The boys in a r/s ; Part Two

Newt

Newt would be the biggest sweetheart, always putting your needs before his. If he was upset he definitely wouldn’t want you to worry and would want to try to hide it from you but if he was discontent about something to do with your relationship he’d tell you straight away because he treasures you too much and doesn’t want anything to come between the two of you.

Newt’s a boyfriend who knows his boundaries and knows when to give you space when you need it and when to comfort you. If he thinks he’s out of place or if he doesn’t have the right to intrude he’ll keep his mouth shut but he definitely won’t keep silent for long.

Newt’s hugs would be so warm, they’d feel so perfect and really natural. He’d make you melt under his embrace and you’d feel so small in his arms, even if you aren’t.

The day Newt realized how much you meant to him was the day they all went into the Maze to look for the Griever hole. He knew how easy it was to cower away in fear and let someone else do all the hard work but when he saw how strong you were, how tough you were acting he noticed how blind he had been all along. You were only acting tough but you were tough nonetheless and Newt loved that. He saw how strong and confident you were against the beasts. Newt has always been the one that kept the boys together but you were the one that gave them hope. He was proud of you. Before you got on the bus, Newt pulls you aside and presses his lips against yours, “you’ve got no idea how much I’ve wanted that” he mutters when he pulls away, leaving you breathless.

Captain Gally

Being in a relationship with Gally would be exhausting. He’d be making so many dumb jokes that aren’t even funny but he would think they were the most hilarious things in the world. Gally’s sense of humour is really strange so sometimes he may end up hurting you. When he sees how upset he’s made you, he instantly regrets ever opening his mouth and feels guilty, he’d avoid you best as he can so he doesn’t say something to upset you again.

Feeling genuinely sorry, he’d pick some wild flowers or ask someone else to pick them for him and tie them together into a bouquet and give them to you.

Gally can be really spiteful sometimes, especially when he’s mad. He’ll say things he doesn’t actually mean.

Being a builder, you’d easily feel safe in his arms. He’d glare at anyone else who tried to make a move on you; the stone cold look in his eyes would be enough to scare them away.

You’re heart stopped and you’re breath hitched when your eyes landed on the boy who you thought would be gone forever. The words you thought were his last ring in your ear, ‘remember me’. Ever since that day, they’d been playing on repeat inside your mind, haunting you. But now, Gally was finally standing physically in front of you again. Gally had no reaction when he noticed you, he knew you’d be coming with Thomas and Minho and wasn’t expecting a warm reunion. You stayed close to Minho and Thomas and stared intently at the floor, desperately trying to avoid eye contact with Gally as he began telling you about the Right Arm and finished with the rumour about wanting Hans dead. A shiver ran down your spine when you finally looked up and saw Gally’s eyes were glued to you. Brenda and Jorge were already out the door and Minho had to drag the clueless Thomas outside, leaving you and Gally alone in the dark apartment.
