Hello Derek.
Sorry for dropping in so late but I was busy since morning and couldn't really find the time to talk to you. My boyfriend came over today.

Surprised I have a boyfriend??Same here my friend, same here. He is in truth a paid companion who goes to dad's 'upperclassmen functions'- as I call them- with me as a date.

He is a nice friend really, but I am ninety nine percent sure that he has eyes for another girl. Nah! I am not jealous, just observatory. The girl seems nice enough though and I might just try to set them up, though I am sure, setting up my boyfriend sounds quite appalling .

I think I have really fractured the kind of friendship I had with Drake, because he hasn't shown up to school lately. But mind you, it's only fractured, so there is still hope. I may have to use glue, but I am sure it will work.

I think I am going to talk to his mom tomorrow. Ask her about him, his past, his future, likes dislikes etc etc.
I might just be able to help him. These days the only thing I think about is bringing him out of his nutshell. That and my dad's drunken stupor.

By the way,  I sometimes wish you were really there in front of me, and that you would reply, give me advice, help me, but it can't be and I know that. Amy, my best friend is coming over tomorrow as we have a one week holiday so you are going to hear about her soon. Dad has an event to attend day after and I will have to attend it so I need some good etiquette counseling and soon. Think Amy can help me?  Let's see.
