Meeting up at mom's house sure was interesting, mom gave me money for socking my cousin in the face. I drove with Jiyong on my bike back to the Caffe, everyone actually showed up. I was actually happy, we leave in 2 hours to Beijing and everyone is coming. That's over 200 people give or take, we ended up having mom pull some strings and got a plane to ourselves.

- time skip to when they land in Beijing -

When we got off the plane, there was a sign and a lot of drivers waiting for us. I gave one look at Mikey and mom, tossing up the deuces. I went to the rental car place, I shook my head in disappointment when I couldn't find the vehicle I wanted. I was outside on my phone looking up places when I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Are you Kai Lee and Mr. Kwon?" A man in a hoodie had asked us.

I gave a nod and he tossed me a set of keys,

"Uncle had told me, to have a motorcycle ready for when you came. Everyone is waiting for you in the carport. Please follow me, sir!" The hooded guy had said.

I saw Jiyong smile at his comment, trying so hard to hold back his laughter. "Hyung, knock it off. At least granddad was nice enough to get me the transportation, you know you could always go ride with my brother and mom."

He pulled me close and kissed my cheek, I heard a groan from the hooded guy. "Gay people never will I understand them."

"YAH! WHO THE FUCK IS GAY! MY HYUNG IS STRAIGHTER THAN AN ARROW!" I glare at the guy, "Just wait till I tell your uncle that you called me gay, don't let me ever catch you alone or you'll end up like Li Xian with a broken jaw."

I grabbed Jiyong and practically ran towards the carport, "Hey Ma, Hoodie guy called me gay!"

The look on her face held laughter, I groaned out loud. "It's not even funny, why the hell are you laughing?"

We hopped on and followed the car that held my little brother, nephew, sister in law and mom. I changed gears, "Baby girl don't be mad. He probably reacted like that because he thought we were a gay couple, not even knowing you are a female."

"So you're making an excuse for him?" I had asked snarkily

Jiyong, stopped talking to me after I asked him that question. Once we got there, he hopped off and went with his brothers. I know I was wrong, but I won't admit it either. No one said anything towards me, I hid my engagement ring on my necklace in his face and walked away. Everyone was super quiet, my mood from playful to super pissed off.

I stood outside, everyone asking what's wrong. I shrugged my shoulders and rammed my shoulder into Jiyong's. A look of hurt on his face, will we always have problems like this? I was getting tired, I hopped up the wall and sat on the roof edge.

"Hey You, come down here!" An old man with a cane had said, shaking his cane up at me.

"Damn hooligans always causing me trouble. Leave before I call the police!" He stood there waving his cane like a crazy person on drugs.

I jumped down and stood in his face, I held my hand up when I heard mom and the others start to say something. I looked back and held my fingers to my lips, I turned back and glared at the old man.

I stood with my legs apart and my arms crossed over my chest, "What's it to you old man? The police? That doesn't scare me at all, go ahead it's not like I have a rap sheet. I'm only here to visit for a day and a half and then I'm going home to Seoul."

"You... Guards, get this hooligan off my property." The old man slammed his cane down so hard it broke in half.

I smirked underneath my mask, I rubbed my hands together. "Yay finally a workout!"

I dodged the guards using the martial arts I have learned recently, flipping and cartwheeling away.

"KAI LYN LEE, KNOCK THAT SHIT OFF, YOUNG LADY!" Mom had yelled out loud.

"But Ma, they started it by trying to put their dirty ass hands on me. You really can't fault me for that, plus it was my way of letting go of the anger. I wasn't even hurting anyone."

"You're KAI LYN?!" The old man stood in front of me.

I bowed respectfully and stood up straight and unmasked myself. "Hello granddad, it's nice to finally meet you." I had switched to my female voice.

"You're a girl and you let me say that to you! Wait what did Li Xian say to you, for you to hurt him as you did?" Hoodie guy had asked.

"He hit on me and said I'm supposed to marry him and he tried to touch me so I laid his ass out. Why you got a problem with that?" I slid my mask back on a walked away.

"I'm out, I'm going for a walk!" I hopped the tree and jumped over the wall to disappear on the other side.

"Jun, Zi go keep an eye on your cousin. Make sure no trouble follows her, I need to speak to the rest of her family." I watched the one with the red hair frown deeply. "Jiyong, go after my granddaughter. You're no use to me when you're face is like that." I watch as he turned and ran, soon all the others followed. It was just me, Euhna and my granddaughter in law.

"Dad, you have to understand they are protective over her. Even the younger ones, even they want to protect their Noona." I said to my dad, seeing the look of awe on his face.

I had told him everything since Kai ran away from L.A at fifteen. I've been keeping close tabs on her, thanks to N and Jeong-su they've helped me protect my little girl.

"Euhna, The reason for the urgency. He woke up from his coma and is looking for you and his son. He has no idea that you, had left Beijing and had two other kids. But with his mentality, I know that he would accept them as his own. Even give Kai what she always wished for, A loving father who accepts her. The only thing is, do you accept Chanyeol as your eldest son, even with what happened to Kieran." I had looked at my daughter watching the tears fall down.

I felt an aching in my chest, I stumbled for a second bumping into some girl. "My bad shit why is my chest hurting." I lean against the wall hidden from the others.

I fell to my knees, it felt like my heart was breaking. I don't know what it was but ever since Kieran had passed away, whenever Mikey was having a hard time or when mom was having one of her moods I felt their pain. That only meant something had happened, I stood up on shaky legs, I texted the others to go back. I knew they were following me, only to make sure I wasn't hurt in anyway but whatever.

I kicked off the wall and pulled myself up, I could see them down below. I whistled and they all looked up, all at the same time. "Kai please come down here, you're going to end up getting hurt." Jiyong had shouted.

"Dude, it's no use when she is mad at you. Just let her vent her anger, she'll be fine." N had said to Jiyong.

"I made her mad, for siding with that Jun guy I guess. He didn't know Kai was a female and he called me and her a gay couple and she said I was as straight as an arrow. I had said he probably didn't know she was female but she took it to the extreme and asked if I was siding with him." I had explained to N while still looking at Kai.

I shook my head, "You actually fell for that trick, dude your so gullible. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks." I ran after I said that.

"Wait?! Did you just call me an old dog? HEY, I'm talking to you, come back here N." The damn brat ran, I'll get him back. I heard laughter from above, I looked up to see a smiling Kai. "So you were tricking me, that's so rude baby girl. It's okay, I'll admit I was wrong this time. You did have a right to, about being mad, I hope you accept my apology." I yell up at her.

I wink at the idiot below and I start to run acrossrooftops tops, I jump down in style and reach grandfathers estate. But I'm stopped by a mean looking guard dog in a black top, camouflage pants and steel toe boots, he held up his arm. I shook my head at him, feet apart and arms crossed over my chest. "Move please!"

"State your business, If i deem it not important than you can't enter. I've been given strict orders from my boss not to let any rift raft in unless it's his granddaughter and her family." I stood there and looked down at a small guy. He looked just like Euhna, so I had to ask. "You're Euhna Lee's son aren't you?" I had asked the young man.

I almost choked on my spit, he thought I was Mikey. I watch as his dimples sink into his cheeks when he tried looking so serious. I shook my head, "No stupid, I'm the older one." I kicked off the wall and pulled up and hopped over.

I had yelled out "Granddad your guard dog is rude as fuck! He wouldn't let me pass.

"Hey, I said you can't come inside. You brat, get out!" I yelled at the young kid.

I cracked my neck and my knuckes, I got into postion. "You're going to wish you never yelled at me. You have no right to tell me I cannot come into my own families property."

He swung first as I blocked it and brought my leg up, I put my hands behind my back as I decided to just use my legs. Axe Kick, Round House, Reverse Round House. I was actually having fun till I was pulled to the side and slapped then I was told to get on my knees and stay there.

"Kai, that's Kieran's father and my first love. Apologize now!" 

My head never looked up so quickly, as I hear my neck crack again. "This bastard is my Oppa's father? He ain't mine so why should I?"

I spit out the blood that had gathered in my mouth, "You know I had my doubts, the real reason why you even showed up in my life. It's a good thing I didn't trust you all the way. Just admit it, He's the main and only reason why we are here right?! It really wasn't for me to meet my long lost family. Do you see the people behind me? They put aside their schedules for me because they truly care about me. They had come with me on this stupid ass trip. I only trust them wholeheartedly. They only ask me to take care of myself, to not overdo it in all that I do. But you, I'll never be enough because I'm not your firstborn. I'm not Kieran, but I will be a filial daughter and since you are my mother and I'll listen this one and final time because I came out of you, after today I wash my hands of you. You are no longer my mother, let's just forget each other, in my eyes it's better this way, plus you already chose to protect him. I put my mask back on and my face had gone blank, I held back my tears. The boys tried making me stand up, I shook my hand and told them to let me be. I would stay here, till it was time to leave and go back home where I belong. 

I watched it all unfold, I truly felt sad for my only blood-related granddaughter. I had called up my wife and told her to come home, everything has turned to shit. That her one and only blood daughter had slapped her granddaughter in front of everyone, she didn't flinch or cry but she took it and said her peace. To be honest, I never hated someone so much at the moment. To be embarrassed in front of all that love and slapped like you are nothing, to be picked second over a long lost love can tear one's heart into pieces. All the boys even Jun, and Xian got on their knees with her and stayed. They knew her mother was wrong, but they held their tongues and just endured it. That's how I knew, just how special my granddaughter in their hearts.

I tossed my cane aside and got on my knees right next to my granddaughter, I looked to my right and wiped away Kai's hidden tears. My one and only daughter sided with the wrong person, my granddaughter and grandson were like the brightest stars in the sky along with her family of young men. Zi had also knelt beside her, I was touched that all my grandchildren and adopted grandchildren saw Kai for who sho was and not what she could do for them. This was how my wife had found us, and it was not a pretty picture either.

I stepped inside the front gate, all I saw was a sea of young men all kneeling. In the front, I saw my daughter just standing there, her arms around William. I saw my granddaughter for the first time, she was broken and beautiful. I got on my knees in front of her and just held her hand, "Kai my dear why are you kneeling like this?" I had asked with concerned etched into my voice.

I looked up shocked, a voice and person I wasn't expecting stared back at me. She looked and sounded just like me, I took my beanie and mask off. "Grandmother it's an honor to meet you, to know that I was never alone to have this problem. But I don't see it that way anymore, It's a blessing to have this voice. I am extremely happy that something so good had come out of this trip." I stood up but I stumbled a little.

"Boys go hang out, maybe coming here isn't a failure after all." I grabbed Jiyong, Mikey & the rest of BIG BANG with Sungwoo and N. Kevin had stayed behind to look after the Caffe and to help me sign up the people who wish to audition on Friday.

I watch Jiyong, Mikey and Sungwoo help granddad up, everyone scattered and we went inside.

"Kai sweetheart!" I called out.

"I have kneeled before you, what more do you want from me? Do you want to slap me again? Do you want to embarrass me again? Just take My Oppa's father away from me, before I make you regret choosing him over me." I told her coldly without so much as a blink.

"Listen here, young lady she is your mother. DON'T DISRESPECT HER LIKE THAT!" I had yelled at the brat, I was sick and tired of her mouth. The brat needed to learn some manners. I swung my arm, but I didn't expect it to be caught.

I stood in front of auntie, I caught his wrist. "You know this situation is as fucked as it can get, you may be my grandfather. But I swear you swing at my auntie again, I'll bury you next to my dad! You got that?!"

I grabbed auntie as I see her smile at me, "Sungwoo, be nice okay. Auntie was not going to let someone hit me, let alone your grandfather."

I moved Sungwoo out of the way, "Jiyong please watch over our dear nephew." I watch them walk to a corner at in the garden, I took off my hoodie and cracked my neck a few times. "Mikey take our grandparents over near Sungwoo please."

I tightened my mask and placed my beanie back on. I ripped off my tank top and folded down my sweatpants. I could hear gasps from both grandparents and Sungwoo. "Your not my father, even if he is a deadbeat. Your my Oppa's father, where have you been? When he would literally take the beatings that were meant for me? From your Precious Euhna and My dad, where were you when both me and my Oppa went through 10 hours of pain getting our lower backs burnt with a branding iron. I don't know about you, but my Oppa loved me even if he is only my half brother. I wouldn't be standing here today if It weren't for him and my stepbrother. Who helped a broken ten-year-old girl, from committing suicide because she thought no one would love and care for her, So please excuse me for not listening to the one that gave birth to me. More like saving her own ass from getting beat, but she fucked my life up."

I pulled my hoodie on, "From today on I only have my cousins, little brother, and grandparents in my life. I hope you have a great life, while I try to survive each day from all the criticism that gets tossed my way. I don't even let it bother me anymore." I bowed again, "I'll be back, I need to be alone please don't follow me or send anyone after me. When I get back we're, were going home. Grandfather and grandmother, I have bought property for you whenever you like its ready for you to come and visit."
