif I was so inclined." Agni states with a smile as blows a puff of smoke into Ryo's face.

"What you just say you little bastard?" Ruo asks with teeth grinding together. "If you wanna test that theory then lets go, finding someone to replace you won't be hard, the hard part will be scraping you of the floors and walls." Ryo says as he gets right int Agni's face.

"Look like those two are at it again. They're the definition of a cat and dog relationship." Says one man with mismatch eyes and a smirk.

"I could watch those two go back and forth all day, especially when they actually get into a fight." Snickers the man

(Akua Meisa. Quirk: Grime)

"How about you Hotaru, what do you think about those two?" Akua asks the boss sitting next to him.

(Hotaru Shishio. Quirk: Beast King)

"I don't really care all that much. I want this meeting to be over with already. I wanna go hunting, I need to be way stronger if I wanna kill that damn Meta." Hotaru states qhile taping his fingure on the table.

"Having but a single goal  clouding your mind will do nothing but lead you to failure Hotaru. I recommend you put the Meta to the back of your mind until the time comes." Tsurugi states as he turns to face the beast.

(Tsurugi Indigo. Quirk: Cleaver)

"You're all annoying! Shut the hell up before I take you all straight to hell!" Shouts a man with long pink hair.

(Yukari Makoto. Quirk: Oxidize)

"Now, now quite yoursleves. We have a meeting after all." Akira states with a smile. Every boss looks at their leader and quites downs. To say Akira is respected is an understatement. He could kill every boss with little to no effort and every memeber of his and then other bosses's group both respect and fear him.

(Akira Oboro. Quirk: Tendril)

"As you all know the League of Villians arranged an assault on the USJ." Akira says to the six bosses.

"How'd that work out with them?" Ryo asks with a smirk.

"You can see for yourself, I had Suiryu follow and record the entire spectral." Akira says as he turns on the TV behind him. "They had a beast that could fight All Might, but the veast couldn't think for itself and its durability is entirety dependent on its quirk." Akira explains.

"Dumbasses, they brought a half ass monster and a bunch of cannon fouder to kill All Might. It's like they wanted to fail." Yukari states

"I offered Hotaru assistance for their little plan." Akira says while looking at the beast in question.

"If I was their All Might sure as hell wouldn't be alive right now." Hotaru says with a tooth smirk.

"I wouldn't go that far Hotaru. Keep your arrogance in check a great warrior you shall be." Tsurugi says in a calm manner.

Hotaru only grunts at the boss to his right before hisbgaze returns to the screen. He sees the Meta  fighting with only one good arm and he smiles. "He hasn't dulled in the slightest."

"Anyway putting that all aside, how was your little meeting with, what was his name again... ah yes Overhaul." Akira asks Akua

"He refuses to work with use." He knows we won't lessen to his order and we have the strength to challenge him. Sad really, with his influence and power he could have taken up one fo three open boss slots we have. I say we kill him." Akua tells his boss.

"A good idea but if we out right attack the Yakuza it'll bring use unwanted attention. I'll come up with a plane to take care of him and his little group." Akira tells the bosses. "Also have you all found your past leads. I don't want to start the planes until we have close to our full power again." Akira asks

"I've reunited with all of mine but I don't think I can says the same about the other bosses." Agni replies with a smile.

"Go fuck youreself." Chiyoko says while slamming his fist on the table.

"Find the rest and Akua how's the recruitment going. We need three more boss level people." Akira asks.

"Not good. Quirks ay our level are hard to find. Now a days people are lucky to be born with a semi decent quirk." Akua explains

"Keep looking, I'm sure there some people out their with an amazing quirk." Akira tell Akua. "That's all, you may leave. Stay out of trouble or you'll have me to deal with." Akira says as an extreme amount if killing intent leaves his body.

Many of the bosses gulp before nodding and leaving the room. Once everyone is out Akira looks at the paused picture of the Meta. "I think I can get you to help me in my plan. Plus I want you in to think you can beat us then I'll crush you. You gifted me my one and only defeat, so I want the moment I defeat you to be special. Nothing but a pure spectacle for me, my group, and world that'll be watching!" Akira shouts to the high heavens with a wicked smile on his face
