As the years went by, Cybertron started to grow and the Primes have gone through a lot:

•Prima continued to lead the Primes and was very good at it, so much that he lead the construction and bringing up of Cybertron.

•Vector organized and manipulated space and time, doing what he does best.

•Alpha Trion looked after Orion and took to recording the history of the planet as well as try to write the future. He also kept the fact that he was a Prime a secret to the Cybertronians when they were made to ensure that Orion had a normal life.

•Solus helped construct cities and made new weapons and devices used for travel, health, work, construction, manufacturing, etc. She and Prima still hated each other, but they never on purposely argued with each other. Solus also still had a thing for Megatronus.

•Quintus worked on improving his Quintessons and became the founder of biological sciences on Cybertron.

•Alchemist made improvements to the Energon sources which they started using to fuel EVERYTHING and he also started creating new compounds using elements and Energon.

•Onyx surprisingly made his own race of Predacons long before the rest of the Primes made Cybertronians. Unfortunately, they became extinct due to the rise of Cybertronians and that's when Onyx started disliking his siblings and normal Cybertronians.

•Micronus spent most of his time in his dimension communicating with the Primes telepathically from there, giving them advice and guidance.

•Liege Maximo continued doing what he does and even tried to take over the building of Cybertron operation from Prima, but everyone was careful with that so he failed and he ended up laughing at how predictable he was.

•Amalgamous was in charge of T-cog production and started coming up with thousands secret combinations for the T-cogs the Makers made which improved transformation despite the limits, but he kept that between himself, Nexus and Micronus.

•Nexus, though he only helped slightly with the T-cog production, also came up with combinations, but wasn't very good at them. Instead he came up with the ability to get Transformers to combine with each other to make a huge Combiners, he shared that information with the rest of the Primes and they shared the ability to combine with each other.

•Megatronus was very quiet after the short conversation with Unicron, but he tried to remain loyal to the Primes. He helped with construction and keeping peace, but it was always so difficult because of his hated love for war and destruction. The only Prime he could truly be himself with and talk to about how he feels was Solus and it seemed that the romance between them really started to become evident, which really annoyed the heck out of Prima.

•As for the Thirteenth Prime, he was sort of "forgotten" and not much was recorded about him. However, all the Primes knew Orion was their beloved Optimus, the Thirteenth Prime who was unknown the rest of Cybertron. Orion remembered nothing about being a Prime, he didn't even remember who the Primes were. He grew up being raised by Alpha Trion. It took a while for him to grow up, he was a baby for centuries upon centuries because Alpha Trion wanted him to grow up with other young Cybertronians of the future to ensure a normal life for him. Though he forgot who he was, he stayed almost exactly the same way he was when he was a Prime.

Life started to flourish in Cybertron. The Makers watched over Cybertron by going into orbit around the planet. Everything that Alpha Trion recorded went straight to them and they had an additional surveillance system that existed on the planet because of Primus. Everything went along just perfectly in peace.

But problems arose.

Unfortunately, because of the the bit of War in them, the Primes started distrusting each other and started unnecessary arguments which lead to a bitter Cold War between them all. Without Optimus there to keep the peace, everything just spiraled out of control up to a point that there were no more Primes. On top of that, Quintus' Quintessons went out of control and almost conquered Cybertron!

What happened was that the Primes all started changing to their own sides after Megatronus had a physical fight with Prima after he had a very bad argument with Solus. The fight was very unnecessary considering that Solus never took Prima seriously, and even she was surprised, even scared, with the extremely violent fight between Megatronus and Prima. This fight would've ended in the death of one of the two if Micronus didn't show up.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" he exclaimed. "Why are you guys fighting?! Why aren't the rest of you doing anything?! What is going on?!"

"Prima started it!" Megatronus claimed in anger.

"I started it? Excuse me, but, last time I checked, you were the one who threw the first punch!"

"Well, don't act like you didn't fight back!"

"I refuse to be made of a low estate because someone is undermining my authority by engaging in a ridiculous fight, so naturally I will fight for my honor."

"I don't care who started it!" Micronus exclaimed. "This is unacceptable! Do you think Primus will be happy about this?" A shameful silence fell among the Primes, "And the Makers? Is this what the Makers expect from us?"

"How do we know what the Makers expect from us when they are the ones who corrupted us?" Megatronus asked darkly.

"Megatronus! Where is this behavior coming from?" Micronus asked in shock.

"I'm just saying, if the Makers didn't put that bit of War in us, none of this would have happened."

Before Micronus could reply, Alpha Trion finally spoke up, "Megatronus, you know the reason why they had to do that. If you find it difficult living in peace, then it would be better for you to go somewhere else."

Megatronus was enraged, but he answered calmly, "Fine. I'll leave. Only because I find it impossible to live with the so-called Warrior of Light." And with that he left, making sure to bump Prima on the way out. When he left, the Primes were relieved, except for Solus, of course, and Alpha Trion.

"Thank you, Alpha Trion," Micronus said, "I don't know what would've happened if you didn't intervene."

Alpha Trion didn't look at Micronus, instead he was looking in the direction Megatronus went. He said rather solemnly, "He didn't choose to stay. The worst is yet to come."
Of course, this confused Micronus, but he decided not to ask what it meant.

The years passed, and things didn't get better since Megatronus left. The Primes still got into arguments and that's when they started taking sides of either Prima or Megatronus, or they chose their own side or they didn't entertain the fight between the Primes. The tension between the Primes was so much that some of the Primes, specifically Liege Maximo, decided to take matters into their own hands. He was all for himself so he decided to do the stupid thing and get Megatronus and Solus to turn on each other. How was that going to help with anything? No one knows! Liege thought they would fight and then turn the fight to Prima because of how close they were. Unfortunately for him, it had terrible setbacks.

Liege Maximo tricked Megatronus and Solus into fighting with each other and managed to put the blame on Prima. The fight between them was very bitter and it ended in Megatronus becoming so mad that he accidentally shot Solus with his Requiem Blaster. He regretted that deeply.
"Solus! No!" He exclaimed after realizing what he has done and held Solus in his arms. "I'm sorry! Don't die! I'm really sorry!I never meant to do that! Please don't leave me!"
Solus was losing a lot of Energon, too much actually. Solus, letting out her last words, replied weakly, "I... will always... love... you... Megatronus..." after that, she went offline, being the first to be one with the AllSpark.

Something changed in Megatronus that day. Something made him darker. He went on a killing spree, embracing his evil, Dark Energon, war and destruction-loving side of himself. His first kill after Solus was Liege Maximo and he continued. It was truly dark times for the Primes, but they managed to stop Megatronus and trap him in an unknown dimension. Sadly, that lead to the death of pretty much the rest of the Primes. The only ones left were Alpha Trion, Micronus and Alchemist, along with Orion of course.

The remaining Primes decided to make themselves unknown to the rest of Cybertron so Micronus stayed in his dimension which lucky for him could connect to the AllSpark so he could see his fallen siblings, Alpha Trion became known as the greatest archivist on Cybertron and continued to raise Orion Pax who still had no recollection of anything about being Optimus Prime, and as for Alchemist he started living life as a normal Cybertronian and worked as a bartender. They also hid the Matrix of leadership somewhere for Orion to find it one day and never told anyone where it was so it was presumed lost by all Cybertronians. Cybertron lived in peace again for many, many years.

Until the unattended Quintessons started to get cockey! They wanted to take over the planet and managed to cause a lot of trouble. They were almost successful in their take over, only there were a lot of Cybertronians who stood up against them. They were called Gladiators and the best of them named himself after the fallen Prime Megatronus. They managed to fight off the Quintessons and they saved the planet as well as make the Quintessons go extinct.

Now Cybertron could finally live in peace, right? Of course not! There were still problems that arose long after that.
