I didn't know married life would be this hard when the news spread that my dear husband would be playing a skilled scholar from Kunlun mountain. His fans went off their rockers, even a few of the other cast members were in awe of him. It really didn't matter to me, just for business though he had told no one outside of the family we were married.

He had asked me about this because he didn't know how to tell his fans. My fanbase, Hopeful knew of my marriage but promised to not breathe a word of it. I didn't want the two fanbases fighting, every day tho on the set I had kept to myself. I would often leave after filming, then went sightseeing by myself. I didn't tell anyone anything, it was so hard to keep quiet. I was tired of acting I always lost my shit, when I saw another cast member rubbing herself over him.

I had glared daggers at the two, I had enough I grabbed my shit and left the set.

"Can I have everyone's attention, Jiyong you're a fucking idiot! How the hell can you do that to your wife? What kind of husband does that to the one you just married? If her grandfather were here, you would be fired and Kai would quit! Remember you only got this role because she had asked for it, because she didn't want to get close to any other male. Why can't you see how much she actually does love you! Do you have any idea? What she does after leaving here? From the look on your face, I say you don't! You're going to end up losing her, the more you keep it from everyone, You know that right?"

I was so done with the idol's attitude, acting like he was first pick when in all actuality he didn't even make the list.

- Kai's location -

I texted Richard:

To Richard: I quit, I don't want to film anymore. I'm sorry. Please forgive me, I'm boarding now, I'm going home.

To Kai: Don't worry, I will stop filming and find you another male lead. I'm so sorry Kai, I didn't know how difficult this would be on you.

- On the Set -

I pulled Jiyong away from the female cast member, she's always clingy to the male lead. I handed him the phone, "Look what you have done, with your secrecy! I hope your happy, If Kieran were here he would literally beat the living shit out of you. I wonder if Kai has told anyone else about your betrayal and secrecy? I wouldn't put it past her to not tell anyone. But of course, Kai would keep it all to herself and not tell a soul. She would put it deep in her heart, she would let it consume her till she no longer loves you. Kai is just that type of person, we both know this. You've just lost the next best thing besides BIG BANG, I hope you can live with that."

- on the plane -

I skyped YG, "I'm coming home alone. Don't ask why I'll be staying in a hotel near Deuces. If you tell anyone, after the tour, I will disappear and no one will be able to get a hold of me. Please, don't push my patience. I've had it, I never knew marriage life could be so hard and difficult when you're an idol. I should've stuck with the other series, I've contacted my two cousins. They said I could stay with them, till they start filming Go Go Squid. I'll be accompanying them till my tour starts, I already asked them to pick up my equipment from the house." I closed the laptop and closed my eyes as fresh tears started to fall.

- Across the Aisle -

I saw a pretty girl, behind a mask crying as she hung up from talking on Skype. I searched my pockets till I found tissues for her, "Excuse Miss, this is for you." I opened her hand and closed it over the pack of tissues. I'm not as heartless as everyone thinks I am. Let me introduce myself, I am Kris Wu. I was a member of EXO.

- KAI -

Omg, its Kris Wu, "Thank you Oppa, who knew the 11th member of EXO would hand me a tissue. I am in awe right now, wait until Channie hears about this!" I pulled my mask down, "I know exactly who you are Your "Wu Yi Fan" aka Kris Wu. I know everything there is about you, especial being apart of SM, my stepbrother is Chen Chanyeonal. His sperm donor is my half brother's father, trust me it's just as complicated as it sounds."

My jaw dropped as soon as she said my real name, she looked so familiar. "May I know the name of the pretty girl, that knows so much about me but I know nothing about her."

I bit my lip in thought, "If you wish, and instead of talking across from each other, you can have either seat beside me I bought all three. I'm kinda mad at someone and I left them near my grandfather's estate in a fit of rage." I motioned to either the right or left side of me.

I called for the stewardess and told her I was giving Mr. Wu one of my extra seats, she gave a nod and asked about dinner. I told her to proceed whatever he wanted he could have, I looked at Kris to see him look at me with awe.

"Oh I'm Kai Lee, It's nice to meet you. One of my adopted brothers is also KAI, who helped out on the show UNDER NINETEEN." I prayed he didn't watch it, I was spacing out remembering those days back then.

I sucked in a breath when she had said her name and that show. I knew she looked familiar. She's the one that Soo-man had called me up about, she's the voice I needed. I've never heard her sing, I had told him. I remember him telling me that she not only sings, she also raps and dances. He said I had to hurry she leaves on tour soon, who knew I would meet her this soon. I thank the gods, "My old boss said I should collab with you, I didn't want to google you. I rather have that shock effect. If you can shock me, then the better chances I have working with you."

"If that's how you want it, I just hope you're not like Jhope Sunbae and Channie. I've made Jhope faint so many times and I made Channie stutter to the point of going stupid. I'm not going directly home, I'm meeting up with my cousins to perform a song for their drama. If you want you can tag along if you want that is. Also, I mainly sing and rap in English, but I can do both in Japanese, Korean, Thai and I just learned how to do it in Chinese. I need to brush up on my Chinese though, I'm still having a hard time on that. Did your old boss tell you about my voice? If he didn't, then prepare to be shocked."

I looked at her with a puzzled look, "All he said was that your voice is super unique, 2 people out billions have been born like you. I don't understand that part, but we shall see who will be shocked." I tell Kai

I shake my head, "All of the CEO's do this to me, I'm going to have a word with your old boss A.K.A my uncle when we get back."

I sat back and raised my mask, "Order what you want, as my newest friend it's on the house." I closed my eyes as sleep overcame my already tired body.

- 4 hours later -

My phone woke me up, I looked at the caller ID and turned it off. The stupid ass was calling me, we got off the plane and went to the luggage pick up. "Come on we can have a car service deliver our things to the house, you're coming with me." I led him to the carport, where an errand boy was waiting with two helmets and my bike keys.

I took out a huge tip, "Happy Holidays! Make sure to buy yourself and your family something good, I tell your boss you did a great job looking after my bike." I looked at Kris, I handed him a helmet as he looked at me crazy.

"I was expecting a pink car, not a motorcycle. You are a big bundle of surprises, you have me wondering why we haven't met before." I explain to Kai.

I giggle a bit, "It's probably because I'm 8 years younger than you, you were probably home in Vancouver when I moved to Seoul at the age of fifteen. Wait let me rephrase that, when I ran away from home at that age. I lived in Seoul for 6 months, then I lived in Japan for 6 months. I came back after my adopted family had told me my audition video was accepted." I took off my beanie, running my hands through my short hair.

"You know I'm surprised you recognized me as a girl, most think I'm a guy." I turn to Kris as I put on my helmet.

We both got on, If Jiyong saw this he would probably lose his shit. But at the moment I truly didn't care, I felt his arms around me. It kinda felt nice, not the way you think either. As a brotherly love, I've seen the girls around him they were nothing like me. But I think I should tell him when we get to Xian and Zi, I put on music from my mixtape and just the instrumental version. As I revved the engine, Kris held me tighter. I couldn't help but giggle, even more, I started to sing the same song from the music store.

"What the hell?" I couldn't contain myself and asked her to pull over. I hopped off and asked her to turn off the bike, I took off the helmet she pulled off hers her mask following as she continuing singing. "Holy shit, YOU....... YOU'RE HER....!!!!! A few people back home are HOPEFUL fans, I didn't realize why. I've only heard the song One Day," I started pacing back and forth. "Please for all that is holy I need to hear you rap! Please, I hope you're the voice, I think I need." I stare at her as I ask her.

I shake my head, "Hop on dumb dumb, I'm taking you where I can grant your wish. We gotta hurry cause it's almost time for them to film the episode I'm singing in." I grabbed his hand and got him back on the bike. "Oh and if you're wondering if I'm single? I'm not I just got married literally a week ago, but I left my husband in Beijing because he was being a huge dick."

I felt her pain when I heard her voice waver. I wonder who had the balls to hurt such a wonderful girl if she was my wife I would love her unconditionally. I guess we had arrived at the place when I'm pulled off her bike harshly. I didn't see the person, that was incredibly rude. But I did see a guy in a leather jacket go flying through the air.

"You asshole, what the fuck is wrong with you? It's not Jiyong you, idiot, you're going to feel so stupid when he takes off his helmet." I walk to Kris helping him up, "Hey Kris? You okay, I'm sorry my cousin is an idiot."

"Hey Kai, what did... OMG HOW DO YOU KNOW KRIS WU?" Zi, HAD YELLED OUT ALL EXCITEDLY.

"Hey, numbnuts calm the fuck down! I met him on the plane actually, he handed me a tissue when he saw me crying. Your cousin in law is a real douche, he wanted to hide the fact we were married from his fan base. While my HOPEFULS praised me for getting the guy, I've idolized since I was a kid." I tell my cousin when I see 5 guys come out of a building and run over to Xian.

"Leave the asshole, on the floor It's where he belongs. That's where stupid asses belong." I tell them as I see more and more people come out and Mr. Smith.

"Oh, Kai. I'm glad your here? Wait.. why is your cousin on the ground again. Please tell me he didn't say or do anything stupid again?" Mr. Smith looks down at the numbnuts on the floor helping him up.

"Yeah, he assumed that my friend on my bike was my spouse. He decided to be rough and well I don't like people hurting my friends." I explain to him.

I help Kris inside the building.

"Kai, come over here and meet some of the cast members." I hear Mr. Smith say out loud.

"Yeah, give me a sec. I need to fix my hair." I look at Kris, "Wanna see something funny?" I ask him.

"Besides you, my cousins and Mr. Smith, everyone else knows me as a guy. Just watch their expressions." I take off my beanie and fluff up my spikes, I could already see both my cousins and Mr. Smith trying not to laugh. I look behind me, I give Kris a finger heart. I take my mask off and the 8 other cast members stumble backward.

I hear the laughter in the room burst out, "Ni Hao! Anneyeosaheyo Kai-inmida! Please take care of me." I see the director, he tells me to come over.

"You're related to Kai Lee?! Can you get me an autograph? Xian got laid out by a girl, that is funny beyond imagination." I hear the guy they call Demo whisper shout.

I reach into my carryon and pull out a CD, I grab my silver marker and sign it. I walk over to them, "Here you go Demo, I didn't know if you guys knew me or not. Also, I am definitely related to dumb and dumber over there." I tell him, "You're such a cutie though I do have to admit." I pinch his cheeks, he runs away because I put him in the spotlight.

"Hey Kai! We're ready for your voice, just sing into the mic. This performance will be at the end and you will perform live before your tour starts." Director-Nim explains to me.

I look at the Director, "Can I just do it live and you film it, I want to show my friend he's never heard me sing live. Neither has Xian or Zi, Please I promise it will be worth it." I had asked him.

"Whose a drummer here?" I ask out loud as I grab the guitar from its stand. I watch as I see Kris raise his hand and goes to the drum set. I give him the run down, he nods his head in understanding.

I strum the guitar, I look pout towards everyone as jaws drop. "No way, we get to hear Kai Lee sing," I ask the director.

- while kai is singing -

"If you guys don't know who Kai Lee is, then your stupid. It took her 2 months to learn how too speak Chinese, sing, and rap. She said it was even harder than learning Thai. She's really talented, she currently loves martial arts, besides dancing. She was supposed to film a new drama in Beijing but her grandfather said something happened with her husband. She quit early this morning, she won't go back until there is a new actor for the male lead. She won't have her personal life and business mix, she can't take it. I even seen pictures of a few of the female cast members bullying her, she despises bullies but she did nothing. She let it go until one girl tried to steal her wedding ring, that's when Kai let her have it. She busted a knee cap and left her there, she told the girl to never try to take her things. The only person who knows of this is the director, Richard. He kept it from everyone saying she fell from a ladder, Kai had a rough life growing up. You wouldn't believe what she has been thru, I pity any person who makes her mad. Right Xian, you know how that feels. Your jaw is okay right after getting it reset?" I tell them.

I looked at the director with shock at what he said, so that's what she was crying about on the plane. I continued to play the drums the way she had wanted, my heart was hurting for her. Once she sang the final note, she had bowed saying she was sorry and ran out the door. I put the drumsticks back and ran after her.

I saw the bike was there still, now if I was a young girl who was hurting. I would probably find somewhere high enough to hide from the world below, I looked for the highest point till I found it. I looked up and it was those big metal containers maybe 4 or five stacked on top of each other, "Hey, who in the hell did you get up there that quickly!" I yelled up at her.

I see her stand up and front flip off the containers, she turned her body to the left to land on the one below her. She kicked off the container to skimming the other container to her right, she did just that till she was standing in front of me. She grabbed my hand, "Run and if you can't bear to look, then don't" she stated.

"Don't worry, I won't let you get hurt. You trust me right?" I had looked at Kris, I saw him nod and not mutter a word.

She kicked off the one on the bottom and tossed me up telling me to grab onto the edge, I grabbed on at the last second to see her above me already. She grabbed me again and tossed me like a small bag of potatoes, "Don't be scared it's the momentum of m and the velocity and the speed am I able to do this with another person." she explains to me.

We were at the third container, when she said to just sit and chill. My hair was flopping in the light breeze, she cleared her throat.

"You know, besides my actual brothers and my husband I'm quite comfortable with you. I hope you don't mind me dubbing you as my best friend, I haven't had one since she had died over 4 years ago. We were in a very bad accident, she had died that day and I walked away not being able to walk. As you can see, she isn't here and I'm perfectly fine." I had told Kris, giving him a small smile.

I laid back, my arms behind my head. "Some days I think this is all a dream, that I'm the one buried 6ft under and she is living life like I had told her too. Some days, I wake up from the nightmares of that day. It was Christmas day, which I know is tomorrow. So I know that's the other reason I've been so uneasy." I tell him as my eyes closed.
