As she put the mysterious music box away she heard the balcony doors open. She looked through the mist and saw someone she never hoped to see again. Erik Destler.
She hated him for lying to her but she couldn't run away something was pulling her towards him. As he opened his arms to her she ran to him. As he hugged her she realized who this man was, a horrible manipulative and hurtful man she shared a love filled night with. She will never forget or regret it, it was...amazing.

"Raoul told me your plan."
"What plan?"
"Don't play stupid Erik! Your plan to make a fortune due to my singing. You wanted to use me only for my voice."
"I never wanted to use you. You where the only one I have ever loved! Why would I want to hurt you like that?"
"Erik I know you only loved me for my voice that's why you brought me here, to sing for your profit."
"How can I prove to you that I never wanted to hurt you?"
"I don know Erik."
"Christine look at me."
He said walking close to her. He gently tilted her head up to meet her eyes.
"Christine you have to understand that I love you not just for your voice but for you. Yes the Oper House would have made more money with you singing instead of Carlotta, but that's not why I love you."
"Erik I don't know what to believe anymore. You and Raoul mean so much to be but Raoul.."
She stopped her self from saying anymore about Raouls problems.
"Christine if you sing this song it will prove how much I love you. Please one song then your free to leave."
"And What am I to sing?"
Erik handed her a folder with sheet music that read "Love Never Dies."
"Preform here for one night and I will prove that I still love you will everything I have."
Christine nodded her head and sat down on the piano bench.
"Goodnight Christine."
Erik said leaving her to read his music.
She heard the door to her room open then saw Raoul step in.
"He's no where to be seen."
"Who darling?"
"Hammerstein."
"Raoul."
"Christine?"
"Things have changed Raoul."
