15. Split personalities.

He had eyes on Brian, the man he was going to kill. Death casually walked towards Brian and his dealer.

"Get out of here or I'm dealing with you first." The dealer nodded as he saw the blade of a knife under Death's black trench coat. He got on his van and drove off while Death memorized his license plate.

"And you." He pulled out his .9mm gun out and aimed it at Brian. "Come with me, we got business to talk about." He lead Brian into his Impala, made him sit next to him.

"Where are you taking me?"

"Nowhere, pretty boy." Death never stopped pointing his gun at Brian while driving.

"Please, let me go." Brain begged for Death to let him go. "I can give you money."

"Blow me." Death was annoyed at Brian's whimpering prayers. Brian stopped whining, he bent down, undid Death's belt and reached in.

"Surprise, surprise. Don't die tonight." Death giggled as she watched Brian's horrified look turn into terror.

"Death." Death introduced himself through the phone call.

"Blood Eye." Blood Eye sounded like he was at The Inquisition drinking a bear.

"Job's done." The thing that Mitch hated about Death was that after some gruesome job he would feel empty and soulless.

"Is he dead?"

"He makes a really nice carpet décor." Death spoke as pleased as he could ever be.

"What did you do, kid?" He asked.

"I'm hungry." Mitch whispered.

"What did you do?" Blood Eye demanded an answer from him.

"Just dragged his ass on the red carpet." He took a sip from his flask.

"Are you high or something?"

"Sober." He ended the call and killed the engine of his car and took another drag of tequila from his flask. He got out to take the rusting chains off from Brian's neck. Death didn't know what to do and because of the boredom he decided to make Brian walk barefoot with a chain around his neck until his feet bled. He was even bored that despite Brian's pleas to make it stop he picked up the speed until Brian could no longer keep up. At one point Brian fell and was dragged, his clothes turned to shreds along with his skin as the pavement burned them off. He stood next to Brian, admiring his work while rolling up the chain and putting it in in the hidden compartment in his impala.

"I hope you learned your lesson." He laughed as he climbed into his impala and drove off, leaving Brian's dead and scrapped body lying in the middle of the abandoned road.
