"(y/n), wake up, come on love." Newt said, he was sat on you shared bed already dressed and shanking you slightly. You groaned, he kissed your forehead, "You have to go run." He said, pulling you up and out of bed.

You got dressed and walked out of yours and Newt's shared room to meet him outside the homestead. You walked hand in hand to the kitchen to get your pack and lunch.

"What section are you running today?" Newt asked, as you finished packing your backpack, you straitened up. "I'm running section three today, why?" You replied. Newt came up behind you and wrapped his arms around you waist and snuggling his head into your neck.

"I'm just interested." He mumbled, you chuckled, "What are you going to do today?" You asked, he sighed. 

"I have to make sure Gally doesn't do anything stupid, work with the track-hoe's and then I have to help Alby with some other things. Oh and on top of that make sure Chuck doesn't prank Gally, again." He answered, you laughed.

"Well I wish you luck on that but you can't deny that last prank Chuck pulled on Gally was pretty funny." You stated, Newt laughed, which was a brilliant sound. 

"That's true it was pretty funny. Until he thought it was you." Newt said, this time you sighed.

"And the the Gally and (y/n) feud began." You said, Newt hummed in response. You kissed his head, "Right I have to go now but I'll see you after I have mapped my section." You said, as you tried to get out of Newts grip but it just tightened around you waist.

"No, just another minute." Newt whined, you laughed, "Yea and then a minute will turn into an hour and then a day." Newt turned you around so that you was facing him. 

"Fine just promise me that you will be safe and come find me once you have finished mapping the maze." He said, you nodded.

"Yes don't worry, I'll be safe and all that. Have a good day, stay away from Chuck when he has eggs and I'll see you once I get back." You replied, Newt laughed, "I'll be waiting by the doors." He said, you smiled. 

"I love you." Newt lent in and kissed you, pressing his soft lips onto yours. Pulling away he said, "I love you too." You kissed him one last time then walked over to the doors to meet Minho.

"Ready?" Minho asked, you nodded and stared into the maze, "As ready as I'll ever be." You replied. You ran into the maze and zig zagged your way round until you came to a corridor.

"Right, I'll see ya later shank, stay safe will ya?" Minho said, you laughed, "Aww Minho care's!" You said, Minho looked down. 

"I do not! Okay, I do a little. How could I not your my best friend!" He exclaimed, looking up grinning like a mad man. Laughing you ruffled his hair, "Don't worry, I'll be fine, just worry about getting back safely. See ya in the glade." You said, running down a separate corridor so that Minho couldn't do anything because you ruined his hair.

Towards the end of the day you ran back to the glade. At the entrance to the maze you were met by Newt. "Hey how was your run?" Newt asked, you hugged him and he hugged back. It felt so good to be back in his arms.

"It was okay, nothing new." You replied, pulling away, "I'v got to go and map my section, I'll see you later." You continued, Newt nodded and kissed you, "Okay, I'll see you later, I love you." He said, you smiled, "I love you too." And with that you left his embrace and jogged over to the map room.

Once you had finished mapping you section Minho walked in, "Anything new?" He asked, you shook your head, "Nope, just the same boring ivy cover walls and the same boring corridors." You replied, Minho chuckled. You stood up, "Well, see ya later shank, gotta go find Newt." You said and walked out.

"Okay bye shank, see ya later." He called after you.

You were walking towards the garden where you knew Newt would be, "Look its (y/n)." A voice said from behind you, you sighed, "What do you want Gally?" You asked, turning to face him and a group of his friends.

"Found anything out in the maze?" He asked, folding his arms across his chest, "No and you know that." You replied, he laughed. 

"Well I'm not surprised that you didn't find anything." He said, a smug look spreading across his ugly face.

"Oh yea? And why's that?" You asked, rolling your eyes, this happens a lot because you don't like each other at all. 

"Well because your the worst runner here, I bet its your fault that we haven't found a way out of the maze yet." He answered, you felt your blood boiling.

"Please, like you could do any better, you would probably stop after about five minutes in." You snapped back, through gritted teeth, Gally just laughed. 

"What? Do you expect me to go running off crying, crying for help because your being a slinthead?" You continued, Gally took a step closer to me.

"Yea I do because your weak, your the weakest person in the glade. The only reason your still alive is because Newt protects you. Your just weak, pitiful and stupid." Gally said, a smirk plastered onto his face.

Your hands clenched into fists, your blood was boiling, "I'm not weak, I actual do something for this place, what do you do? Bully people because you are scared of what's out there? If anyone is weak its you." You spat, your jaw clenched. Gally's smirk turned into a scowl.

"At least I can protect my self." He snapped back, "So you think I'm weak?" You asked, your knuckles white from clenching your fists. 

"Yea, Yea I do think your weak." He answered. In an instant your fist collided with Gally's face, sending him flying and leaving him sprawled on the ground about a meter or so away.

You walked over to him, his nose was bleeding, you lent down and said, "Still think I'm weak?" Punching him one last time for good riddance, you stormed off into deadheads.

As you walked farther into the forest you stopped every now and then to punch a tree to release your anger. By the time you reached your destination your knuckles were red with blood and hurt but you ignored it.

You were facing one of the maze walls, picking up rocks and throwing them as hard as you could against the wall. You heard a few twigs snap but you ignored it.

"I heard what you did to Gally." Newt said, you turned to see him leaning against a tree staring at you, you turned back to the wall, "Well he was asking for it." You muttered, throwing a rock at the wall making it shatter.

Newt sighed, "You know the rules." You bent down to pick up another rock from the ground, "I only hit him twice and it's not even that bad." You answered, throwing a rock at the wall. 

"His nose is broken and he has a bruise on his cheek." Newt said, as you through another rock.

"Will you stop throwing rocks and listen to me." Newt sighed, you turned to face him, "Well what do you want me to say? Yes, I punched Gally but he was being a shuckface!" You exclaimed, Newt laughed. 

"Thats not the point." He said walking over to you.

Newt picked up your right hand and studied your bloody knuckles, stroking them with his thumbs and kissing them, "Why do you do this to your self?" He asked, his voice barely more than a whisper, you sighed. 

"Because it helps me to get ride of my anger." You replied.

"But this hurts you, next time come and talk to me don't hurt your self." He said, you nodded, "Okay, I'm sorry, just Gally makes me so angry." You replied, running a hand through your hair. 

Newt hugged you tightly and rubbed southing circles on your back, "I know he angers everyone, just try not to punch him because he will kick up a fuss and thats a pain for everyone." You laughed.

Newt pulled away and kissed you, his soft warm lips pressing into yours, you kissed back your lips moving in sync, your hands went to his neck and his went to your waist. 

After a while you pulled away and rested your forehead on his, you stared into each others eyes. "I love you, so so much." He said, you smiled.

"I love you too, so so much."
