There once was a boy named Edward. He was in love with a girl named Jane. Ever since the first day he met her he knew there was something special about her. The day he asked her out was the happiest day of his life. For Ed's best friend was after her too. He still wonders what would of happened if they had not gone on that first date when they did. They held hands that day and kissed under the stars. Throughout high school they were in love. When Ed was 17 he lost his dad. Who died for his country. Without Jane, Edward would be lost. They got through it together. Because of that Edward realized that Jane was the one he would marry. And he didn't want to wait. He bought a ring just before graduation. When everyone tosses up their hats he proposed to her. That night they eloped in the forest, under the stars. And in that moment everything was perfect. But soon like every other story reality hit them. Ed always knew his dad wanted him to go into the army. And even though he didn't want to leave her he knew he had to for his dad. He just needed to be there for one term. That's all. Everyday he would find a way to call her. No matter what. For it was her voice that gave her strength to make it through the day. But one day there was a situation. Next thing he knew Ed was blocking a bullet from hitting a young girl sitting with her husband. This gave them time to run and find safety. His last thought before he died was "I hope someone would do the same for my Jane" Even in the end Jane gave Ed hope.
