It has been 4 years since I have been training with Garp and just like I thought he tort-I mean trained me to become one the of the most powerful Marines the world has ever seen. He has been training me for 4 years at Marineford.

When my training first began I revealed my powers when a training sword swiped me in half and let me tell something being able to feel your legs despite the fact it is SEPARATED from your body is a scary feeling. Garp on the other hand was shocked to see I had eaten Devil fruit literately he was shocked the moment the conductible sword pass through me.

I was questioned immediately on how and when I've eaten a devil fruit. I responded with not remembering anything but a disgusting taste, I was immediately laughed at by Garp telling I could kiss being able to swim goodbye for the rest of my life. I proceeded to pretend I was shocked I couldn't swim because thats basic one piece knowledge.

Garp on that day decided for a year I wouldn't be able to train my powers and would focus on my physical training for the first year.

Despite that I was 13 years after a year passed I was rocking muscles everywhere, I was admiring myself in the mirror when I noticed something.

'Why the hell do I look like Siegfried!?'

On that day I had the idea of designing Balmung a sword that would able to conduct and store my powers for devastating attack and blows best part I didn't need to name any of the attacks.

The second year I began training my powers, the first being able to control my emotion since whenever I was angry a storm of large magnitudes would appear. the second part the of the training was how much electricity could I generate and manipulating and let me tell you something it was scary how much damage I could dish out. during this year Garp would be in the East Blue for most of the time.

'heh probably visiting his grandsons.' I though seeing the child like faces of them in a photo Garp showed me to display his annoyances of them to become pirates but I just said they looked adorable together just to annoy him but also in technicality I am their uncle and I have yet to visit any of them. Anyways when training my powers I forced myself not to rely on my powers of nearly instantaneous teleportation through lightning and flying and you know the can't be harmed by normal means, I focused mainly on physical attacks powered by my lightning and thats how I recreated the fist of havoc from destiny and destiny 2. Let me tell you Garp actually activated his haki armament to then proceeded to whoop  my ass for being overconfident the moment I unlocked it.

On the last two years I begged Garp to teach me haki and he finally allowed it but my god those last 2 years were painful, on the last year of training my blueprints for Balmung went missing I suspect one of the trainee's got jealous of me and is either trying to complete it to use it against me.

I immediately informed Garp about this and had a serious expression on his face and proceeded to tell me he would inform Sengoku about the matter but something in me tells me I forgot something. Despite that I continued my haki training finally being able to integrate it with my lightning I called it Kuroi Inazuma a black lightning that would penetrate anything but a stronger haki the moment I would send it.

Right now I was attending my marine graduation ceremony, when it came to the marine ceremony they would give you your outfit and depending on grades practicality and intellectually they would give you either the normal marine outfit with or without coat depending on grades but if you have done really well then you get a suit and the fleet admiral decides on what rank you get.

"Congratulations Kurayami D. Ochita." said the Marine Instructor to me as he proceeded to give me a grey tailored suit along with a black button up shirt with a light blue tie.

"wait wha-?" I was so shocked I was given a suit meaning I got a rank most likely of rear admiral than anything higher and because of this I got interrupted 

"By the decision of the fleet admiral Sengoku you have been given the rank of Admiral for the new foreign affairs department." He continued as he read the letter out loud.

'eh?' I though in my head it being tilted now before....

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" all of the trainee's were screaming in confusion 

'This is not making sense?! Why is this happening?' I was thinking in panic while standing in the middle of stage holding a suit looking like a idiot.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" came the booming laughter of one Monkey D. Garp staring by the entrance holding a camera snail and something wrapped in cloth.

'You have something to do with this didn't you.' Was the first thought coming through my head as I was giving him my electric glare.

"Come on son we're having tea with sengoku!" he shouted from across the entire room.

With this I sighed trust me we both have a moment where we both laugh at a moment or at someone but when I am at the receiving end... I hate it.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHA!"

'What have I done to bring this suffering onto myself?' I thought while looking up

Right now I was by the shore of Marineford sitting by the sand in my new suit and marine coat with Sengoku and Dad it still feels wierd to call him that still. Currently garb was happily eating some cookies while sengoku was explaining my position and how it came to be.

" Kurayami how your position came to be was not because Garp influenced me but it was actually you who influenced me to make this decision." Sengoku told me with a neutral look to his face.

This revelation shocked me and confused me as this is the first time I've met Sengoku.

"I can see you are confused, so let me explain. " he said to my confused/shocked look face.

"Earlier this year Garp as usual barge into my office usual to talk about something in his opinion hilarious, but this time was different he gave me a journal that had your idea of the Marine foreign affairs department." he explained the first bit to allow me time to digest it.

'So thats what I forgot my journal that had one singular idea...' I thought in my head before paying attention to Sengoku again.

" After I read the entire journal for you idea of the department I decided to have it made for the reasons we can have communication and perhaps some allies with countries that have not accepted our aid. I have also brought your idea to the five elders and apparently they thought your idea was one that could solve some of the World governments problems with foreign countries, and surprisingly they decided to give you a permission of sorts." he then explained the second bit to me. At the end of it I raised my eyebrow in confusion after getting out of my shocked state that the five elders approved my idea.

"What is it?" I asked Sengoku leaning forward in anticipation along with Garp who also didn't know about this permission.

Taking a deep breath Sengoku told us.

"You have their permission to intrude, deny and hit a World Noble..."

At this both me and Garp had wide eyes and dropped jaws.

After a few moments of me and Garp asking questions as to why they allowed it and him saying he doesn't know me and Garp finally calmed down before I asked my last question.

"How will I prove my legitimacy of my granted permission?" I asked Sengoku with a serious expression.

At this question he gave me a communication snail that looked like a old man.

"This communication snail is the second one in existence along with mine to communicate with the Five Elders and you can only use it if you require their guidance, need to prove your permission or when they contact you. Also all Celestial Dragons should be informed now." he told me with a heavy tone that promised punishment for anything foolish I used my communication snail for.

I nodded at his answer with sweat trailing down my head due to the heavy pressure of Sengoku.

He nodded back and began walking away from us.

"Your first assignment begins tomorrow you are to report at the docks at 0900 to head to Fishman island at the request of their Queen." he then informed me adding more shock that I've been 'requested' by the Queen of Fishman Island.

After a few minutes after he left Garp came up next to me.

"Hey son?" he questioned me.

"yeah dad?" I answered back

"On the day I brought Sengoku your journal I visited someone else." he began

At this I became intrigued.

"And who was this person?" I asked him

At my question Garp began taking the cloth off of whatever it was concealing, soon to reveal.....

Balmung.

"I visited Doctor Vegapunk  to have him pay me a lot of favours to get this finished within a year but he was definitely interested in the blueprints of your sword." he told me as he slowly gave me the sword.

I held the sword now in my hands with astonishment and a sense of completion. After staring at it for a while I walked towards the edge of the beach.

"What are you doing?" Garp asked confused at my action.

"I have to test his craftsmanship don't I?" I asked back with a sly smile.

At this response Garp gained a large grin as I continued to walk to the beach.

I stoped 3 meters from the water before going into my stance I have been longing to do in a long while.

I began the chat in my head.

'The evil dragon will be vanquished,' storm clouds were brewing over me as I begun feed my lightning into the sword.

'in this moment the world reaches its twilight-' lightning from the storm began striking Balmung feeding it even more power.

"NOW FALL!!!! BALMUNG!!!!!!!!" and at that moment I swung the sword the world was filled with light.

Quick question though

Should the moment of Ochita saving and stopping the fire at Fishman island make her fall in love with him?

I have some funny ideas for that but I also have a suggestion.

should I let ochita be at the meeting where the warlords are first put together?

if so I have some great ideas for that.
