"Hey (y/n), remember that boy from earlier? You almost grabbed his bag, thinking it was yours?" Teresa asked quietly once you were the only two left in your cabin as everyone else was already meeting outside. 

"Yeah I do, why? You think he's cute?" You teased, wiggling your eyebrows at your friend.

"Sh- shut up! It's nothing, never mind." You noticed Teresa's ears slightly turning red. You grinned, suddenly filled with excitement. Teresa had never been interested in a boy before. You made a mental note to yourself, 'make sure Teresa gets his number before the two weeks ended.'

The two of your finished unpacking and began heading over to where everyone else was meeting, under a large tree near the lake. Less than half of the whole group of twenty were already waiting, some were chatting in the groups they arrived with while others had made the daring leap to converse with complete strangers.

You and Teresa arrived and sat near the edge of the lake, you noticed cattails lining the water's edge and a single mother duck paddling its way around lily pads sitting on the surface, duckling at her tail. The water reflected the glow of the setting sun painting the sky an orange-pink hue. Laughter filled the atmosphere was finally everyone arrived.

Newt showed up a little latter than the last few people, a shorter male by his side.

"Evening everyone. This here is Alby, he's going to half my responsibility of taking care of you. Remember those groups I put you in earlier? Alby will take group B and I'll take group A." the blond smiled, then scanned the crowd until his gaze landed on you. His smile widened as you quickly turned away, unable to hold his gaze any longer than two seconds.

Alby nodded slightly in acknowledgment, however remained pokerfaced. 

"But for tonight, we'll complete our first activity as a whole group. We'll meet everyone at the central fire pit once the sun goes down completely. For now you'll welcome to take a look around, you've already been at your cabins so please take this time to become more familiar with your home for the next two weeks" Newt told everyone, excited chatter erupted amongst the group and you turned to look at Brenda and Teresa who both had wide grins plastered on their lips.

"Don't wonder too far, right Alby?" Newt added.

Alby frowned, "yeah. There's some dangerous areas around site and if you're smart enough you'll stay right away from them" Newt chuckled, "concise as always."

Newt smiled and waved, "see you later guys" and Alby just nodded again before both of them returned back to wherever they arrived from, probably to do some counsellor stuff.

Someone had suggested to play 'truth or dare' as a way to get to know everyone better while waiting for the sun to go down. (a/n: woah imagine a game of truth or dare with 20 ppl)  It sounded like a great idea at the time, until half an hour into the game and suddenly the level of tension rose drastically. Luckily, the bottle had yet to land on you, it seemed like almost everyone had witnessed the wrath of truth or dare, even Brenda and Teresa. You had even watched as Minho had to jump into the lake and fortunately for him he was allowed to keep his clothes on.

"(y/n)! truth or dare?" Brenda squealed as no one knew your name. You panicked, you wanted to pick truth but you knew they'd pressure you into picking dare anyway.

"Dare" you bravely replied however you instantly regretted it, seeing the evil looks in everyone's eyes? For half an hour, they were just slowly warming up to everyone, making sure all the boring questions and dares were gone before exposing their true, cruel selves.

"Make her pour lake water down her shirt!"

"Make her act like an ape for the next 10 minutes!"

"Make her..."

Dares continued to be yelled out at random, each one worse than the next and you had thought they'd finally run out of embarrassing things when everyone fell silent, until...

"Make her go into the woods till dark!"
