Third POV:

That night, Kai was taken to the hospital. The blaring of the ambulance sirens, the worried shouts of the employees, the audience, and members and her family.

End of POV.

I stretched I was fully awake and needed to pee, I sat up slowly. I looked around it was still dark, the night sky filled with twinkling stars and a full moon. I looked down to see me in sweats and a shirt that belonged to Jiyong, I got out of the bed and found the bathroom in the dark. The room didn't look familiar, I opened up the balcony doors once I had done my business and washed my hands.

I could hear loud voices from outside in the backyard, finally observing the environment. I had realized, I was back in Beijing at our grandfather's house. I walked towards the side table, where I see a bowl filled with green liquid. The contents still steaming, as someone had just placed it here. I bypassed the spoon and just drank from the bowl filled with warmth, I drank every last drop. I found a familiar hoodie in the closet, I put on socks and shoes and hopped over the balcony railing onto the rooftop. But not before I had closed the balcony doors, I just wanted to observe everyone not letting them know I had woken up.

The last thing I remember was singing In love So Deep, walking off the stage and into my dressing room. The sound of sirens and worried voices, I searched in my pockets and found a phone with a note attached.

If you're reading this, it means you've woken up and you're on the roof above us.
I know you, Kai, always causing us to worry. When you can send your fiance a voice note, he's very worried you haven't woken up in two weeks. Don't worry he has been helping granddad, on the set of the show that just started filming. Also, no overdoing it please, we don't want you getting sick and collapsing. If you don't want to listen grandma said she'll put you in the corner, and leave your happy ass there.

p.s your grandparents unofficially adopted us as their grandkids. oh before I forget your egg donor announced that she's pregnant with a little girl I thought I would tell you before you hear it from anyone else.

I had to re-read it again and again, whatever they could do whatever they want I don't care actually. But I would treat the little girl as my little sister no matter who her egg donor is.

I took a step back and flipped off the roof, landing on top of the table behind everyone. Of course, no one noticed me, I walked into the house and searched for my siblings. I ran into a wall, whose name was William Chan. I stayed silent, I tried walking away but he held me back. I took his arm off of me and twisted flipping him over my shoulder. I looked down at him, my face void of emotion.

"You're mom's pregnant with a baby girl, I thought I should tell you," I said from the ground, as I held my shoulder wincing from the pain.

I looked down and gave him a nod, "I know already, my brother told me. Just don't irritate her or me, or we're going to have a serious problem. I'll be civil, but if you want respect! You're going to have to earn that from me, I won't give it to you freely. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm hungry and I'm going to make food." I kicked a small chair near him, I felt bad a little cause I caused pain to Channie's dad.

I walked away and found the kitchen right away, I could hear loud shouts and banging around. I kept going through the kitchen and pantry, not minding the noise. I pulled out the phone and left Jiyong a voice note.

"Hey don't worry I didn't leave, I was hungry so I came to the kitchen to make food! You should know this already If I'm not working out, dancing or off having fun the one place you'll always find me in the kitchen."

I put my phone back in my pocket, raised the hood over my head. I continued to cook the dishes I wanted, Spicy Braised Pork, Black Bean Noodles, and vegetables. I eyed the amount I made, I decided to make a lot instead just enough for me. I ransacked the fridge and eyed the humongous jar of kimchi, I jumped for joy when I saw it. 

I cleared my throat when I saw her jump for joy seeing the huge jar of Kimchi. The boys and I had made that for her, knowing she would want a taste of home, since we are in Beijing at the moment. I went towards her and just held her, I sighed in content.

I turned around, wrapping my arms around his neck. I breathed in his scent, "I missed you Oppa, just hold me while I cook us food." I turned back around with an attachment on my back.

I used a spare pair of chopsticks, grabbing a good piece of pork. I blew on it and held it up to his mouth, "Here Open, I give you the best piece in this batch." I watch as his mouth opens and grabs the meat with his tongue and teeth. I whimpered a little, I covered my mouth as Oppa laughs into my neck.

"That so not funny!" I tell him.

"That's not what I think, you two are so adorable. Let me tell you, I can see the love he has for you and the love you have for him." I tell my granddaughter from the open doorway.

I let out a squeak of surprise, I turned and hid my face in his neck.

"Come on, granddad your making her embarrassed. Go and sit at the table, we'll be bringing out the food soon." I tell the old man, with a full-blown smile on my face.

I look down in Kai's eyes, as I see her look up at me with her cute button nose. "Let's get married before we leave. You know your grandparents have your resident permit, even if you weren't here. Mom had them prepare it even though, you lived in the states. You know I would try and move mountains,  just to give you happiness and to see this smile on your face every day." I leaned down and caught her mouth in a tender and loving kiss.

I pulled back and said yes, "I'm ready to marry you and become Mrs. Jiyong Kwon!" I hid my face in his neck as he just held me tighter and swung me around without a care in the world.

As soon as he put me down, I got out of his embrace. "Help me bring out the dishes, then call granddad and grandmother to come and eat. I have a feeling that they will be having a talk with us soon, most like how they wish to marry me off to you. So please don't be so surprised if they want me to do a traditional Chinese wedding, meaning your parents have to come as well and meet my grandparents." I looked at him from the doorway.

"Oh, I know we had that chat already. My parents will be here in two days, I had told them since granddad had brought it up. We made the trip to visit them and they have given us the blessing, I have told them everything that has happened since I met you. My mother loves you to pieces, my father says I'm the in law and your his long lost daughter. My parents are super funny, and corny but they respect you for all you have done for me and everyone you have ever come in contact with." I turn and smile at her, I watched how she became all shy and rushed off, calling out dinner was ready.

I covered my face in embarrassment, my cheeks and ears super red. I shook my head, "Wait did you say Chinese Traditional Wedding?" I looked up quickly. He gave me a quick nod. I ran towards grandmother, I had told her I did want a Chinese wedding but I wanted to add a little part of my other heritage in, she had eyeballed me and asked what I meant.

I pulled out my phone and showed her, "Grandma I've been planning this day since I was 16, granted it's only been 3 years but still. Will you help me?" I had asked her and tossed in a puppy dog pout.

"Fine, fine. Just because you are here now, I'll help. What do I need to do?" I had asked my beautiful granddaughter.

- fabric store in town -

I was glancing at everything that was given to me all the fabrics, but I stopped in my tracks when I see the amazing red modern red sleeveless dress on a mannequin. I can hear Mina and even Zi, call out for grandmother. "Miss measure and make it the grandest you've ever made, no expense spared. My granddaughter is getting married in a week's time."

I grabbed the white satin off another and handed it to the young girl running the shop, "Same measurements, this one is nothing too grand just plain and simple."

The girl ran towards Kai, bringing her to the back. "Kai, honey your hair will be up with the red and with the white, it will be down for what you wanted."

I called up my husband and her brothers. They both knew what was going to happen, they even looped in a few of the others and my great-great-grandchild. I took a picture of the red material and sent it to my daughter, even though I wasn't able to do one for her. I really wanted to disown her, but she should be included even if Kai wanted it or not. I had included my husband to get her soon to be husband's wardrobe ready as well.

I escorted grandmother to her friend's house, Mina and Zi stayed with her. I wasn't in the mood to drink tea, I just wanted to wander around and but a gift for Kevin since he stayed. I saw a music store, the instruments were interesting. I saw a guy in mask and beanie and old fashion back in the day but classy Chinese outfit, sitting playing it. I tilted my head, in confusion I know I've heard this song before. I walked around the store and found a keyboard and a beat mixer next to it, I had an idea in my head. 

I pulled up my hood and put on my mask, I looked over the keys. I was just messing around, till I started to sing.

I looked up when I saw a crowd had gathered, I'm so glad my mask was in place. 'Sir, I'll take this one. Please have it delivered to the LEE ESTATE.", I go to the register and pay for it. I tried going through but they weren't budging, I huffed. I jumped up and lifted myself over the crowd and pulled myself up onto the rooftop.

I tossed up the deuces and jumped down a few feet away. "Boss, He is perfect to play the role." The crowd didn't even phase him my boss was still looking at the guy who left the store. He said he would make the delivery himself and talk to his parents.

- outside the Lee Estate -

"Excuse me I have a delivery for a young man, who was in my music store today." I had told the guard in the booth.

I radioed the main house, "They have a delivery for a young man? Oh, it's for Kai!" I had told the man in uniform to go ahead and take it to the front house.

I was walking around, thinking to myself why the house looked so familiar to me.

"You can just set up, the keyboard here next to the Cherry Blossom tree please." A voice off to the side had said.

I turned around to see the young man from earlier, doing push-ups. Not just any kind either, he was doing them while he was in a handstand. I got my bearings, "Excuse me, Are you related to the CEO of LOUD RECORDS BEIJING?" I had asked
the young man.

I put my legs down, I got up and bowed respectfully. "Yes, Mr. Lee is my grandfather. How may I help you, sir?" I had asked the delivery guy.

"Young man, you are very skilled. May I ask if you have an agent or a company you are signed with?" I had asked the young man again.

I laughed, "Sorry, I didn't mean to laugh at your question, it's just I'm not a dude. I am signed with YG Entertainment. Why did I do something wrong? Am I in trouble for damaging your things in the store?" I sat on the small brink wall surrounding the cherry blossom tree.

"Richard, what are you doing here? Is there something you need from me? What did something happen on the set of the new movie?" I had asked the director of our newest film.

I shook my head, "Boss, your grandson, oh no I mean granddaughter surprised me and my assistant today at my father's music store. She was singing, what I think is a new song and a crowd had ended up gathering around the front and side entrances, they wouldn't let her out so she found a way out herself. She would make the perfect main character for our drama since we don't have one." I had said in one breath to my boss and the young lady.

I did a double-take when I heard what the guy Richard had said, "WHAT?! Me in a movie, no thanks I have enough on my plate for now. I go on tour soon, I'm getting married in four days and I have a song that I have to perform for a drama. I'm going to have to pass for now. I'm sorry, you're going to have to find someone else."

"Wait?! What if we tell you it's a martial arts romance drama, you and the main character will end up as a couple!" I tell her.

I let out a scoff, "The only way to make that happen is if you make my husband the main, otherwise I'm not interested. Wait, who is playing the bad guy?" I turned around and asked Richard the director.

"Oh, there are actually two Li Xian and William Chan." I had responded to her.

"Oh my god, this is a dream come true. I can kick both of their asses in a show too. If you can wait till my tour is over, sign me up. I will be here, for one whole month before it starts. If you want I can try to film a few episodes and can go from there. But you cannot reveal I am the main female lead." I had explained to him.

I went inside to go and tell others.

"Richard, I'm handing her the reigns when I officially retire. I hope you will show her the ropes and help her along the way. Initially it was supposed to go to my eldest grandchild but he had passed away a few months ago." I look at Richard, he was actually one of the people who helped take care of Kieran when he was enlisted. He was the commanding officer of both Jiyong & Kieran, I had known about Jiyong's character and personality way before he was engaged to my granddaughter.

"Also Richard, be here for the wedding? I think Kai's older brother would appreciate it the most and you can tell her all about the crazy stories and embarrassing moments of Kwon Jiyong and Kieran.
