Komui and Iris arrives back at the Order, not telling anyone the real reason why they went to Vatican. No one must know that Iris planned to have joined missions with Allen, only Komui and the Central Agency.

The next day, they recieved a word from Toma, the Finder who went with Allen and Kanda. He says that they're going back while Kanda received another mission, meaning he can't come back yet.

When the silverette arrived at the Order to give the Innocence Fragment that he retrieved from the ghost of Martel. Iris didn't show herself that day. She and other people in the Order were busy planning Allen's homecoming. They planned to do it in the cafeteria and Jeryy cooked lots of food for Allen.

From time to time, the redhead would check on Allen and follow him. She was glad that he's safe and it seems there were no serious injuries. Iris didn't fail to notice the worry on Allen's face, and it concerned Russel's boy, Jean.

The following day, everything was all set in the cafeteria and Jeryy finished cooking. The room was decorated with a welcome banner and some other welcoming decorations to make it fun and lively.

"It's all done!" Jeryy announces as he puts the last plate on the table. "Everything's ready!"

Everyone cheered and roared, Allen would love this.

"All right, now let's party to celebrate the successful completion of Allen's first mission!" With that, everyone cheers one more time.

"Oh no, Allen's nowhere to be found!" Lenalee entered and said the news.

That idiotic pupil of papa... Where could he have gone now? I know he easily gets disappointed, but I didn't think he would leave the Order because of it.

Iris sighs, not knowing what to do with the new Exorcist. She had a hunch that he's gone to Jean. Seeing that Lenalee and Toma are on the lookout for Allen, the redhead debated wether or not to follow them. She decided not to, since this is going to be the last time Allen will experience freedom.

"Lenaleeeeee! You've eloped with Allen and you didn't even tell your brother!" Komui was crying and going on a rampage in the cafeteria as night fell upon them.

"Head Chief... You and your ridiculous assumptions." Iris shook her head sideways in disapproval.

"So, it's not just Allen, but Lenalee too? What's going on here?" Reever was trying to solve the mystery, but there is no mystery.

"I don't know! I told you we should have had the party as soon as they got back!" Jeryy says as he eats a chicken leg while holding another one in his other hand. "That boy's far too tense!"

"He's pretty much sensitive when it comes to new things, so please understand. And yes, I agree with Jeryy that we should've done the party yesterday." Iris pointed out.

"And who's idea was it that we do it today?" She had a menacing aura with glints for eyes when her face darkened.

Everyone looked at Komui.

"Hahaha... So it was you, Head Chief." The redhead cracked her knuckles loudly, as if literally crushing her bones.

"So Allen would be surprised even more! There should be a delay to add suspense to the climax! But Lenalee eloped with him! Lenaleeeee!" Komui started to cry again as the scientists gets a hold of him.

The following day, Lenalee and Allen arrived at Headquarters. Komui reunited with Lenalee and kept on hugging her while Allen talks with Russel about his son. Giving a present from Jean, Russel opens it and an an onion bomb explodes in the room.

Iris covers her nose and mouth her uniform, not wanting to smell it. Tears are going to form in her eyes if she smelled it.

"You've got ways to go too, Allen Walker! An exorcist can't just go off on his own without orders!" Russel lectured Allen, the Exorcist bowing his head.

"But you did manage to save Jean." The scientist looked grateful for that.

I guess all's well, ends well.

The day after, the sun shone brightly early in the morning. This time, Iris won't let Allen go off somewhere again because the party will go to waste once more if he does.

Halting at Allen's door, she can hear him counting. "297... 298... 299... 300..."

Some workout probably.

"Allen! You awake? Let's go tour the places you haven't seen yet within the Order!" Iris yells, making sure that he'll be within the building. The party mustn't fail for a second time.

"Iris? Okay, wait for me! I'll be out in a few moments!" Allen shouts from the other side.

Hearing a loud explosion from somewhere, Allen hurries changing and goes out of the room, seeing that Iris was alright. He was relieved nothing happened to her.

"What was that sound?" Allen asks, wondering what could've caused it within the tower.

The redhead gestured that she had no idea. Looking to his left, a familiar Exorcist is back at the Order. "Kanda!" Allen called out.

Looking to the left as well, Iris sees the swordsman. It seems he just came back from his mission.

"How should I know? Don't talk to me, beansprout." Kanda had a nasty look on his face. He sees that Iris was there again, he's been seeing her around a lot much lately... especially around the beansprout.

"But what if it was an accident?"

"Damn noisy bastards." With that, Kanda left.

I should probably tell Allen about Kanda's personality sooner or later. I have this feeling that these two won't get along.

Lenalee walks up to Allen and Iris, holding out a tray full of mugs filled with coffee for the Science Department.  "I'm sure Kanda's just grumpy because his mission went badly." She points out, halting beside Iris.

"I see. What was that noise just now, though?" Allen asks, looking to the bottom of the railings that shows nothing but darkness.

Iris had a feeling of what's going on. "The research division is doing some kin of experiment. Sorry, my brother's team is so noisy." Lenalee smiles apologetically. Iris was right, it was the Science Department.

"No, not at all." Allen realizes something as he looks at the tray. "By the way, I think I'll go get some breakfast."

Lenalee and Iris panicked, everything's not ready yet. "You can't go to the cafeteria!" The two girls chorused, surprising Allen.

"Eh?"

"T-They're cleaning it. I don't think we should get in Jeryy's way." Lenalee sweatdrops.

"The Science Department made a huge mess at the cafeteria from staying an all-nighter for four consecutive nights. They went crazy, seeing things that weren't there." Iris added more detail not to cause any suspicion.

"Then I'll go help Jeryy." Lenalee stops Allen by blocking his way with the tray full of mugs.

"It's okay, really. Let's go take this coffee to my brother." Lenalee excuses.

The three goes to the Science Department to accompany Lenalee in bringing coffee to Komui. Upon arriving in the room, Iris' eyebrow twitches from a huge robot that looked somewhat similar to what Kanda destroyed a long time ago. Only this time, it had a white beret like Komui's although it has a purple "K" design. And behind it was a huge hole in the wall. It obviously entered the room through there.

"Brother, I've brought you coffee."

"Oh, Lenalee!" Komui had a happy tone, delighted to see his little sister.

"Anyone else want some?"

"Thanks! We really need some." Reever says, raising his hand.

Iris and Allen were holding trays of coffee. For the redhead, it was quite a while after she served coffee to everyone. She seldom does it with Lenalee.

"So you're here too?" Johnny leans toward to Allen.

"Yes." The silverette replied in a polite tone. Allen's always polite with his tone, words, and actions... except when it probably comes to Kanda. And of course, during battle politeness is easily forgotten.

"I had Allen and Iris help me distribute them. Ah, here you go everyone." Lenalee offers the beverage to everyone one.

All of a sudden, the robot picks up a mug of coffee and drinks it. Iris had a bad feeling about it.

"Can that robot drink coffee?" Allen asks in wonder.

"What are you talking about? Though it may be a part of me, it's still a robot. No robot drinks coffee!" Komui replied with sparkles around him.

After drinking it all, the robot's head starting moving weirdly as electric shocks and smoke are emitting from its head. The scientists were in a panic.

"I-am-Ko-mu-rin. I-streng-then-the-Ex-or-cists." The robot introduced itself with a robotic voice.

Komui boasts how perfect Komurin is and all of a sudden it looks at Lenalee. "This woman needs muscle grafting surgery."

(I won't be adding "-" between syllables anymore because it'll be a pain to read. I just only did it with the first dialogue so you guys will know that Komurin speaks that way.)

"Eh?"

"Eeeeeeeeh?!" Everyone imagines Lenalee with muscles and a buff body.

"You'd turn Lenalee into a bodybuilder?! No! I can't stand it!" Komui goes into panic.

"I will change her, to make her stronger. Change her... Change her..."

"Run, Lenalee! Run, quickly!"

"I will perform the surgery immediately!" Komurin grabs Lenalee and the tray she holds fell to the ground, breaking the mugs and coffee splattered everywhere.

"Lenalee!" Allen screams.

"Save her!" Johnny shakes Allen.

"But I wonder how she'll come out." Tapp says, looking forward to how she'll look.

"Now's not the time!" Reever scolds Tapp.

"Someone stop him! Stop Komurin!" Komui yells. "Ah! Take Iris instead! She's more skinnier than Lenalee!"

"What?! I have more fats than her!" The redhead yells at Komui with veins popped on her head.

"Then, Komurin 2, remove all excess fats of Iris and then buff her instead!"

Everyone yells, now imagining Iris with a buff body. They didn't want her to have strong muscles or else her punches and kicks would really fracture their bones. It was going to be hell.

"Change of priority. Must remove excess fats to further prevent obesity." Komurin 2 says.

"I'm nowhere near obesity! But I sometimes near being overweight but still, I'm normal!" Iris was insulted.

Reever brings out a laser weapon, ready to launch it at Komurin when Komui stops him. He loved his creation to death.

"I love Komurin, but I love Lenalee too! What to do?! Oh wait, Iris is there. So yeah." Komui calms down, relieved.

"What?! Lenalee is obviously more important! Head Chief, I'm going to cut your throat-"

Komurin 2 puts Lenalee to sleep with some sleeping gas and lays her on the floor. Then it grabs Iris, making the tray of mugs fall to the floor again. "I shall start the surgery to remove all excess fats."

The redhead glares at Komui with an unforgiving aura. "I'll make sure to tell Marshall Cross what your creation will do to me if you don't stop it!"

Komui feared being killed by the Marshall and started having cold sweat. The scientists paled, not wanting an angered Cross. It would be overkill for Komui if the Marshall finds out.

Having a pale face that matches his expression of regret, he turns over to Allen. "Ah right, we have Allen Walker!"

Allen backs away a little. "Komurin, it seems that Allen Walker here has damaged his anti-Akuma weapon!"

"What?!" Allen says in disbelief, dropping his own tray of coffee. A lot of mugs died that day.

Once broken, it can never go back to it's original state. The same thing can be said to people.

The huge robot scans Allen. "Affirmative."

"Head Chief!" Reever yells, wanting to shoot the robot with his laser beam.

"He's sacrificing Allen!" Russel pointed out.

"He's a demon!" Tapp adds.

"Change of priority! Change of priority! Allen Walker requires urgent care!"

When the robot tries to make Iris sleep with sleeping gas, the redhead held her breath and pretended to fall asleep. Relaxing her muscles, the robot puts her down on the floor beside Lenalee. She breathed a minimal amount of gas, so she was a little light-headed and she didn't feel like moving.

"Allen, run!" Reever yells.

"But where?!"

"It doesn't matter! Run!"

"Okay!" Allen started running and went out of the room through the huge hole and the robot follows him.

Iris was half-awake and she stayed on the floor for minutes. She was hearing people talking and yelling and some loud rumbles here and there but she couldn't register anything. Feeling so sleepy, she doesn't want to wake up for a while but her father's words came into mind. She has to watch Allen Walker no matter what, Marshall Cross was risking telling the truth and all the secretive things he was doing, and Iris has to do her part to earn that.

Opening her eyes, she felt wide awake but her movements were sloppy. Seeing Russel's detector screen, she assumed they were trying to help Allen. Looking around, she sees that Lenalee was still sleeping and the stupid Head Chief was crying for her. The sight annoyed her, Lenalee was an obvious choice and Komui had a hard time deciding who to save.

Cursing internally, Iris grabs her swiss knife hidden within her clothes and sliced the back of her palm to make her feel awake and alive. She was supposed to go with her thigh but a simple scratch from a swiss knife won't be able to destroy the uniform since it's made to defend oneself from Akuma. After feeling pain, she was definitely wide awake.

Throwing her blood-tipped swiss knife, she makes a run to the hall where the glowing light from the detector screen was heading to. Entering the hall, to her far right was Allen with the robot behind him. In the middle of the floor was the scientists with the triangular elevator and it had a huge canon that was aiming towards Komurin.

Iris can destroy Komurin 2 right then and there but she was thinking of Allen's experience. What will he gain if everything is done by others? What will he learn if everything is danger-free? Nothing. He won't grow, and he won't become stronger.

As it was about too fire, Komurin jumps from out of nowhere. "Don't shoot! Don't shoot my Komurin!" He was trying to pull back Johnny from the controller.

"Tch! You're still at it, Head Chief?!" Iris yelled in annoyance. Komui can be so idiotic and outrageous for someone who holds the highest position within the Order.

"Don't you care about what happens to Allen?!" Reever yells and panics with every scientist present.

"What about Komurin?!"

"Allen, run!" Iris yells at Allen.

"Iris?! Are you okay?"

Johnny pulls the wrong lever because of Komui and the canon shoots everywhere. Iris tries to avoid getting hit along with Allen and Komurin.

"What's with all the ruckus?" Kanda enters the hallway.

"I'll tell you later! I have to take care of that thing! If I only knew it's weak point..."

Komui looks at the huge robot and Komurin does the same. "I know where it is."

"Eh?"

"I destroyed one much like it once."

"Where's its weak point then?"

"The hallow at the base of its neck."

"The base of the neck... where's that?!"

"It is your fate to find out." Kanda grins and walks away, seeing Iris. He ignores her and continued to leave.

He started to wonder why he was starting to see her around lately. One thing came into mind, she's probably planning to annoy him again. Iris doesn't show herself to Kanda because she doesn't want to annoy him, respecting his aloof nature. Understanding people is important to Iris.

"Eh?! What's with you?!" Allen yells.

Iris facepalms at Allen's lack of common sense. Kanda giving out a weakness of something is already a rare thing for him to do and yet Allen can't distinguish where the base of its neck was located.

Where's the neck located? It's obviously the only thing that connects a head to a body!

Komurin 2 grabs Allen's leg and the boy had no choice but to use his Innocence. Activating it, his arms turns to something similar to a canon instead of a metal claw.

"Is that a new anti-Akuma weapon?" Reever says with interest.

Iris dismissed the thought. Allen can't possibly have gained another Innocence Fragment, and he didn't have time to get his arm fixed with Komui... meaning that the Head Chief had nothing to do with his arm. The only thought that came into mind was that it changed form, which is slightly unusual for an Innocence. But Allen's Innocence is a parasitic-type, changing it's form is possible.

When Allen was about to attack, Komui blows a needle with a blowdart and it made Allen deactivate his Innocence, making him feel drowsy. Iris facepalms once more.

Is there really no choice but to do everything myself?!

Allen nears entering Komurin's body to get "fixed", and Iris had no choice but to do something about it.

Unsheathing her sword, she yelled out "Innocence, activate!". The black sword had a glowing blue symbol appear on its forte and hilt when activated. At the same time, Lenalee activated hers. The redhead didn't see Lenalee the first time around, Komui probably brought her here when he came in to save Komurin 2.

The two started attacking the robot, with Lenalee kicking it's head and body parts and Iris slicing it's body with her sword. The redhead could see that Lenalee was still drowsy after inhaling the sleeping gas.

"Lenalee! Just tell me if you can't move and feel like falling so I'll catch you when you fall!" Iris yells, worried for her friend. Even if she was drowsy, Lenalee moved with such grace and elegance and it looked so beautiful to watch.

"Thank you, Iris." Lenalee smiles at her, feeling light-headed.

The two destroys the robot and the scientists were relieved, cheering in victory. Reever gets off the elevator and joins with the two exorcists to look for Allen within Komurin.

"Allen, are you alright?" Lenalee calls out as she goes nearer to Komurin.

"S-Somehow." Allen replied, having bandages wrapped all over him except for his eyes. He was like a mummy.

They helped him get out and he starts to remove the bandages wrapped around him.

"Thank God, you're all right. I can't believe one of my friends came so close to death." Reever says in relief, wiping his sweat from his forehead.

"And how did you end up being half-naked?" Iris asked, seeing that Allen's top is gone and a few bandages still covers his abdomen up to his neck and arms.

"Komurin 2 ripped it off..." The silverette laughed nervously.

"What the hell, Komurin 2?!"

"Increasing our workload like that!"

"Kill it! Kill it! Kill it!"

The scientists were kicking Komurin and they were throwing rocks at it. Since the canon shot everywhere, the place is a mess and the structure's been blowed to pieces.

Komui defends his creation from the rocks. "It wasn't Komurin's fault! It was the coffee! Hate the sin, not the sinner! Hate coffee, not Komurin." He said it as though he was a wise man saying words of wisdom.

"Head Chief, I swear that you're priorities are shit right now." Iris says in total annoyance.

After hearing Iris cuss, Allen realizes that she doesn't swear that much anymore. Before, when she was still with them, she'll be uncontrollable and colorful with her words when annoyed or even slightly irritated, or if she just feels like saying so. It was because of Cross' influence. Now, he has seen Iris get irritated so much but this was the only time she cussed.

"Brother..." Lenalee says with drowsy eyes.

"Lenalee! Stop them!"

"I'll give you some reflection time."

Lenalee kicks Komurin 2 along with Komui and they went into a free fall to the bottom of the Order. A huge explosion was heard as the building rumbled slightly.

"Sorry about all that, Allen." Reever apologizes after he makes sure that the two fell.

"It's all right. I'm glad everything turned out all right." Allen smiles.

"Then, will you come with us?" Lenalee says as Iris goes to her side. Both of them smiled.

Arriving at the cafeteria, it was crowded with people. The tables were clothed with white linen, and plenty food and drinks were served.

Tied to the side of the walls was a banner with the words "Welcome Allen Walker" in cursive handwriting.

"For me?" Allen points at himself in shock.

"We never welcomed you home, did we?" Reever was holding a wine glass. It was unsure if he's holding white whine or water.

"We've been preparing it in secret!" Jeryy pointed out.

"I brought you along this morning because you were about to find out. Here, it's your own cup." Lenalee shows a white mug with the initials A.W. in it.

"The day you left the Order to see Jean was the day we're supposed to surprise you. But what happened?" The redhead elbows Allen's side lightly with a mocking grin.

"I'm sorry!" Allen bows in apology and Iris smiles at how kind, polite, and apologetic he is.

"Even if it's late, I welcome you home, Allen." Reever holds out his glass.

"Welcome home, Allen!" Everyone cheers as they also raise their glass.

Shock was evident in Allen's face but his lips slowly formed a smile as his eyes soften. "I'm back."

Somewhere, the Millennium Earl and a few Noah were eating at a dining table. It was about time for them to start their plan.
