The sunrise is beautiful. It implies that it's a new start of the day. Another day in life to face and survive. But life is beautiful. So who am I to complain?

While busy staring at the beautiful view in the veranda, I felt two arms wrapped around my waist.

"Good morning, Hon."

Nilingon ko si April whose face is laying on my shoulder. Niyakap niya ako patalikod. I gave her a sweet smile.

"Good morning," sagot ko sa kanya and turned my body sa kanya at niyakap siya pabalik.

"Ang ganda ng sikat ng araw..." she said while looking at the beautiful view in front.

"Yeah..."

No one talked for a few minutes. Busy lang kami sa kakapanuod sa pagsikat ng araw while hugging each other.

"Why did you wake up so early? And hindi ka ba nilalamig? Boxers lang ang suot mo," she said after a while.

I looked at her and saw that she's wearing a robe while mine is only the boxer. I haven't realized it until this moment dahil diretso akong pumunta sa veranda to witness the beautiful sunrise. It helps me relax.

But why do I have to relax? Am I stressed? I immediately dismissed the idea. I don't like where my mind is heading.

"Hon," muling tawag niya sa akin, so I looked at her, "are you okay? Parang ang lalim ng iniisip mo," tanong niya pa.

I immediately composed myself and smiled at her. "I'm fine. I just forgot to wear my clothes dahil sa pagmamadali ko na maabutan ang sunrise."

She intently looked at my face. Parang pinag-aaralan niya ito. I don't want her to think anything wrong, so I gave her a soft kiss. Nakita kong namumula siya at isinubsob ang mukha sa dibdib ko.

I chuckled because of her reaction. "Why so shy?"

She still buried her face on my chest while tightly hugging me. After a few seconds, inangat niya ang mukha niya and quickly gave me a short kiss. Tumawa siya dahil sa pagganti ng halik niya sa akin.

Pilyong napangiti ako at binuhat siya in a bridal style. Hinang napatili siya dahil sa ginawa ko. I carried and laid her back on bed. Medyo napaangat ang robe niya kaya nakita ko ang puting legs niya at panty.

Before she could even react, pumaibabaw na ako sa kanya and started to kiss her deeply. She responded to my kisses. And my body is starting to react especially the thing in between my thighs.

Hindi ko namalayan na wala na pala kaming saplot pareho. Her naked body is now exposed while my mighty sword swings to glory. I looked at her innocent and beautiful face with full of love and lust. I suddenly felt guilty to April. Before, I was so sure to have my own kids and family because I am not getting any younger. But why am I feeling unsure this time?

"Let's just take some rest," sabi ko sa kanya and gave her a smile, "we will talk about it after our sleep."

She just smiled and turned her back at me. I felt more guilty pero hinayaan ko na lang siya. Baka mag-away pa kami.

Damn. What's wrong with me? Why the sudden change of mind? Is it because of her? She has her own family, Brave. And you will about to have yours as well. Just leave her alone!

I just dismissed the thought and tried harder to fall back to sleep. But I couldn't.

I hate her for coming back. I hope hindi na muling magtatagpo ang mga landas namin. I don't want her to create havoc again in my heart and life.
