THEY should have been free. They should have escaped. But WICKED had other plans for Dawn, Lisa and the rest of the Gladers. Once again trapped in the web of WICKED's lies, the Gladers need to find their strength to survive the next trials thrown their way.

BUT surviving in the Scorch isn't easy. Especially not when distracted. Dawn struggles with her returning memories and Lisa tries to break free from WICKED's mind control. All while the journey across the Crank filled landscape continues. They can't afford any distractions and yet WICKED seems determined to make it as hard on them as possible.

WHILE the Gladers struggle to survive, WICKED continues their plans to find a cure. And they're not planning to let a glitch in their system mess with their plans.

Here it is, the second chapter of Lisa and Dawn's lives. Let's hope you're all just excited as I am to start this journey! I can't wait, all these ideas in my head and I just can't wait to share them with you guys.

A fun fact for you all: Lisa is named after Lisa Kaltenegger, the Austrian world-leading astronomer. And Dawn is named after princess Diana, Princess of Wales, the first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales.
